Hi, i have an business account with payu money. I have raising query from last 3 weeks but didn't get single call back or written response. Payu is a big disappointment since there is no one to resolve your issue.

I was filling up a application form for Indian air force I completed with the personal and educational details. As I went to complete my payment I used my debit card to make the payment I entered the card details and also entered the OTP. As I entered the OTP the site (afcat.cdac.in )stopped working but the amount was deducted now there is no response from the other side. pls look into it as soon as possible...

Paid a payment to Weft Grip ( online snack portal) via ICICI bank which went also via PayU, an amount of Rs 1881, biller did not receive payment.

The money is still stuck. Would want this to be resolved. No reply from Pay U, no contact number, no live support, pathetic service. Pay U, should be closed, they are not duly following, norms to assist payees via their portal.
