On 18/05/2021 I paid 600 rupees for Pearson mepro using the link given for us using payumoney.I paid the amount but I didnt get payment id and transaction status.

Through phonepe..transaction I'd is

UPI transaction reference no.is[protected].

Please inform the payment id and status....

I made 2 transation on 17.05.21 1st of rs 15800/- id is[protected] and 2nd of rs 10000/- id is [protected] but merchant is fraud there is no response so plz refund my money asap.....

PayU Website has no contact numbers or email for help of their customers. Their so called chat does notwork. Their previous email is not working. I have over a lakh rupees transaction through them, but money has not been transferred into my account and there is no way I can contact them.

Please help....

I ordered a product from one of your merchants named DH BROTHERS. But the product which I have ordered for not delivered yet. I think it is a spurious merchant who do not deliver products to the customers. The payment was done through PayUmoney. please take some swift action so that we could get our money back.

My transaction...

I paid 17999/- to Spykke travel app on 5th May 2021. My money is deducted but merchant recieved nothing as my wallet was showing 0. I tried to contact payu. All of it's contact number are invalid and emailed my complain and knew that email also not working.

I tried the complain or Help bot of PAYUMONEY but it's showing my transaction number is invalid.

I'm feeling helpless and planing to file a legal action....
