    Didn't get transaction mail on my mail id from PayUmoney

    Dear payumoney team,

    I had made a transaction of rs 2752.48/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.
    The transaction details are as below:-
    Transaction id:[protected]
    Transaction amount:-rs 2752.48/-
    Transaction date:-20/05/2021

    Since i have to have to get the merchant id to download my form from...

    100 of costumers transaction on this money transfer protocol on cosmoskraft.com
    But now payu money not providing the actual details of cosmoskraft.com.
    And helping in money refund instead saying to contact my own bank...
    All details available on payu money.
    Hope when I file some more case where this is going to be return money or forward me to China based company where all the money transfered without my concern my money gone to international transactions.

      I made a payment of Rs. 1195.95 via payumoney gateway to site WWW.loungelives.com Transaction ID- S52942395
      dated 25th April 2021
      Got to know this site is running a major scam by taking payments in advance and never delivering the products. they contacted me and told me my order got cancelled and in order to get refund I have to download AnyDesk App (I was AWARE of this app & Teamviewer which gives REMOTE ACCESS to your device to anybody you share the 9 or 12 Digit SECURITY NUMBER with)
      This merchant was trying to drain my bank account but I hung up on him. I cant believe Payu is promising its clients a safe gateway but aren't even verifying such ###. I want a REFUND immediately & I want PAYU to take RESPONSIBILITY and BLOCK this Payment channel.

Asking my bank balance, wanting details of my bank account, etc. Multiple complaints from multiple people have been filed against lounge lives and you want me to talk to them? Guess what? Good luck finding any contacts on their website, they're unreachable!! I want my refund back to my source account

I'm going through this mental harassment and losing money and all you can do is dodge responsibility and accountability? In regard to refund please contact merchant? What is wrong with you?

      Actually something is fishy in PayUmoney thus they not helping costumers instead they are saving the fraudulent site owners as I requested to only provide me account details. But PayUmoney support executives taken commissions from frauds so not interested in helping anymore

            Address: 9th Floor, Bestech Business Tower, Sector 48, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122003.

            PayU Website has no contact numbers or email for help of their customers. Their so called chat does notwork. Their previous email is not working. I have over a lakh rupees transaction through them, but money has not been transferred into my account and there is no way I can contact them.

            Please help.

                        I ordered a product from one of your merchants named DH BROTHERS. But the product which I have ordered for not delivered yet. I think it is a spurious merchant who do not deliver products to the customers. The payment was done through PayUmoney. please take some swift action so that we could get our money back.

                          This website is big scammer . Huge amount of money was strapped. Lots of people going to depression for this scam.
                          More than 5 lakh people lost their money .And each individual lost between 500 to 1 lak
