Hello,
My settlement has been on hold since one week. I checked with your computerized help service it says it would be done within 24 hrs. I have been trying to contact the customer care number but it says invalid number. How are we suppose to trust you people with such inconvenience. Very disappointed.

It is informed that I ordered Symphony Sumo 75XL Powerful Desert Air cooler 75-ltr, Air fan, Easy-Fill, 3-side Honey comb pads, I-pure Console & Low Power Consumption grey on 15/4/2021 to “ Cosmoskraft Company” with order No. 701351. In this regard I paid Rs. 9996/- to Cosmoskraft with Transaction ID:[protected]. Cosmoskraft received this payment via PayuMoney(Request ID: [protected] Payu Id: [protected] : Bank Reference No.[protected]. After finish due date my order did not come. After Some time I found that it is a fraud company. When I saw reviews on complaintroom.in I found there are approx.64 persons lodge against cosmoskraft. I mailed many times to Payumoney for providing merchant details (like GSTN No., Company Address and owner name) but it did not provide any detail. I also complaint on NCH( National Consumer Helpline with Docket No 2702932) and cyber crime also.Therefore, It is requested that pls provide me Merchant details and get money back.

On 27 April i have done payment to buy mivi headphone through phone pay app . My account successfully debited Rs. 999 to Payu but my order is not confirmed .When i mail the mivi support they asking payu id but i didn't received any payu id. My transaction details are as follows.

Dear payumoney team,

I had made a transaction of rs 2752.48/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.
The transaction details are as below:-

Since i have to have to get the merchant id to download my form from...

100 of costumers transaction on this money transfer protocol on cosmoskraft.com
But now payu money not providing the actual details of cosmoskraft.com.
And helping in money refund instead saying to contact my own bank...
All details available on payu money.
Hope when I file some more case where this is going to be return money or forward me to China based company where all the money transfered without my concern my money gone to international transactions.

Got to know this site is running a major scam by taking payments in advance and never delivering the products. they contacted me and told me my order got cancelled and in order to get refund I have to download AnyDesk App (I was AWARE of this app & Teamviewer which gives REMOTE ACCESS to your device to anybody you share the 9 or 12 Digit SECURITY NUMBER with)
This merchant was trying to drain my bank account but I hung up on him. I cant believe Payu is promising its clients a safe gateway but aren't even verifying such ###. I want a REFUND immediately & I want PAYU to take RESPONSIBILITY and BLOCK this Payment channel.

On 18/05/2021 I paid 600 rupees for Pearson mepro using the link given for us using payumoney.I paid the amount but I didnt get payment id and transaction status.

I made 2 transation on 17.05.21 1st of rs 15800/- id is[protected] and 2nd of rs 10000/- id is [protected] but merchant is fraud there is no response so plz refund my money asap..

PayU Website has no contact numbers or email for help of their customers. Their so called chat does notwork. Their previous email is not working. I have over a lakh rupees transaction through them, but money has not been transferred into my account and there is no way I can contact them.

I ordered a product from one of your merchants named DH BROTHERS. But the product which I have ordered for not delivered yet. I think it is a spurious merchant who do not deliver products to the customers. The payment was done through PayUmoney. please take some swift action so that we could get our money back.

This website is big scammer . Huge amount of money was strapped. Lots of people going to depression for this scam.
More than 5 lakh people lost their money .And each individual lost between 500 to 1 lak
And I was also one of them .
