      Paid a payment to Weft Grip ( online snack portal) via ICICI bank which went also via PayU, an amount of Rs 1881, biller did not receive payment.

      The money is still stuck. Would want this to be resolved. No reply from Pay U, no contact number, no live support, pathetic service. Pay U, should be closed, they are not duly following, norms to assist payees via their portal.

      Would need a reply from their side to address the matter.

      Isn’t it PayU duty to give a call to the customer who is having an issue. It is PayU problem they should resolve it. I don’t wish to go legal but if I have to I will. You’ll guys are duping people and spoiling the image of Payu as well. I need this resolved,

        I am a merchant on PayUmoney. I have been using Payumoney for receiving payments on my website for over 5 years. Since April 2021, Payumoney has stopped making payments/settlements received from my customers. I have created more than 3 tickets with merchant support and followed up several times. I haven't received any response from their end. I am a small business person and not having received the payments for 2 months has adversely impacted my business.

        PayUmoney has done this before multiple times. They suddenly stop making settlements to my bank account without any prior notice or reason and I have to follow up multiple times in order to receive my own money. This time they have been unresponsive for over 2 months and I have more than Rs. 60, 000 pending with them -- please help me receive my settlement from Payumoney

          There is a site www.abanke.com. While search some refined oil on google i get into this site and they was showing cheap rate for that so i thought its a legitimate company and i process my order thru UPI and your payment gate was used there for making the payment thru UPI.
          First i am informing you and if you dont take any action then yes i will go ahead and report in the cyber cell also.

          You just sell your payment gateway to them so that they can fraud as much as they can, if i go and check my order status. There is only one remark mention from day one” order is in processing” there is no other option from where i can cancel my order, get refund or modify my order. Hence proven its a complete scam website which collecting personal informations of the customer and you guys are promoting and supporting them.

          Why dont remove your gateway ?
          Why dont you check there cancellation and refund policy are working with the customers?
          I will raise a ticket for you in cyberCell, definitely there are some company norms o[censored]r through which you issue the payment gateway.
          Now its been 2 weeks and they are not responding on mail because they are using a invalid email along with they dont have a contact number to reach Cx support. I want my money back, they are using your payment gateway. If you are not responsible then who else is the responsible for this fraud payment gateway ?

          Hi! Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. You need to coordinate with the merchant only against your transaction. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.
          I have ordered earbuds but not received any information about my delivery yet

            I have mailed thrice and didn't received any response from Payumoney team.

                    I made two transactions via PayUMoney to merchant [protected]@passportsindiaseva.com of rupees 2995 * 2 = 5990 for my passport renewal and my wife new passport application.

                    I made this transaction as the website looks genuine initially and payment gate way is trusted i.e PayUMoney. Hence I trusted and made payment.

                    After payment made, I receive email from [protected]@passportsindiaseva.com

                    Dear Applicant,
                    Congratulations! You have been registered successfully on Passport Seva!!
                    We have received your application, Your Appointment Schedule confirmation will be sent via mail within 24-48 hours.Your Application id - a0e4fb83b427ef13

                    I waited for 48 hrs and now its 12 days. i didn't received any update. hence i called passport customer care. they confirmed me that it may be a fraud website. i tried to open the same website now. its not working.

                    I lost my hard earned money. please refund my money and take necessary action on the website.

                    I am enclosing all the attachments. please do the needful and return my money

                    I cant see merchant email as it is displaying as protected. Also provide merchant address to file complaint. Also provide phone numbers and kyc details.
                    I clearly mentioned that merchant is fraud as that email and domain no more exists. How can PayUmoney authenticated and trusted such fraud merchants and giving access for payments thr your payment gateway.? I sincerely request PayUmoney to find out the merchant as you know merchant more than customer as they are associated with your site. Also provide full merchant details which will help me to find out the contacts to file Police complaint. Llz fo the needful from your side.

                                      Greetings! We have registered ourselves as merchant with payumoney payment gateway with merchant id - 8120649 and our account has been activated. We have tested it by sending a small amount of ₹100 with transaction id - [protected] and it has been more than 3 days since and the settlement is on hold and there is no response for query posted through help.payu.in. None of the queries were resolved nor responded and they are all beyond expected end date. There is no contact details to contact anyone or even an email. When we try to send an email to [protected]@payumoney.com, all our emails are denied from the server because of some restrictions posted by host. We can activate our online sales only if this issue gets resolved and our business is out on hold for issue with payment gateway. Please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you.

                                        On 24.05.2021, I applied for my ownon www.https://passportsindiaseva.in/. I made two transactions of INR 2995 from my credit card for the renewal of my passport. As per the terms of payment, the amount would include my fees for passports renewal and I would get a call from the passport officer to fix my appointment at the passport office Chandigarh as per the available time slots. The payment gateway was PAYU MONEY. After I made the payments I got two SMS from (JK-PAYUMN) and email from ([protected]@passportsindiaseva.in), which made me a little suspicious about the authenticity of the website. The reference numbers/application numbers in these SMS/EMAILS did not appear to be genuine.

                                        PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank
