    I ordered one product from beautify_yourself an instagram page selling cloth and that page is having pay u money for secure transaction. that order was prepaid order but its been apx 10 days that i got no info regarding my order i mailed them whatsapp them but noone reply and if they reply they just say they are genuine when we ask about order details they just again don't reply . i request you to do a thorough research of that page as they are having pay u money gateway n they don't fulfill their delivery and take money in advance . many cheated customer have made pages on instagram calling it a fraud page not giving refund neither telling any information regarding their order. its high time just stop that page from cheating their customer as they are degrading pay u money goodwill as like me many other must have relied on your name and made payment but after that we didn't get any information regarding our order .

      On January 9, I received two payments in my merchant payment handle. One is for Rs 1000 and another for Rs 9000. Payments were made using credit card.

      I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SETTLEMENT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT YET.

      I am the merchant complaining who have not received the settlement. I demand either the amount getting settled to my Bank Account updated with my payu.in merchant account or else refund the amount to the customer to his credit card. I am sharing both my merchant details and the details of the customer below:

      Now, I kindly request payu.in & PayUMoney team to either kindly settle the amount of Rs 9000 & 1000 to my registered bank account against my payu.in Merchant ID: 6335452 after deducting the charges or else refund the full amount to the credit card which was used to make the payment.

      This is the last time I have been requesting team PAYU. After this I might have to go to court or take other bigger actions.

        Hi pay u,

        i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 7085125 one of my customers buy some electrical equipment and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including, the transaction id's[protected],[protected] and the two transaction amount is 26964.00, so please help me out i escalated this issue over 5 days but the response from payu help is soo late and slow i attached the invoice of customer with customer details is with this response

          Who is the concerned team in this regard? What do you mean by needful? In this case the needful means "settling money to my bank". Are u gonna do that or not? This is the last time I am asking politely, I am not gonna withstand your company's personal greed, I have been watching over u guys since many years. I know what ur company's true motive is when it comes to money.

            I tried to fill exam form of RGPV of Rs 1850 on 15th JAN 2021 via payu using rupay debit card of Central Bank of India, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 1850 was deducted from my account.

            The last date to apply for Exam form is 18 JAN 2021. It's very doubtful condition as transaction is not Successful and Amount already got deducted.

            Please refund my money today if possible or make that transaction successful.

                I paid my college fees from payumoney gateway. Payment was successful from my bank's side but marked as failed by college and payumoney. I haven't recieved a refund if any, yet. I might also lose my chance to register normally in college. This is their irresponsibility which causes me so much inconvenience. They don't even have proper customer care services.

                Payumony has refunded the money now, but they did it very late (after my college registration process) but nevertheless, the 0problem is solved and I hope payumoney updates its consumer services. Thank you consumer complaints to provide me with apt platform.

                  Ticket Id: GC[protected] of payu.
                  My name is is amrapali Shendre and i habe used Pay u service to trasfer rs 30, 000 but they kept my money on hold. Raised a ticket with payu but they don't have any customer care no to call and they are not resolving my issue.
                  I really neede this 30, 000 on urgent basis to to pay my bank loan but 'Pay u' is not releasing my money.

                      Dear Payumoney you did not have any problem for small transactions, but as soon as I started receiving big amount you haulted my settlement ? why ?
                      out of three transactions only one transaction is flagged by Payumoney
                      but what about settlement of rest of the transactions ?
                      I did submit the receipt as well as customer details and even after two days you haven't responded.
                      I am a student and 77, 000 is huge amount for me . I f don't settle I will not have any other option than suicide

                              I have paid Rs. 399/- for purchase of annual subscription of McAfee through Central Bank Of India Rupay card on 11.01 2021 at 4.18 pm. The payment has been deducted from my bank A/C. under branch code 05002.But it showed cm90004-duplicate record and Rs. 399/- was deducted from my account.
                              Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                I booked flight ticket on yatra website, Amount deducted in my pnb account on two times but booked one flight ticket.

                                I faced problem on 08 nov 2020, doing the transaction online through pnb internet banking, amount had been deducted in two times in my pnb account but i have received one ticket only i complicated yatra web site but not any good response, till now the deducted money does not refund to my account, so i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve problem as soon as possible all supporting documents have been attached along with this application.

                                    With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Citizen App, the process went fine until payment success and the amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete the LLR application.

                                    Please help me refund my money back...

                                    As checked, these this is a failed transaction and we have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

                                    It shows clearly as a successful transaction and that money has been received by PayUMoney.

                                    You need to check your receipts for a similar amount on the same date from my UPI id.

                                    The transaction id at your end will always show it as a failed transaction.
                                    The Gpay and my bank however say that it is a successful transaction

                                    Please recheck for similar amount received.

                                    Hi, the status of this transaction with PayU id [protected] stands failed. That means we have not received the funds. The amount shall be auto-credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days if there was any accidental deduction in your account. Please contact your issuing bank for any further assistance.

                                    Please confirm if you have checked for transactions received with a similar amount or with the UPI id provided.

                                    If you check with your PayuMoney transaction ID it will show as a failed transaction only.

                                    Please confirm if other transactions were scanned for a similar amount.

                                    Please provide a customer care number that we can talk to or an email id that we can write to.
                                    It shows clearly as a successful transaction and that money has been received by PayUMoney.
