On Feb 22, 2021, at about 1300 Hrs, I was applying for getting a new FASTag for my Delhi vehicle (Car).

Submitted all the details and then wanted to make the payment thru Citibank Credit card.
No payment amount was asked for.

However, the transaction was completed (successfully) and I got sms that Rs 1199/- has been paid thru my card.

How can the amt be charged to my card without asking for it ?

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

    With respect to the above subject mentioned I invested sum of 50000(fifty thousand) in a wish app using your payment gateway and now wish not responding for the withdrawal request plz help me in getting amount back to my bank account and the details of it is mentioned below and the screen shot of the same is uploaded

      Hi Payumoney Team.

      This is regarding my money that is fraudulently stuck in the Shoppers App.
      I made a payment of Rs 10, 001 and I am not able to withdraw it.
      please help me in getting my money back as I am going through severe financial crisis. Any help is appreciated in getting the money backI have added the screenshot of the payment containing the Transaction I'd.

          Hi,
          Transaction number: Id[protected]
          Of amount 3K is deducted from account while payment is shown as on hold by PayU And not received at the actual company where it was supposed to.

          Please look into this issue and provide the full refund.

            I am a student of thapar university patiala I was using payu as directed by my college for payment of fees.The PayU portel took the fees and didn’t send it to the college instead there was a error message displayed and the amount was deducted. kindly help

                Sir I have invested in the shoppers earning app of Rs 20, 000 and have then applied for withdrawal on January 29 2021 but was rejected thrice due to unknown reasons and was deducted from the balance account with showing approval in history of withdrawal but unfortunately the money is yet to return /credit to my account... Sir plz sympathetically look in to the matter as I am very poor and have arranged money by selling cow with the aim of earning money...

                                    The shoppers application illegally taken my 1.70lakhs i contact payumoney official website but they said give us transaction number of payumoney but i have no transaction. i have only paytm transaction id and bank reference number and bank statement. but they rejected these types of proofs. i don't understand what can I do
