Money not yet returned by the shoppers earning app since Jan 29

Sir I have invested in the shoppers earning app of Rs 20, 000 and have then applied for withdrawal on January 29 2021 but was rejected thrice due to unknown reasons and was deducted from the balance account with showing approval in history of withdrawal but unfortunately the money is yet to return /credit to my account... Amount was not refunded

I did a payment through payumoney on 6th feb 2021
on that day i used payumoney support it showed me transaction failed and the money wo
uld be refunded but today it is showing me the transaction is succesful (online assistant)
