I have made a wrong transaction of Rs 30000 on[protected] under Reference Number:[protected] through payumoney. [protected]@axisbank .Now i want to cancel that transaction and want my money back. Worst payment gateway as you are supporting fraudsters in India. You are the part of The shoppersscam. I paid through your gateway. I want my money back otherwise i will file a case against you in cybercrime as i have already file a case in cybercrime against Theshoppers.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

How can your forward the payment gateway of theshoppersscam. You also are big scammer. I don't want to know anymore. I only need refund with in 24 hours. Otherwise i will highlight this issue in comming days
Why payumoney is giving payment gateway to scammers. You have given the wrong payment gateway to the shoppers. You are also scammers and you are involved in this big scam.

Hi! Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

          If you have not received an appropriate response from the merchant, we request you to contact your card/account issuing bank and raise a chargeback/dispute for your transaction.

          PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence we are unable to process a refund from our end.

              I did a payment through payumoney on 6th feb 2021
              on that day i used payumoney support it showed me transaction failed and the money wo
              uld be refunded but today it is showing me the transaction is succesful (online assistant)

This service is starting investment 300 rupees using razorpay after invested daily earning 15 rupees. Again I am paid 300 rupees using payUmoney and again 8800 rupees and 1200 rupees using payUmoney but I didn't get my daily earning.                           Today i have make an transaction of Rs. 500 from my ICICI credit card on ddekuk.ac.in for payment of my fee by yours payment gateway.
                          I have devoted of Rs. 500 from my credit card but this transaction does not updated on website.

                          I have called ICICI bank credit card department for the same.
                          They provide me following transaction related reference number & ask me to contact you for the transaction updates .
