I did a payment via payumoney gateway the money was deducted i didn't received any transaction id or any confirmation email.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 7247946 one of my customer booked a Lottery ticket and he has done the transaction via pay u the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including all other funds from different transactions that were not put on hold, my issue now is that pay u held all of my other funds from other transactions when only one transaction is put on hold, this type of crazy policy is destroying my business pay u need to understand that this is a business payment system any hiccup is affecting business, ...Please please dont do like this...

            I was supposed to get a refund from Zara of the amount ₹ 7, 122 but till now the amount is Credited to my bank account. the refund was escalated on 13 of December 2020. I was provided with a citrus id from Zara OL[protected].

            There is no such amount credited to my bank account, kindly provide with transaction references no so that I can contact my bank.

                Hi, how can you guys give your payment gateway to be integrated with sites like myflowerapp.com since all they do is to cheat clients without delivering any goods. Don't you guys do any verification before issuing license to such fraudsters.

                                I was shopping and the site directed me to G pay for completing my payment to payumoney.[protected]@axisbank. This event is of the date December, 18, 2020. I have not received my package which i have placed neither i have been refunded with the money. Kindly resolved my issue as soon as possible. Either deliver my package or refund me my money back. I am highly dis-satisfied with the service. Even the customer care number is not answering the calls.

                                    They are no options to lodge a complaint and seek assistance for a payment made to one of their merchants. Easily tell contact the merchant, but we come here cause we are unable to do it.

                                    There is no response from the merchant the least you could do is investigate it and help us resolve the problem.

                                    PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

                                      I transferred amount of Rs.45614 on 18/01/2021, from my Union Bank of India Debit card through Payu, amount got deducted from my bank account, but money did not reach the destination, and it is not refunded in my account, where has my money gone, in my bank statement it is showing that money is transferred to Payu Payments Gurgaon please resolve the issue ASAP, refund the money in my account
