    I tried to register for Mcafee on 6th Jan 2021 at 6:18 pm. For rs 600 payment via payu using andhra bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 600 was deducted from my account.

    Sir please refund my money today if possible or get my payment processed so i can register for the Mcafee before the deadline.

        That was scammers account.
        How can i contact the merchant for the same. That was my complaint.

        Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

        Fine, got that.
        But just a quick question.
        Are these merchants fully verified. Are these kyc verified by payu?
        The reason i want this info is i am giving this complaint to cyber cell for further investigation.

        It seems payu money doesn't have a proper kyc setup to verify users. Anybody can use payumoney and can scam anyone easily. Better not to do any payments thru payu mode.

              An Amount of Inr.1994 was charged on my credit card for Sep 2020 without my knowledge and when i checked with my bank they say that its an authorized transaction but i did not even receive any sms or a mail regarding this transaction. I have not made any purchase nor had done any transaction, this is absolutely a fraudulent transaction.

                Service not provided our money back for membership

                As of we took vip member ship in Smile app(www.joinsmile.in) which of 30k
                From past 10days we getting on daily basis
                But from 31st due to new year they kept all our payments on pending and started saying it will be credited on 4th of January 2021 but from today no help is coming from the joinsmile team even they deleted the help page from it we are helpless can you guys please help us out

                  I did a transaction from PAYUMONEY to TEAMO MINI for a mini doll, I have his insta and Contact number, yet now he has nearly gone from all over the place and deactivated his insta id, switched off his phone number taking my money with him

                  Kindly Refund My hard earned money! I have shared all the insights about transactions and by MERCHANT-PAYU MONEY.

                  Generously settle this else I'll need to take this issue to consumer court.

                    I have made payment through pay u money fir a merchant named as teamomini on instagram for 3D dolls on 26December, 2020 but now the instagram id has been deactivated and there phone number is also not working and unfortunately there is no way to contact them.                             Kindly resolve this otherwise I'll have to take this matter to consumer court.
                            I did my transaction from PAYU to TEAMO MINI for a gift doll that had a page on Instagram platform, I have his instagram's screenshot and payment details too, but now he has almost gone from everywhere, took my hard earned money.

                              It's been more than 6 months since we are struggling to verify our website. We have done so many changes thousands of times as per their instructions but it seems that Payu money team is not even answering to our tickets and emails. So we requested them to close our account and do the settlement, but they are not releasing the payments which they have in our account.
