An Amount of Inr.1994 was charged on my credit card for Sep 2020 without my knowledge and when i checked with my bank they say that its an authorized transaction but i did not even receive any sms or a mail regarding this transaction. From past 10days we getting on daily basis

We have done so many changes thousands of times as per their instructions but it seems that Payu money team is not even answering to our tickets and emails. So we requested them to close our account and do the settlement, but they are not releasing the payments which they have in our account....

at chapaner. my amount got deducted and transaction successful at phone pay app but didn't get ticket and saw transaction fail at asi.payumoney for that transaction . my second transaction got succeed .

Kindly I have Order#2298 dated 23 Dec. 2020 advance payment by Payumoney ID[protected] in my Credit Card. But Company not response My Order status....

On 21.12.2020 I had ordered 2 units of Bajaj Flashy Room Heater via Pay U payment mode. My order was successful and the total amount was debited. I could also see my order status which showed 27.12.2020 as the expected delivery date. I could not opt for COD as the option was not available.

I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Bekal ford, Kasaragod from the QR code available in the monument.
