    I have paid my college fee through payu money. The amount has been debited but the transaction was not successful. There is no point of contact for the payumoney gateway. The amount is not small number. Please rectify as soon as possible. The deadline for the payment is very less. I am expecting a proper and quick action from the payu money end

        A Person is called from this mobile number +918958440534 and said he is PayU staff.. Asked about the Debited money how much and asking about the bank balance. Also asking debit card or crediycard front side photo to what's app. Is he is your staff or fraud person.

          Dear concern,
          I recharged the amount of Rs.10000 from phone pe app to PAYU merchant for recharging the new world amusement game on dated 25 feb, 2021 0927 hours.. The recharge is not completed till now.But the payment is successful from the phonepe app and transaction id is T2102250931555938460407. And Collect Id is C2102250927022412448833. And UTR:[protected].
          So 48 hours had gone but recharged amount didnot added to my game wallet and not refunded and I can't contact with customer care of PAYU AND I send mail to PAYU merchant so many times but there is no reply from PAYU. So please sir look at this and please solve this issue as soon as possible.

            I have deposited some money in The shoppers app, and now they have not depositing the money back, regarding this issue I have contacted my bank too, but I’m helpless.                 I am Ajay meena from rajasthan. Ph.no: [[protected]]. I am purchased shared charger plan and invested my money in that according to shared charger agreement. This service is starting investment 500 rupees using razorpay after invested daily earning 15 rupees. Again I am paid 1200 rupees using razorpay and again 2400 rupees and 4500, 300, 600, 300 rupees using payUmoney and but I didn't get my daily earning.                   “from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased 300 by shared charger. The less period is 30 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 450 Rupees".
                  and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promise to me, But it cheated me and scammed and runaway with my money. I invested my money in shared Charger because it connected to trusted gateway payumoney, so please refund my amount in my account,

                              University fee paid but receipt not got

                              Sir I paid my admission fees using payUmoney.transaction was successful but I didn't get the receipt of the same nor the confirmation that my form has been submitted.
                              Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because the last date for submission is 28th February, 2021...and if the issue did not get resolved I might lose the chance of having a seat in the University.

                                  On Feb 22, 2021, at about 1300 Hrs, I was applying for getting a new FASTag for my Delhi vehicle (Car).

                                  Submitted all the details and then wanted to make the payment thru Citibank Credit card.
                                  No payment amount was asked for.

                                  However, the transaction was completed (successfully) and I got sms that Rs 1199/- has been paid thru my card.

                                  How can the amt be charged to my card without asking for it ?
