I tried to apply for a college on[protected], but after entering all the details and making payment, the page showed CM90004- DUPLICATE RECORD. PAYMENT WAS FOR AN AMOUNT OF 2620/- I am very disappointed by pay u their website doesn't show any contact number, and a help chat shows the same answers each time. The college never received the amount neither did I get any transaction code.

I had done an online transaction of inr 4010 on 6th september through payu and transaction shown their sucessful but the money was not reached to the marchent.

On Sunday viz 13.12.2020 I have visited Fort Aguada Goa there I have scanned QR code to get ticket but my account was debited for Rs100 and I have not received any ticket as the server was temporary down and my account was debited.

I did a transaction on 11/11/2020 via PayUMoney payment gateway on the merchant website (hondainnovative.com) for an agriculture machine.

Merchant has not shipped the goods. The merchant website is down and the phone number provided goes no where. Merchant is not contactable. It looks like a fraud merchant onboarded in PayUMoney. Please refund my money back.

With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Citizen App, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete LLR application.

Please help me refund my money back.

Subsequently the payment was failed from merchants end. The amount got debited from my account . On contacting bank i came to know that theyare waiting for the refund amount vide arn no: [protected] from your pay u side.

Hello, i paid electricity bill on 4/september /2020 of amount rupees, 2840/- in apepdcl website via (payu money) & amount was deducted from my account, in bank statement also it was showing, so i registered complaint against in hdfc card disputes, they have sent mail ( receipt in pdf format, sent by pay u) on december 5, that transaction was successful, so i raised complaint against paid amounton dec 6 again, and sent same pdf file to apepdcl, i received phone call from apepdcl today and saying that we have not received any amount, (where was my amount went. ( i am sending pdf file please check), please give confirmation on this

On 11th Nov 2020 while paying exam fee for a student the trancation was failed twice but the amount was debited from customer account and not refunded still now. kindly verify issues.

I have tried to book 5 online tickets for Humayun's tomb, Delhi from the QR code available in the monument.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 175 using my debit card.
I approved the payment from debit card.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.

I paid Rs.59000 towards additional qualification registration fee on National Medical Commission website towards Additional qualification registration fee on 24/11/2020.
My payment was processed by PayUMoney and a confirmation email with successful payment was received soon after the payment to my email address. I was told today that my payment was not received by National Medical Commission.
I urge PayUMoney to let me know where my money is gone?

If money hasn't been deposited in NMC account, why the money is held by PayUMoney?

If I don't receive necessary response with name of the beneficiary and account number into which money is deposited, reason for non transfer of funds and immediate refund into my account, I will file an FIR on PayUMoney and take legal action for fraud.
