I processed a payment for Fatehpur Sikri on 19/12/2020 but didn't receive the tickets. I did payment from Phone pe having Transaction I'd T2012191916338799458077. The amount got deducted from my account but I am unable to receive those tickets. Phone pe says they have sent the amount to merchant.

As checked, this is a failed transaction via Payu id [protected] and we have have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

    Recently I bought a product from stuffclues.The e commerce website collaborating with PayU money and
    Take customers payments.But after
    Three days the website was vanished
    From Google.They take my money
    And I couldn't received my order.
    This was a big scam, like me many
    Other customers also looted.And this happens only in India😔😔😔😔
    PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

      I tried to apply for a college on[protected], but after entering all the details and making payment, the page showed CM90004- DUPLICATE RECORD. PAYMENT WAS FOR AN AMOUNT OF 2620/- I am very disappointed by pay u their website doesn't show any contact number, and a help chat shows the same answers each time. The college never received the amount neither did I get any transaction code.

                I did a transaction on 11/11/2020 via PayUMoney payment gateway on the merchant website (hondainnovative.com) for an agriculture machine.

                Amount - 4199.00

                Merchant has not shipped the goods. The merchant website is down and the phone number provided goes no where. Merchant is not contactable. It looks like a fraud merchant onboarded in PayUMoney. Please refund my money back.

                  With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Citizen App, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete LLR application.

                    Transaction with payment ID[protected] dated 11/12/2020 has failed but amount has debited Rs 10387/ I have tried to contact them from their portal but there is no availability of contact number or email id to contact exactly how many days they take to solve my problem may be they use our money for some time or for ever I here with bringing to your notice that please check their genuinity.

                                Hello, i paid electricity bill on 4/september /2020 of amount rupees, 2840/- in apepdcl website via (payu money) & amount was deducted from my account, in bank statement also it was showing, so i registered complaint against in hdfc card disputes, they have sent mail ( receipt in pdf format, sent by pay u) on december 5, that transaction was successful, so i raised complaint against paid amounton dec 6 again, and sent same pdf file to apepdcl, i received phone call from apepdcl today and saying that we have not received any amount, (where was my amount went. ( i am sending pdf file please check), please give confirmation on this

                                    I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 175 using my debit card.
                                    I approved the payment from debit card.
