Hello, i paid electricity bill on 4/september /2020 of amount rupees, 2840/- in apepdcl website via (payu money) & amount was deducted from my account, in bank statement also it was showing, so i registered complaint against in hdfc card disputes, they have sent mail ( receipt in pdf format, sent by pay u) on december 5, that transaction was successful, so i raised complaint against paid amounton dec 6 again, and sent same pdf file to apepdcl, i received phone call from apepdcl today and saying that we have not received any amount, (where was my amount went. ( i am sending pdf file please check), please give confirmation on this
