With due respect i want to inform you that i have been cheated by payu payments pvt ltd. On 31/07/2020 i had received call from these no. [protected] (Raju), [protected]. I was misguided by the caller and in thai situation i had transferred rs. 1999/- in their a/c. When i understand all the situation i asked them to return my money but again they tried to misguide me. Now i need your help to deal all the situation.

Kindly do all necessary process so thai i can get my money back.

With due respect I want to inform you that I have been cheated by Payu Payments Pvt Ltd. On 31/07/2020 I had received call from these no. [protected] ( Raju), [protected]. I was misguided by the caller and in thai situation I had transferred Rs. 1999/- in their A/C. When I understand all the situation I asked them to return my money but again they tried to misguide me. Now I need your help to deal all the situation.

We are really sorry about this and totally understand your concern over here. We'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further.

Further, we advise you to Never share confidential details like card no/card expiry date/CVV/OTP/internet password with anyone when you receive any unsolicited calls/SMS/IVR & email seeking for card activation/upgrade/rewards/refunds or any redemption. PayU will never ask for these details.

    As the amount of rs.4448.00 has been debited from my hdfc bank debit card on dtd. 01.08.2020, but same amount has not been credited for pli premium online payment. So it is requested to refund me amt. Of rs.4448.00 at the earliest in same account.

      Pay You Money is a big fraud company that has looted a lot of people or holds the customer's money and does not give it to the merchant and keeps it with them in the name of return and tells that it refunded the money. 59 thousand rupees. They dont give me any proof of refund money to costumers and really when you make big business they hold your payment and put their pocket

              This issue is almost an year old. When i did not find a solution i asked you to close my account with payu and you assured that i won't get any sms or email. But you still keeping sending sms for payment i never made. Almost every week i am getting 2-3 sms. What fraud is going on with my mobile number?

              Details are mine. But payment is not mine and I had closed and removed any account I may have with payu earlier and you ensured this will not happen again. But why this payment is attached to my number? May I get the details of payment bank to verify which bank/ card/ used? The issue is not new and I have made several complaints but no payumoney team ever took a responsibility to attend complaint.

                Got mail from payu that they required proof of delivery of this one transaction id:[protected], and till then all my settlements is put on hold.

                I have submitted there requirements and unfortunately have received no response from there side.

                I need timely settlements, i am a small business and run with whatever little i get from the settlements, if payu holds my settlement i will be forced to shut my business.

                Please help me out.

                Please note that the settlement process is transaction + 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Once your customer makes the payment, the same gets automatically settle in your registered bank account as per the settlement process.

                  Transaction id[protected] amount-12999 date of transaction-26/07/20 merchant name-dd traders (Hilaptop.com).

                  The merchant shown new laptop and then sent me a mail saying warranty is covered by merchant and not by laptop company which means merchant is doing a fraud and selling second hand used laptop to in name os brand new laptop. I have been trying to contatct the merchant regarding same via email and calls but didnt got respond. Hence i need refund and as there is no customer care number of payu i had to complaint here regarding fraud

I have paid today 25 july 2020 using the above mentioned link with this payment i'd your payment (Id[protected] of rs 2500.0 for jio fiber is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj and reached one more time this [protected] number for installation after payment but the person who spoke to me today yokesh / lokesh stated that there is no transaction done also he didn't give the clear explanation about the installation or refund i have asked the ticket number and about the conversation done on july 11.. As well as today but he is not giving any i'd for referrance.. Seriously i don't want to opt jio fiber after this unfair situation. It's totally heck i just need the refund amount 2500.

                                  The payment was done through payumoney

                                  Product was not delivered and there are lot of complain about this website and still website is working and payment is still transferred by your company,

                                  Your company is not blocking the transaction and not giving any security for payment gateway for transiction.

                                  In Payumoney site there is no support for this fraud and no support from the merchant site also,

                                  Please resolve this and block the merchant,

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank
