Got mail from payu that they required proof of delivery of this one transaction id:[protected], and till then all my settlements is put on hold.
I have submitted there requirements and unfortunately have received no response from there side.
I need timely settlements, i am a small business and run with whatever little i get from the settlements, if payu holds my settlement i will be forced to shut my business.
Please help me out.

Please note that the settlement process is transaction + 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Once your customer makes the payment, the same gets automatically settle in your registered bank account as per the settlement process.
The settlement for paymet ID[protected] &[protected] will be processed by End of the Day.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via transaction Id - CATCC[protected] and bank reference number IGAJCMPKF6 at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
