    Team, payu money as put on hold my settlement for 2 transaction worth rs. 8507 & 425 having invoice number invt1n5v2u9h7p200907 payumoney refernce id[protected] &[protected]. I don't have any invoice as i am an advocate and advocate don't require the gst no. And payment received for my consultation fees at upfront which was pending since 15 days with clinet now client was sit just infront of me and after requesting he makes the payment thorugh my mobile. Now again payu has hold the payment so either settle this amount to my account or refund back the amount to buyer and if any convenience fees of payu, he can charged & settle the amount to my account.

    I am not begging from payu, it's my money and they are using public fund unauthorized ways. Either process refund or settle the payment.

      I have paid aurangabad property tax through payu money rs.1595.40/- on dtd.25/08/2020 on behalf of prafulla tanaji patange property tax.
      Amount has been deducted from my account but receipt not generated on aurangabd muncipal site. My property tax penalty is increasing day by day.

      Please do the needful...

          On 15th and 16th August '20 I purchased items through your payment gate way, but sorry to say that I haven't received the items as yet . Though I wrote to the Marchant no response from them as yet . Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

              I applied to recharge my IDEA Mobile through PAYUMONEY with Rs. 379/- although amount has been debited from my Bank but shown Transaction failed. Transaction ID[protected]-2020.

              Till today, I have neither received back my money from PAYUMONEY nor recharge of my Mobile.

              I request, please look into the matter and resolve.

                The settlement of transaction I'd[protected] invoice number INVq9a1x7a7f1m200824 and source id [protected] has been put on hold inspite of me submiting all proof multiple times to payu. Kindly help resolve. Payu is neither releasing the payment to the merchant not refund ing it back to the customer. Just holding it with them.

                  One Table buy online from Boxgig.in Website on 19/08/2020 and i hve received sms from PayU ( Your payment ( ID[protected] of Rs 2499.00 for Divyanshu Jain is Successful. ) Also i have received mail of order from that website. But Till date i have not receive product. So request u to reverse the amount from merchant account and refund me.

                      I have paid my tution fees of nit warangal from payu money with payment id :[protected] in this extra fee
                      Payu convenience fee (Includes gst) : rs. 220.78
                      Gst : rs. 33.68
                      When gst has been deducted then why the convenience fee has been taken. I want the full refund of my convenience fee.

                            I was adding rs500 in rockinternational. Live website with payumoney gateway. After redirecting to merchant website. I saw that my transaction is failed. I have rechecked my amount in paytm but it was already deducted. I also got message from paytm for successful transaction. I have also contacted merchant but the said, we haven't received any amount.
                            So please refund amount of 500rs in source wallet (Paytm) linked with [protected].
                            The transaction i'd is [protected] on 30th august, 2020 at 10:04pm.

                              Iam a student of national institute of technology warangal. I paid an amount of 64700 inr using sbi net banking, the amount was deducted from my account but the payment was failed due to some issue. I hereby request you to please look into the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                              I have paid 64700 to the national institute of technology, warangal. Amount was deducted from the bank account but the payment was failed due to some issues. I hereby request you to please look into the conflict and refund the amount to the account as soon as possible.

                                Received txt msg on 19/08/2020 regarding telecast tablet pc android 10.1 inch, touch screen 4gb/64gb dial camera at special price - rs.2999/- with keyboard.
                                Company name boxgig.in.
                                When we opt to buy this item, it prompts to payment gateway to payumoney.
                                We pay rs.2999/- via bank card.
                                Payment confirmation rec'd that we spent rs.2999/- at payupaisa57779 on 19/08/2020.
                                This payment with (Id[protected] sucessful to some divyanshu jain.
                                Till date neither any product was delivered by the company nor any response received from boxgig.in.
                                Trying to reach boxgig.in via mail ([protected]@gmail.com) on dt.23/08, 24/08 and today 30/08/2020, but no response received from their side.
                                Requested to payumoney to pls look into this matter and try to resolve as along with boxgig.in, payumoney is equally responsible for this issue.
                                Image of both the service provider is as at risk.
                                Looking forward for an suitable solution from payumoney.

                                  Our customer made payment rs 1, 27, 000 for air ticket booking through payumoney link... After payment we got message from payumoney that payment on hold and ask for proof of delivery... Booking and payment date 25 aug 2020 and we received mail on 26 aug 2020. We uploaded invoice for the booking on 26 aug 2020 and we got message as it will take 2 working days to review. As of now (30 aug 2020) there is no update about the payment. 3 bank working days completed.in this pandemic situation getting business is very hard. Guest travel also completed but payment not yet released from payumoney.

                                  Kindly advice to get our amount or want to take legal action to payumoney
