Transaction No 119629 on Dt 17.07.2020 of HDFC Bank A/C No [protected] amounting to Rs. 100000/- has been debited from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful.The same has not been credited to IndusIND Bank Fixed Deposit .It is therefore solicted the same may be debited back to my account.

I got one amazon link in my mobile of one plus mobile offer just at rs. 2999 so i ordered it and pay 2999 through payumoney payment gateway then also received my rs debit message but no any order placed and details showing...Then i realized its fake link but my money gone just because of this payumoney gateway ...Why payumoney give gateway to frauder...

Made online payment of Rs.22673/- on 14/07/2020 for payment of college fee on MET Institute of Management portal via Debit card . After making payment next screen showing the message of cm90004-duplicate record message. At the same time money was debited and the payment status also not updated. No transaction details was sent.
The bank from which payment debited is Central Bank of india. Hence it is requested to refund my money of rs.22673/- as soon as possible.

Today afternoon[protected] i ordered one plus 8 pro mobile when i see it in amazon. My transaction done through payumoney. I got a message from payumoney that i successfully completed my transaction of 2999 rupees. But after than i didn't get any order or delivery details till now. When i contacted amazon they told that they didn't done that order. So i understood that payumoney cheated me. I already gave a complaint against payumoney in consumer court. I need my transaction amount 2999 back soon.. I have all proofs of my transaction & am attaching those proof along with these message.

Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site maxophone.com. Maxophone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on maxophone.com. Maxophone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message.

I bought one mobile phone of rs 3999.00 on dt 14.07.2020 by credit card payment processed through payumoney. Both maxophone.com and payumoney are doing fraud together.

Please help me to get my refund.

But couldn't find any details about shipment. After searching the reality i found that i have been cheated & many more people also have been cheated the same way.
Please refund my hard earned money back to me & don't allow the access to gateway of money to these fraudsters.

Hi,

I had made a payment through "payumoney" gateway for ordering maxo m10 mobile and headphones.. Not received till date. When i tried to reach merchants, they are fake too.

How can payumoney provides authority to such fake merchants like hbn network, maxophones/eloda. Biz. Also, if order not received they dont take any responsibilities. There is no contact details to contact.

Obviously, its a lesson i wont make any payment through this gateway. But government should ban this gateway and take strict action against such fraud merchant too.

On 29 may 2020, i had ordered a whey protein from the website "myprotien.co.in" i paid the cost of the protein twice.

Order number:[protected]
The amount is 4346.31

The transaction was made through sbi net banking the reference numbers are :

Ref/cheque no: [protected]igairqzl0o

Ref/cheque no: [protected]igairpata7

After 3 weeks they said they refunded the amount back into my account but i did not receive any such refund. Upon contacting them they said wait, it will come.

After i was being persistent they gave me a transaction id & told me to contact payu.

The transaction id given to me for the payu refund is

Upon contacting payu i have not received any message about my refund at all.

I have repeatedly contacted "Myprotien.co.in" customer care & they have always given me the transaction id [protected] & instructed me to contact PAYU for the same issue.

I have attached a few screenshots of my conversation with their customer care as proof.

Kindly recheck, as myprotien customer is adamant that they have initiated the refund.
