I have paid to talking for tab 11.8.2020, rs.2499 through payu payment id is[protected]. The merchant is not respond my order details. Why payu encourage such type of merchant . Without verify the merchant details why payu creat the account and transfer the amount from me. Kindly reverse the amount immediately.

I think that is fake company, no response from their side. Why don't u remove your list and why do u collect the money behalf of that fake company? I trusted your gateway that you verified.

What was criminal action taken payu money on that merchant. Or otherwise I will take action against payumoney if payment return as joint venture with fraud merchant

      I have done a transaction of rs 80, 000/- by credit card dated 05 aug 2020 transaction id is[protected]. Next day 06 aug 2020 i received a mail regarding buyer confirmation/email id/invoice detail required for settlement. I attached invoice on link shared by payu on mail. 07 aug 2020 i racd another mail regarding refund of rs 78112 for approval. I replied i didn't agree for refund of rs 78112 instead of rs 80000. After that many times i have requested a phone call me on my mobile number and many time revert back to e-mail id for call request/settlement/refund on [protected]@payumoney.com but i have not recd any phone call and email to settle my rs 80000. My money is still on hold yet. I am waiting.

      Hi, Since you've made a self-transaction, we will not be able to process this amount as self-transaction are prohibited at PayU Money. However, the team has refunded the transaction back to its source after TDR deduction as per the policy. Let us know fro any other assistance.

        Hi,

        I paid to siddhi sringar inr 630 on august 6, 2020 though payumoney. Amount is deducted from my credit card and as per bank transaction was successful. As per bank's records transaction code is 084468. Please look into it and resolve.

        If it's succesful transaction, why money is not paid to merchant. Give me merchant details i.e. merchant name and contact details to whom money is paid by Payu if it's successful transaction.

          In response to online shopping vide payment id[protected], order amount rs 779.00 merchant order id [protected] order date & time july[protected]:11:59 am, the product has not been delivered to me till the poting of email, kindly inform me accordingly. Pertinent to mention here in case you can't deliver the said product my payment may be reimbursed immediately.

            I paid my sons college fees using online payment provided in the college website using payumoney with my debit card on 4.08.2020. I did not get either success or failed message. It just took me to a debug page on wordpress. (I have no idea what it is) payumoney has not sent me any confirmation mail or reciept either. My bank on the other hand has sent me a transaction confirmation mail. The chat bot on the help page of payumoney has limited options and such a problem has not been listed there. As payumoney has not given any kind of indication about the sucess or failure of payment, i dont have the transaction id of payumoney. I have only bank transaction id. I request that the amount of rs. 12920.71 may kindly be refunded or receipt issued to me. (Terminal id of transaction as given in the transaction confirmation by my bank is[protected]

              Hey all

              So i was going to build my new pc and wanted to have licensed window and just surfing through internet stumbled onto a youtuber video (Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxGku93LAjM&t=41s)which directed me to website called windows10offer (Link: windows10offer.net)

              From where i bought their product called [product name: windows 10 pro full retail key 32/64 bit 1 user (Lifetime)] and as the name suggested it was license kit and the reason i bought from them cause i was able to use youtubers discount code with gave me 30% discount on the product

              Later on just surfing through youtube again found out other youtuber saying windows key fraud on youtube on recommended tab (Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1-KtkzVtC0&t=454s)as soon as i saw this i mailed windows10offer website customer care for refund and take back the key which i not used and no reply from them

              Now i created my pc and tried their key just to check and guess what that key wasnt working i've again mailed windows10offer website for refund and guess wont get any reply

              Please take action on this and if you need i have merchant id, transaction id and all the details you require from payu money and saved mails

                Payment for my order is deducted from my account, on enquiring with the supplier, i was told that the amount of rs. 1000.00 is not deposited to his account by payumoney.
                Pls deposit the same or refund me the amount.

                    These people stating that they have an offer for the hdfc customers and also hdfc is stating that we are providing an offer. Looking at the hdfc offer i thought due to my transactions hdfc is providing me an offer and i ordered from https://www.iredeem.in/. but they have delivered fake products. How its possible to provide sep-2020 make watch to deliver in july-2020. It's quite strange but has happened with me.

                                Hello,
                                My name is bhupendra i have a merchant acccount in payumoney id 7154364.

                                Settlement of my amount transaction id:[protected]} is on hold by payumoney for unknown reasons. They sent me mail to submit delivery proof and i have already submitted that but i got no response from them i have very small business if payumoney will not release my amount as soon as possible i will be in big trouble. I cant give service to my customer till money received in my account so my customers are also in trouble now. And payumoney is responsible for all this. They have no rights to hold our hard earned money as they are making me and my customers in trouble. And they also don't have any support no. So we can our issues.
                                If payu will not release my amount on time i need to file strict complain against them and my customers will also file complaint as they are also in trouble.
                                Hence i request from payu team to resolve my issue on urgent basis.

                                  Further, we would advise you to never share confidential details like card no/card expiry date/CVV/OTP/internet password with anyone when you receive any unsolicited calls/SMS/IVR & email seeking for card activation/upgrade/rewards/refunds or any redemption. PayU will never ask for these details.
