with reference to the above merchant ID, my payment is on hold for no reason, I have provided the documents, I'm unable to reach you or get a reply from you by any mode of communication, we even went to their office, it was closed, our entire business is on hold because of their irresponsible action, and they doesn't care, you should responsible for the business loss and mental trauma, settle my payments asap.
