I have placed an online order for the "Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G phone Call Tablet with wireless keyboard" on Box gig.in and made a payment of Rs.2999/- through you on 19th August, 2020 which was duly received in the account of Mr.Priyanshu Jain. My transaction ID is[protected] dated[protected].
Since then I have sent them to messages to know the status of my online order but till date I received no reply from them.
Hence, you are kindly requested to apprise me of the present status or arrange to refund my money.

      There are discrepancies for following periods

      1. October 2019 to November 2019.

      2. Feb 2020 to March 2020

      3. July 2020

      Merchant id : 6127386

      We don't know whom to speak to.
      There is no phone no given to us for support.
      Emails are getting bounced on "[protected]@payumoney.com"

      On payu help page there is no way I can raise a settlement issue.

      Its disappointing that we have to struggle to receive our own hard-earned money.

      Can someone from payu please contact and resolve this asap.

        Dear payumoney team,

        I had made a transaction of rs 7500/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.
        The transaction details are as below:-

        Transaction date:-05/08/2020

        Since i have to submit the receipt of above in my college for recoupment purpose, it is requested to kindly provide me the receipt.

            I had ordered a teclast tablet/ pc, [ order id - ms1875] from 'tapgig.in, powered by shopify' worth rupees: 2, 999, under the name of mr. Anil n. Sonawane on15th of august 2020. The payment was made from my phonepe wallet upi (Phone number: [protected]- transaction id p2008151600197841441155. The transaction was made through payu payment service. (Payu payment id[protected]. The payment wasn't made to the vendor 'tapgig.in' but some (Divyanshu jain). The vendor isn't replying. I want my money back; refund.
            How can you verify a fake/ fraud company to use your services. My humble request is to stop dealing from any payment done for tapgig, so no other person get fooled by tapgig.in

                Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment ID[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
                PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

                  I have made a product purchase at skyclue.in for an online product MS Office 2019. I have made the payment through payUmoney which was successful. I have not recieved the product or any confirmation from the seller party skyclue.in. I am just suspecting it is fake. I want an immediate refund of my money which I have made for the purchase of the product.

                    I had paid rs.2, 999/- for purchase of a tablet phone on boxgig.in and the transaction number is[protected] dated 14/08/2020.

                    Neither i received the product from the website nor any response to the mails.

                    It looks like a fake website. Is there any way to recover the money?

                    Pls ensure that this id is blocked so that the others can be saved from being cheated.

                    I tried complaining on https://help.payu.in/ and its states Your transaction with Payment ID[protected] on date 14/08/2020 is successful . Please contact merchant for order/service delivery or refund related concerns. There is no provision to attach any file there. After struggling for 2-3 days, I somehow managed to get your email address: [protected]@payu.in (not sure if this is the correct email address though).

                      I had received a message from boxgig.in regarding 10 inch tablet at special price of Rs 2499 (without keyboard). I had ordered the same through their website on 17th august 2020 at 11:13 pm and paid for it online. I have not recieved any information except the mail that I shall recieve it in 3 to 4 days time and I shall be notified about it. I have rewritten to the company enquiring about the status but there is no reply . Kindly advice how to recover the tablet or money

                                Requesting to please refund my money of transaction done on 07/07/2020 from account no [protected] on payu payment gateway of Rs5959 having transaction ID-[protected] And transaction no. Of 98126444 via net banking. the order on ShopClues app was cancelled, a refund is given by them on 08/06/2020 but I have not got refund credited in my account till now.I am enclosing details in attachment.Please suggest a resolution to my problem.

                                    I received sms with a web address link of boxgig.in for purchase of tab at a discount cost of ₹2999. At this when shown for shopping confirmed the order went for payu money payment channel. I made the payment through debit card after confirming the otp. But i received a sms that payment has gone to one jain. When i checked the id, it was fake. That is why i am complaining. If any details required, i am ready to furnish.
