            I made a payment to my customer on 7th June 2020 and then they kept asking me for different documents and despite providing the documents didn't release the payments and have now stopped responding emails also, they do not have a helpline number also

              For a while back i have written about my account is not closing and i got the reply from the company that it was closed but this wasn't the case. I have attached the link to the previous complaint and the response of the company too but even after that it wasn't. My account is still active.

              Seriously what's the point of filing a complaint if you guys are not working on it and if you some issue then contact me but what's the point of lying???

                                I had made a transaction of rs 590/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.

                                  This site is selling mobile phones and tablets. It is also giving ad in google and you tube. 17.06.20 I ordered mobile krypton note 9 pro of rs 4299 After order there is no mail. Rs 4299 debited amount from my account.but bill receipt different amounts. When I tried to send mail to ther support email I’d [protected]@ezeephone.com then getting invalid email I’d.

                                  Also in this fraud payumoney https://www.payu.in/ payment gateway is also involved ad ezeephones company is registered with this compnay for payment transactions.

                                  Both ezeephone and payu.in companies are doing openly fraud and looting public money openly.

                                  I also would like to complaint google digital marketing where they are doing advertising of fraud company.

                                  This is big scam.

                                  Please help me to get my money back and save others people to cheated.take action immediately sir..

                                    I ordered krypton note 9 pro for 4299Rs firstly, i paid money via PayUmoney after 3 days i complained about this site, when i complained one of them of company employe call me and ask for complained, he wont try to convene me and he told me your order is out of stock that why your payment will refunds, today i called him for asking about my money he tryed to take my bank info. and said for some calculation related to account detail andthe final ans is came as "My account pin" after few minutes i got massage from the bank as Debited 5000Rs.
                                    please do something for me and for other people, Youtube and google need to verify the company before advertisement we take a risk because of trust on them.

                                      One of my customer was done 1 transaction via pay u using cc, below is the transaction detail.

                                      Reply received on 16/6/2020, detail is given below from payu money
                                      Information required

                                      (Kindly provide invoice, proof of delivery and buyer confirmation through his/her mail on [protected]@payumoney.com stating that he/she has received the products and will not raise any dispute against payu money regarding the same. We request you to ask him/her to provide the copy of his government id proof along with the copy of the credit card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible for the settlement of the amount.)

                                      If payu money need such detail by buyer like id proof, credit card copy and response by mail, then why they did not take this step at the time of transaction. Client does not have much time to give all of his detail again. Buyer get his material, then why he will give all of his credential,

                                      We only request the buyer to pay from payu money, if he pay, it means he is ready, and also customer provided his contact number along with email id.

                                      Please request you to release the payment, any of the account, seller or buyer whatever else, what is the point keeping money stuck with you. The time for sharing information is 48 hours, have you ever answered within the time,
                                      Suddenly my account is also on hold, giving me an error (While we prepare your service agreement, you can start uploading documents to enable money transfer to your verified bank account) i did not know, when this error willbe removed.
