My order confirmed and payment id[protected], dated 13.04.2020 but not delivered to me till now...

I made a payment to my customer on 7th June 2020 and then they kept asking me for different documents and despite providing the documents didn't release the payments and have now stopped responding emails also, they do not have a helpline number also...

For a while back i have written about my account is not closing and i got the reply from the company that it was closed but this wasn't the case. I have attached the link to the previous complaint and the response of the company too but even after that it wasn't. My account is still active.

Seriously what's the point of filing a complaint if you guys are not working on it and if you some issue then contact me but what's the...

01.06.2020 11:47:49 at pur/payu money/[protected].
The above transaction was failed and the amount was debited in my credit card account. Hence requesting your good selves to credit the same amount to my account at an early date.

I had made a transaction of rs 590/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.

This site is selling mobile phones and tablets. It is also giving ad in google and you tube. 17.06.20 I ordered mobile krypton note 9 pro of rs 4299 After order there is no mail. almost 10k rupees worth has been blocked and they are not releasing the amount and i have raised a ticket they are not responding

please solve the problem...

No response from merchant

I request payumoney to submit merchant details his account number etc.. Otherwise payumonry has to refund the amount as it allowed payment service to fraud website.

Payumoney says that
As payment id:[protected] has been done using your own card, we will not be able to process this amount as self-transaction are prohibited at Payu Money. However, we will refund this transaction back to its source after TDR deduction for Rs 29292, and the same shall reflect in your account within 3-5 working days. Kindly approve.
But amount not refunded to customer credit card...

I made a transaction to evok.com through amazon pay and payu gateway. A money of 27711 rs was deducted but the merchant says transaction failed and money credited back which i did not receive. Transaction date is june 2, 2020 and id is [protected].
Kindly make sure the money is credited back to my account....
