I am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant id is :- 5694388.
One of my customer was done 1 transaction via pay u using cc, below is the transaction detail.

Transection id :[protected] dated :- 9/6/2020
Description :[protected]
Source id :- [protected]
Amount :- 1100.00

Complaint query ticket genereted on 13/6/2020
Ticket number :- bh[protected]
Reply received on 16/6/2020, detail is given below from payu money
Information required

(Kindly provide invoice, proof of delivery and buyer confirmation through his/her mail on [protected]@payumoney.com stating that he/she has received the products and will not raise any dispute against payu money regarding the same. We request you to ask him/her to provide the copy of his government id proof along with the copy of the credit card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible for the settlement of the amount.)

If payu money need such detail by buyer like id proof, credit card copy and response by mail, then why they did not take this step at the time of transaction. Client does not have much time to give all of his detail again. Buyer get his material, then why he will give all of his credential,

We only request the buyer to pay from payu money, if he pay, it means he is ready, and also customer provided his contact number along with email id.

Please request you to release the payment, any of the account, seller or buyer whatever else, what is the point keeping money stuck with you. The time for sharing information is 48 hours, have you ever answered within the time,
Suddenly my account is also on hold, giving me an error (While we prepare your service agreement, you can start uploading documents to enable money transfer to your verified bank account) i did not know, when this error willbe removed.

        My merchant id 6130724
        Payumoney says that
        As payment id:[protected] has been done using your own card, we will not be able to process this amount as self-transaction are prohibited at Payu Money. However, we will refund this transaction back to its source after TDR deduction for Rs 29292, and the same shall reflect in your account within 3-5 working days. Kindly approve.
        But amount not refunded to customer credit card today till and this is not self transaction.

          I made a transaction to evok.com through amazon pay and payu gateway. A money of 27711 rs was deducted but the merchant says transaction failed and money credited back which i did not receive. Transaction date is june 2, 2020 and id is [protected].
          Kindly make sure the money is credited back to my account.

            Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message.

            I bought one tablet of rs 4199.23 with payment id[protected]. Payment processed through payumoney. Ezeephone.com is doing fraud.

            Please help me to get my refund.

                Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message.

                I ordered one tablet of rs 3999.20 on 12th June 2020, payment processed through payumoney. Both ezeephone.com and payumoney are doing fraud together.

                No complaint was not resolved, they call me on Tuesday 16-6-2020 and told me that will receive my order in 2 or 3 days but product was not delivered till now. I have tried today (22-6-2020) to call back to number (+91 8447027954) from which I got call but number was not working.

                  I have deposited money online to buy krypton tab through pay u money on ezeephones.com website. Did not receive nay confirmation from merchant about the order and delivery date.                             Sir me talk to merchant ezeephone mr.amit mishra 9432495373 he told cancelled order and not get message ezeephone refund money via UPI.he request my upi password.and he send link.after few minutes some andhrabank upi send request debit link to me 5000, after few second next message 4500.both link me not open.me doubt some frauding.me required money is only 3499.30, now I know ezeephone and payumoney both are doing fraud together.please refund money.my Mobile is 9446320476

When i try to email but the mail was not found. Even payu email which i get from google is blocked to my email. What should i do now?. Please help me out if there is possible ways to get refund.
