M/s shine summer - online store, selling fabric, fragrance, smartphones advertised to sell redmi note 7 pro for rs 2999/= on10/5/2020 i paid in online thru payumoney. Both shine summer and payumoney send receipt in web confirmation/email for their order no:ss6902 but failed to deliver. When asked delivery they said material will not be delivered so refund will be made if i provid to shine summer my debit card number, expairy date, ccv number, 3dpin number of the card, age, date of birth for which i said all the details can not be reveal. He said if not refund will not be given. I have receipt for paid money, their cell numbers:[protected], [protected]. I request to get refund of my money paid rs.2999/. Request payumoney who was the money collector in online for "shine summer" can arrange to get back my refund to have confident to pay online money in payumoney system
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by [email protected] Today morning (13/6/2020) a call came from cell number:[protected] and asking in HINDI did you make complaint, I said I don't know Hindi, can you speak in English. He scold something ( I believe) and cut the line. every day nowadays some body call but the refund issue still not settled. Please help

Thanks for notification, It is not fair for you simply wash hand in the transaction involved, that means you are profession is not like genuine.
I don't expect this reply from PayUMoney, if so next time how to have confidence in any transaction involved by PayUMoney. If you think it is one time business next time don't bothered it is ok but the business started is not one time it must be for until your heirs follow. I send the complaint copy to help to get resolved if you wash hand then I have to look into other way only.
