Immediately after placing the order, i cancelled the order and asked for reund. Meanwhile 10 days have passed, but no refund yet.
When contacted, merchant says, he has not received the payment yet.
Since the merchant's account has not yet been credited, please reverse back the transaction and refund the amount to the original source of payment i. E. My bank account.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Santosh Pattanaik Merchant has sent his bank account statement from 26 June to 7 July. I do not find this amount 2875/- to have been credited to his account.
Please let me know on which date it was credited.
