I have purchased a redmi note 4 mobile in offer price worth rs.2999/- on 24th may 2020. I pay the above said amount through payumoney to ankit jain from phonedeals.in but till today i not received my mobile and also their customer care service is not responding the issue. Please look at this matter and do take necessary action.

            I have given details to my bank (Syndicate) to investigate on their side.
            In the meanwhile can you please confirm this amount rs 50779 was sent to my account (Source account) of syndicate bank [protected].
            This will sort out this transfer from you on 28 april 20 to me which is not received till date.
            Maybe the amount has been sent to a wrong account. This can be confirmed by me only if you tell me the account number where you have transferred the money.

              I done as the payment by customer as on 1st of July which is still today 8th July on hold they are asking me to provide the bill or any supporting where as i informed this is a outstanding amount but still it is pending please try to understand i am in a big problem please let them know about my issue and get this solved as sson as possible.

                We are using payumoney payment gateway to sell our products online (Mid : 5436060). There was an issue with our bank account registered with payumoney. Hence, around 3 weeks ago (On 13/06/2020) we changed to a different account and also completed all documentation work. Payumoney confirmed that the settlements that were pending before and after this will be credited to our account in 72 hours. Till date we have not received a single rupee from them. There is no customer service number where we can reach out to. We only got a basic reply to our ticket

                "we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
                We have forwarded your details to our concerned team. Our team will get back to you shortly."

                Now they have also stopped responding to our followups. We are very worried about this situation

                  On 30.06.2020 i have paid my postal life insurance's policy no:cg-25976-uc premium rupees 4243/- from my icici credit card, authorization id: 872143.
                  But the amount not yet credited in the pli account. Still the apyment is showing pending.

                    When contacted, merchant says, he has not received the payment yet.
                    Since the merchant's account has not yet been credited, please reverse back the transaction and refund the amount to the original source of payment i. E. My bank account.

                        On 24th June 2020, I was trying to pay my House Tax INR 1500.98 to East Delhi Municipal Corporation thru PayuMoney. My ICICI Bank Account has been debited for the said amount INR 1500.98 but the same was not credited into East Delhi Municipal Corporation Account. I have also received message from Payumoney that the transaction is failed. Payumoney FAILED TRANSACTION message is attached herewith for your reference please.
                        Till date I have not received my INR amount 1500.98 into my account as per message(that amount will be credited with in 48 Hrs. in case failed transaction. Shall appreciate your arranging refund of INR 1500.98 into my account.

                                    I have started to pay for the llr online ap but unfortunately i pressed the back button then it showed the payment failure and will be redirected to the merchant and the tab showed page loading but its not loaded even for more than hours and i was unable to make a new llr application because it showed the application number exits but a failure payment status and there is no way to apply for llr for me

                                      The above payment for a school has been made by axis bank account no [protected] through payumoney gateway on 10.03.2020. The transaction code for the above transaction is ecom pur/payu money/[protected]/100320/14:13. Though the amount has been debited from my account the school account has not been credited. Immediately i contacted my banker and raised a complaint. Being the last date for the school fee payment immediately i paidrs.15805.15 using my axis bank credit card though payumoney which was successful. Our banker immediately on receiving my complaint and gave a temporary credit of rs.15786.28. But latter on 17.06.2020 reversed the the temporary credit of rs.15786.28 transaction details as payumoney vatika towers sgr fl.
                                      I request you please inform me that the status of above transaction whether
                                      Successful or pending or failure to claim the refund either from the school or from the bank.

I'm looking for an escalation point or someone senior from the sales team to contact me. None of the phone numbers are functional nor is their sales team responding on email.
