    Hi,
    I have made a payment of Rs. 38, 941, 00 via Payu to Merchant MSHK (Medica Superspeciality Clinic) on 23rd March, 2020 through bu AXIS Bank Credit Card.

    The Email Confirmation I received from Payu has details :
    Payment ID :[protected]
    Merchant Order ID :[protected]

    The MErchant is stating they cannot find the Payment. They are asking for a UTR Number. Please provide the UTR number

I paid amount through debit card 1000/- via payumoney .Money gots deducted and your order has been received message is also came.But I didnt received any details regarding that like when they will deliver the product.

        I have booked mobile phone nebula 7 note pro on mobyl store vied order n0. Ms-2971 and paid rs.2999/- by my credit card and received message with id[protected]on 15th of may-20. Till now i did not get neither the delivery or any update. When contacted on their customer care nos.[protected]/[protected] for refund i was wrongly guided to forcibly deposit rs.5000+5000 from my bank account.

        Hi,

        PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues.

        Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution can be provided by the merchant only. We advise you to get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same in case the concerned merchant is not providing the services.

              I have payu account but i am unable to create my payu money wallet
              Actually i have done a payment of rs 1500 to a freelance project
              I do not get the project but my money was deducted and sent to the person who asked me to send money
              I have filed a complaint regarding refund but today is the fourth day and i do not receive my refund in my bank account and i am not be able to create my payu money wallet

                  On 22/05/2020, i made a payment of rs.2999.37 through your gateway under your id:[[protected]] against my online smartphone order with "smartphone bazaar. Online". I have not got any correspondence from the said merchant either on my placed order or on receipt of my above
                  Payment. I also sent my mail to their mentioned customer support mail id:
                  [[protected]@smartphonebazaar. Online] but got message"your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@smartphonebazaar. Online because the remote server is misconfigured."
                  I contacted their given mobile number couple of times but it is switched off.
                  I see similar complaints online. And i am also going to file a compliant as payu also are liable to register with authorised partner before they provide their platform to collect money for the transaction on their behalf.

                  I need my product delivered or refund. Kindly either provide a can be reach details for the smartphonebazaar or refund our amount and cancel the transaction.
                  In the absence of any type of confirmation, i will filed a criminal
                  Complaint with the cyber crime cell, greater faridabad police regarding this. You are requested to attend this on priority basis and contact that self-styled merchant using the details available with your records (Collected while registering that merchant with your gateway)
                  And ensure that the refund of my above referred paid amount is completed before the end of the tomorrow. Hope to hear early from you with a resolution.

                  I was contacted by promod and more money was transfer 2999 and 2000, he said it is the case number, ND later call was disconnected. He repeatedly asked to rebel account balance and asked me to do accept the transaction, I have lost 8000and when I am calling the number now, no response. It all fraud, I asked for senior as I asked him the steps you are telling me is for transferring more money and not refund and he said just try it will be reverted from their end. Can some one escalated and get this resolved.i lost 8000 now.

                      I tried to place order on fortune detergents of a value of rs 1350 in their website. For payment it led to payumoney link and i made online payment from my bank account. The confirmation message is reproduced:

                      "your a/c xxxx50931is debited by rs. 1350.00for ibibo-[protected]/payumoney/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 21/05/2020 15:53- indian bank"

                      But the company has not received the money, nor did i get any message from payumoney. The order is yet to be confirmed. I tried to contact via their help chat. It only accepts answers to some fixed questions and i could not register my complaint. No customer care phone no. Is given in their website.
                      Very poor service. Hope it is not a money swindling bogus transaction

                      Thank you for the response. Frankly this is my first use of PayUMoney and I am quite disappointed. Your help chat is a hoax!. This answer could have been provided directly by your customer service. There is no telephone number provided in your site. I tried several times the Help chat. It was montonously repeating the question and answers that is not relevant in my case. No person is available to answer in case of difficulty with the automated chat. It is clear that the company is not interested in genuine customer care.
                      By the way why it should take so many days to return the failed payment?

                        I tried to place an onlinr order for detergent for dishwasher from fortune dishwashing using their website. While making payment it led to pay u money that receives on behalf of the company. I made payment of rs.1350 by online transfer from my bank account.                                 Regarding your claim on 22/05/2020 on my earlier filed complaint about the zero response from the self-styled
                                online shopping website merchant- www.smartphonebazaar.online, can in no way be accepted. This is because,
                                customers like me does not trust any online shipping website straightaway even if it belongs to the Ambani group or Tata Group but rely only on the payment gateway the said website uses, which are authorised in India by RBI based on certain guidelines, rules and regulations. As per the RBI guidelines/rules/regulations, every payment gateway can enroll a merchant to grant them access to their payment gateway only after obtaining the complete KYC of that merchant and also about the list of articles/items/things they offer through their online shopping site. In my case, the said merchant of that shopping site has failed to respond in any manner I tried to contact after my payment was routed through your gateway. Hence, in this regard, you can't wash-off your hands by simply saying that you are bridging the merchant and their customer but should own the responsibility of catching the said merchant who has gone underground by contacting the bank to which you have passed on
                                my paid amount as per the written commitment made between you and that merchant. SO, IT IS YOUR PRIME
                                DUTY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR GATEWAY IS 100% SECURE AND ACCEPT ONLY GENUINE MERCHANTS WHO
                                CAN BE REACHABLE BY YOU AT ANY POINT OF TIME. AS A QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT WITH 40+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, I AM THOROUGH AS TO WHAT IS THE DUTY OF EVERY PAYMENT GATEWAY AND
                                THE RIGHTS THEY HAVE TO QUESTION ANY MERCHANT ON THEIR ROLL WHEN THINGS GO HAYWIRE. SO,
                                THERE IS NO QUESTION OF WAITING PATIENTLY TILL THE SKY FALL ON EARTH AND YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO ACT AS IN THE WAY IT IS TO BE AND ENSURE THAT MY PAID MONEY THROUGH YOUR GATEWAY IS QUICKLY RECOVERED FROM THAT SELF-STYLED BOGUS MERCHANT AND PASS ON THE COLLECTED AMOUNT TO THE BANK ACCOUNT IN THE SAME MODE BY WHICH IT WAS PAID ON THE DAY OF THE TRANSACTION. YOUR IMMEDIATE PROPER ACTION IN RECOVERING THE PAID AMOUNT FROM THE SCAMMER AND REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

                                    We paid professional tax of punjab govt. From their official website for rs. 200. After entering all the details we clicked submit then it directed to my net banking website for making the payment of rs. 200 after login into the website it shows payu gateway then i made payment but from my a/c rs. 46, 200 debited instead of rs. 200.

                                    I am not understanding where this addition 46, 000 gone. As the portal of punjab govt. State development tax [psdt] is showing challan of rs. 200 only not 46, 200.

                                    I want my refund of rs. 46, 000 back.

                                      Its been more than 6 days still not settlement received, when it some to small payments they will do there work with perfection and when the heavy amounts shows up they kept my settlement on hold and no response ! With this kind of fraud this affects my business in loss, i request to solve my issue

                                        I had used payu money to book a ticket for rs. 805 on dated 11/06/2018 for himachal road transport corporation.

                                        I had contacted with merchant and the bank. The bank responded that the amount already paid to merchant i. E payu.

                                        The hrtc official responded they didn't get the amount.
