        Dear sir

        Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message.

        I bought one tablet of rs 3999.20. Payment processed through payumoney. Both ezeephone.com and payumoney are doing fraud together.

        Please help me to get my refund.

        There is no merchant exists and no support email ids and numbers are working. How come payumoney register this type of merchant who is doing fraud with customer. Please help me to refund my money.

          On 12th feb 2020 i wanted to make payment for ttd (Tirumala thirupathi devasthanam) booking and paid rs.2060/- but it did not reach ttd and went to some other account. Ttd confirmed that they have not received this amount and i had to pay again and booked my special darshanam tickets. I asked sbi cards to refund this money as the money did not reach the intended party. Sbi cards reveresed this amount upon all enquiry with a clause that they would reverse this amount if the payumoney claims this amount as genuine. Today i got the reversal notice that rs.2060/- is debited to my card account. Hence i want a refund of rs.2060/- from payumoney. I have written several e mails to payumoney, who never bothered to respond.

                    My name is ramanand kumawat and my merchent id is 7067824. On 27th may i have got 35k by oyorooms and my payment is on hold by payumoney risk team. I provided all the required information through mail and by ticket generate service to payumoney. But they are not approving my money in bank. Paymoney is a fraud company.
                    They are not calling me also, so i can better explain my problem. They don't have any customer support.

                        I had cancelled my religare health insurance policy and they have informed me that vide transaction number[protected] dated 27 april 20 they have transferred rs 50779 to you. I have still not got the amount in my account. Religare keeps telling me that the amount has been given to you and wants me to follow up with you.
                        I am a pensioner and senior citizen. I request you to do the needful at the earliest. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  On 17th May 2020, I made a payment of Rs. 999/- via PayU to purchase JBL portable wireless speaker and headphone. The invoice also says the same thing.                                   I was relying on PayU 's credibility to make this payment and now got cheated. The customer care number of the service provider is also not working.                                   Hello Team PayU - the merchant site that you say IS NOT WORKING. Their contact no IS NOT WORKING. How do you approve such a site? THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THE MERCHANT. Either reveal WORKING CONTACT DETAILS OF THE MERACHANT or I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU - because it PayU that has APPROVED SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY. That way, you must be also FRAUD.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have made a payment of Rs. 38, 941, 00 via Payu to Merchant MSHK (Medica Superspeciality Clinic) on 23rd March, 2020 through bu AXIS Bank Credit Card.

                                      The Email Confirmation I received from Payu has details :
                                      Payment ID :[protected]
                                      Merchant Order ID :[protected]

                                      The MErchant is stating they cannot find the Payment. They are asking for a UTR Number. Please provide the UTR number
