      Hello sir,
      On[protected], i in the name of donation to corona fund made a contribution of rs. 20000 (Two transactions @ rs.10000 each) through internet banking from state bank of india. As is evident, the amount donated for a sacred/humane cause has gone inadvertantly to a different destination, not concerned with the cause. To set right the inadvertance, only option is that the amount gets refunded to my saving bank account forthwith, so that the same is correctly sent as a donation to the correct destination ie. Pm cares fund. Sir, you are therefore requested to refund the amount to my sb account in state bank of india as quickly as possible. The transaction ids are[protected] &[protected].       It is reiterated that my complainmt dated[protected] regarding refund of Rs. 20000 wronly gone to PayUMoney has not been resolved as yet causing unnecessary concern.       Kindly ignore the previous response!

      PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

      As informed earlier, these are the successful transaction via transaction Id - 311312522 & 311310849 and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. We would again advise you to raise the chargeback for the given transaction with your issuing bank.

              On 21/4/2020, i had initiated a payment of rs. 4521/- through the ghmc app for the payment of my property tax.

              The amount was debited through the citrus pay payment gateway through google pay upi but it showed that the transaction failed after i entered the ghmc app and my account was debited.

              Please update me on the status of the transaction and provide details about when the refund would be processed.

                  Already complained but issue not resolved.
                  Fraud application, paid with jio money, clicked on refund, but amount was not credited back even in 5 days. Transaction id[protected],[protected]. Please refund my money back.
                  Fraud app payment still hold from 16th april today it's 23 april but still neither payment not refund or settled.[protected] refund initiated.[protected] settlement in progress. They don't even have a customer care no. Nor email communication. Totally fraud. Please do settlement of 96 red remaining amount.

                        Hello payumoney team,

                        I am worried about my refund from healthmug of 1283/-
                        I had made payment for medicines with hdfc bank and few medicines were rejected, because of which part payment was inititated by healthmug for 1283/- via payumoney.
                        I received the message from payumoney about my refund of rs 1283.0 from healthmug on saturday (18 th april 2020) but still it is not reflecting in my hdfc bank account, can you kindly look into it? Hdfc bank is telling me that they have no such request from payumoney.

                        As informed, the refund amount will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund. Today is the 4th working day, kindly wait till 28th Apr-2020 and contact your issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time.

                          We regret to inform you that the transaction with Payment ID:[protected] &[protected] has been failed and we have not received funds against the same. Further, the transaction with Payment ID:[protected] is successful, however, the Refund or Settlement has not been processed due to insufficient funds in your account.

                          Please note that there is a negative balance of Rs. 3.54 in your account. You can either make a self-transaction of the amount of Rs. 4 on your account after including TDR (2%) + GST (18%) via Net Banking so that your refund gets processed automatically.

                          Note: The rest amount will be settled to your registered bank account.

                                  I asked for refund in the month of February but still have not received it. The customer care has only chat option. It says the amount has been issued but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. If I don't receive the refunded money, I am launching complaint against you.

                                    Yesterday i paid my daughter school fee through your gateway, you charged a very high amount in the form of service charge during the lockdown period, you have taken advantage of lockdown period and charged extra money from us.
