    Hello, my merchant id - 6817255.
    Received payment on 8th april 2020 of my two clients paid me money through payumoney with total amount rs 5, 250.
    You block my money, no reply from your side.. Sir/mam i just want to ask u one question that why are you running your business if you can't provide proper service to customer. If there any problem, please let me know.

        Payumoney has put a hold on my money worth more than 3 lakhs because there was a sudden spike in transaction. I don’t what kind of transaction these people expect from a nation wide website caters more than 18 million prospective buyers. Each day is loss of money for us and they casually post that it will take 2 working days to solve the issue.
        If my problem is not solved im planning to gather details of all similarly affected merchants through this website and file a class action suit against payumoney for holding my payment against ombudsman scheme for digital transaction rules, creating monetary loss, and mental agony.

        Today i got a mail saying that payu was unable to close my ticket on closure date and they need one more day . Pathetic service. Never trust payu for your business operations

        Every day i get a mail from payu that the closure date is extended for 1 more day
        This how they cheat merchants . They might have justification for card transactions but I dont know under what basis they hold upi and wallet transactions. They asked me for buyer confirmation for which i contacted my buyer and the buyer sent a mail to them that they got the service but still they are holding my money.
        If i was left with no option I’m sure law will provide me justice.

        Constantly asking my buyer to send mail confirmation for just 299 worth of purchase they made is bothersome for my customers and it spoils the smooth relationship between me and my customers.

Why are you running ypur business if you can't provide proper service to customer. If there any problem, please let me know. And give proper response of you have ticket system in your platform.

                        Hello i was raise my tickets on payumoney customer care portal 6th april 2020 number is sh[protected] for my 15 transection settelment on hold. Payumoney team not responding our emails. My 25000rs on hold and i dont know the reason behind of it. So please let me give my money back.

                        I was started payumoney gateway since last 15 days. When i was start service they transfers all my customers payment in my bank account susccsfully. But from last 6 days they stop deposit my customers payment in my bank account. My 15 transection settelment amount is 25000rs is on hold and i dont know reason behind of it. I also raise support ticket in there customer portal but they don't give reply on my query. I mentioned above my support ticket number and my mid number is 6977169.

                          An unauthorised transaction of rs. 29000 was made from my sbi account by some payumoney user after hacking my phone and getting my debit card details. This is completely unauthorised transaction.
                          I received the following message in my message box.

                          *sbidrcardx6481 used for rs29000.00 on 06. Apr20 at 11111744 txn#[protected]

                          When i was checking the details in my transaction history on net banking portal, following description i found regarding the transaction.

                          *by debit card_othpg[protected]payu_www.freecharge.inGurgaon-

                          It shows that the transaction was made through payumoney by some user.

                          The above transaction was made without my permission. My debit card no is [protected]

                          Regarding above issue i have also made and complaint in my sbi home branch as well as in the police station also.

                          Against this issue, i need your help to overcome this issue and get the refund which deducted from my account without my permission.

                            I have done a transaction for rs 25, 000 from my canara bnk account towards canara hsbc obc life insurance policy on their website.. My amount was debited from account on the same day but i have not received any payment confirmation or receipt fronm them and now when i check on the website the premium amount is showing unpaid.. Even my money was not reversed and even now the premium amount is showing unpaid after 1 week.. Transaction reference no is[protected].. I do not have any other details as the transaction was done on the website directly from account. I want either my money back or the receipt for payment... I have mailed hsbc obc policy also several times but did not get any answer.

                                I have already raised query for that.

                                I have already submitted documents for releasing payment. Still my payment on hold.

                                I have received payment at 19 march then after 72 payment not settled so i can raise a ticket for that.

                                Then i have received mailed for payu and given list of some document which required for payment settlement.

                                So i can send all the documents which is required for releasing a payment settlement and the date 30 paril which is given by payu for settlement.

                                    I have received several payments from different customers on payunow, but in my app from it says that the payments are on hold.
                                    Its almost rs 13069, kindly give me a call or update me why my payments are on hold. I am not a new user or done anything un-ethics, so i request you to please release my payments because its a lot of amount and those money are of my business running.

                                      My merchant account with payumoney is 6994001.
                                      On 3rd april and 4th april three of my clients paid me money through payumoney with total amount rs60, 000.

                                      Transaction id[protected] rs18, 000

                                      Initially it was put on hold and i was asked to submit the invoice, once i did that today, it is still on hold. This money is for the access to training. Please either refund back to my clients or transfer to my merchant bank account but keeping money with you is not acceptable. Its not your money.

                                      I have read so many negative reviews about payumoney so cant wait any longer. My clients are not able to understand the reason for delay when they are okay to give you any kind of confirmation. You can easily call them and confirm. If required, they will also followup with their credit card banks incase their amount is not either transferred to the merchant or refunded back to them. We are fine either way. Once refunded they can make payment using other gateways /methods and at least they can start the course and study in peace.

                                      I reached out to them through various forums They called me at my phone, not sharing the phone no bcz it was personal number. They asked to get below mail sent by my clients to them along with their id cards and creadit acrd photos...Once my clients mailed...it got settled in just 30mins. So I think they played fair. Thanks This is to confirm that I have received the services from the merchant 'Customize Analytics Trainings' and i am not going to raise a dispute or chargeback on these transactions in future. The payumoney transaction id for Amount Rs 18, 000 is 312446346. Please find my government id proof along with the copy of the credit card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible attached with this document Request you to release the payment to merchant immediately.                                         I had made booking on airbnb. However, i cancelled due to ongoing virus spread and lockdown. Airbnb issued refund of 40, 517.14 to my account through payu, under receipt id: rcnw5nbrc8. The transaction code airbnb says is [protected]. The refund was initiated on 15th march 2020. Yet there is no payment into my account. I checked with airbnb and they had issued the refund from their end. I have to check with payu is what airbnb responded.
                                        Request you to please credit the money in my account.
