Hello, my 50, 000/- has been stuck in payu money they are just fraudulent, they messaged me to return my money within[protected] but today when i tried to track the ticket id that is showing error http 500... It's really very embarrassing how can they hold someone's money without any reason... I want my money back asap...

    Hi team,

    I ordered a shoe from instagram page called “the shoe box store”. I ordered the shoe from the website named “https://www.shoe-box.store/”. I ordered and they sent me a payment link and i paid through that payumoney link. He told me he’ll send me the order once lockdown got over but last few weeks i contacted him about my order but he didn’t replied me and today he blocked me in instagram. I am requesting payumoney to revert my amount back. I am attaching the screenshots for reference.

In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

        I was supposed to pay the bbmp property tax of amount 538 so i paid the tax amount on 14/08/2020 through the website bbmptax. Karnataka.gov.in i paid through net banking with payumoney company. The amount has been debited from my account but the status is failed. The status is showing as not paid. My bbmp transaction number is[protected] and page reference number is [protected] i did not get my money back nor my tax payment as paid in the status. Please refund my money back.

          Yesterday i paid 1500 rupees to a link he is from freelancer
          I want to do typing work he asked for 1500 to deposit money as security fees
          But after receiving money he stopped replying me nor he has given me work
          I have his email id and payment link
          What to do now?

            I made a transaction on the website shinesummer.com based on good reputation of payumoney payment gateway. The payumoney payment id[protected] with amount 999 was deducted in the name of ankit jain instead of website. This raised suspicion and i immediately sent a mail to help center of this website which was non existent. Then i did a search on internet and found out that multiple complains have been filed for the fraud of this website.
            Payumoney is either incompetent in doing business or facilitating frauds to conduct online business.

                    Hi, payu money
                    I am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant id is :- 5694388.
                    One of my customer was done 2 transaction via pay u using cc, below is the transaction detail.

                    04 may 2020 10.19 am,
                    Transaction id :[protected]

                    Source id :- [protected]
                    Amount :- 20000
                    Purchase from :- payment link

                    05 may 2020 7.58 pm
                    Transaction id :[protected]
                    Description :[protected]
                    Source id :- [protected]
                    Amount :- 80000
                    Purchase from :- payment link

                    Above transaction was done on 4th and 5th may 2020,
                    On 6th may they were asking through mail regarding additional document, to get the proof of delivery, like invoice/bill/receipt etc.

                    To reply for the same, i attached invoice on same day,

                    Immediately i got below reply :
                    "your settlement is on hold
                    Thank you for sharing the information. It will take 2 working days for us to review your information."

                    Now 2 day already over, i did not get any call, or any mail, or any reply.

                    Mail droped on provided mail id – [protected]@payumoney.com,
                    I got reply from them :- (Your message to [protected]@payumoney.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.)

                    Then i tried there phone number
                    Corporate office :- haryana :- contact: +[protected]No response)
                    Regional offices :- mumbai :- contact :[protected]Wrong no.)
                    Benagaluru :- contact :[protected]/01
                    (One is only ringing, and one is auto disconnect immediately)

                    As per pay u policy on internet, payumoney customer care is available for 24/7 and 365 days a year. On chat complaint.

                    Then i complaint on 8th may 2020
                    Complaint no. Js[protected] dt :- 8/5/2020 evening (Settlement status)
                    Complaint no. Cw[protected] dt :- 8/5/2020 night. (Settlement not received)

                    And 9th was saturday, 10th was sunday, 11th was monday full working days is also over, and i did not get any call or reply from pay u.

                    Dear sir, i request you please look into this matter, and transfer my money as early as possible, and if you are not able to transfer the money, please get back refund the money to the customer account.

                    During the lock down period, we are facing very difficulties regarding money, and if your system, will block such a big transaction, then how will we survive,

                              I used payumoney for my education videos website as a start-up we had promotion with instagram adds and after getting payment from 4-5 customers they blocked my account settlements and not replying to the mails also! The customers are also worried because they didn't get the service and they are not replying a single thing that they ll refund the amount or ll do settlement! They are just doing fraud things legally! I don't know why they do so? Please help to release the settlements

                                Hello payu,

                                We have discussed about this issue with mr. Amit kumar (Sales manager) a long time ago. I have explained to him and he understands our requirement and we agreed that our website will be verified as we are doing legit business.

                                So, with the hope of verification, we started accepting payments from our customers and we already got around rs. 15, 000 worth of payments.

                                But, after 4 months of that conversation (And number of complaints on the support chat), our website is still not verified. Therefore, we cannot get any settlements.

                                We have to stop accepting online payments due to that. I have filed a new complaint on the support system. My merchant id is - 6882706.

                                I really hope you solve my issues soon!

                                      I have an online store and i have been using payumoney as a gateway since the beginning, on 31st may 2019 we received an order of value 16k and the order was successfully deliverd to the customer on 8th june 2019 through delhivery tracking number[protected]. But after 1.5 months we received an email for payumoney that there is a chargeback of 16k from the customer and we need to give clarification and the proof of delivery. We sent the relevant documents to the them, and since then whenever we receive any order from customer and payment is passed through payumoney they have not settled any amount and it always shows "settlement in progress" in their dashboard. We raised several service requests on their website, but never got a single call from them regarding any solution, and they are such a fraud company that they dont even have a customer care number.                                         But still not received and not received any phone calls with status also.
