On 30 march 2020, i was booking a ticket on irctc, after making payment it was redirected with error on irctc website,

I received below response from irctc customer care.

Please note that txn [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested...

On 12th feb 2020 I wanted to make payment for TTD (Tirumala thirupathi devasthanam) booking and paid Rs.2060/- But it did not reach TTD and went to some other account. TTD confirmed that they have not received this amount and i Had to pay again and booked my special darshanam tickets. I have booked one ticket on irctc using my sbi visa card but i cancel ticket on irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumpp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

I received a message from payu money on 23rd march mentioning the proposal number and the amount but they have not completed the transaction to my account yet.

I am esha asole from amravati, maharashtra. I made payment through payumoney for a collector's edition book from booksnbeyond. But due to some reasons they did not get notified about this payment and didn't make the delivery. Hence, i launched complaint about un arrival of the book. They checked and told me that they mistakenly didn't make the delivery hence initiating the refund process through payumoney (As they handle all there transactions)....

Transaction failed not but amount deducted from my credit card by pay u money. I make transaction for rbl rewards throw pay u money for purschse shop
502.60 rs ammount deducted from my credit card and transaction is failed my ammount is not received by pay u money solve my complaint and give me my ammount in my credit card accout, it is bad experience given by pay umoney.

I paid for the train tickets through payumoney option using credit card.
Even after many days of cancelling the tickets, refund is not credited back to my card. The payumoney autobot for customer queries resolution is useless. The do not provide a dedicated phone number to address customer issues.

We raised payment link through payu money on 06th march 2020 against europe tour package booking for jun 2020.
Our customer paid through his credit cards on the same time however payu money put the amount on hold from the same day. They have asked for invoice which we have submitted and after that raised ticket on their portel.
