bbmp transaction issue

Hi,

I have paid my BBMP property tax today through SBI account via PayU on BBMP website, transaction took long time and I saw a blank page instead of a success message.

I checked my account was not deduced at this point, after an hour, I checked BBMP site it was showing showing paid amount 0.00 so I paid this time using HDFC method and it worked.

But later I saw ammount was deduced from my SBI...

We have use payment gateway of payu, we provide our customer payu money payment link... He make payment via that payment link... On 27 march 2020...&... We have provided payumoney... Invoice proof as well... For processing our payment...

But now no one is responding on mail... From payumoney... We have raised ticket on their website as well, but their is no response from them...'

We have also provided them, customer acknowledgement, that he (Customer) had make payment... To us (Model media solutions india pvt ltd) then,

Also... They had not credited my money in my company account... Its more than 10 days now... From the date of transaction on payumoney

        Ello,

        On 30 march 2020, i was booking a ticket on irctc, after making payment it was redirected with error on irctc website,

        I received below response from irctc customer care.

        Please note that txn [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested to please contact to your bank.

        Other details:
        Accouny no.: [protected]

        Transaction number on idbi statement: ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwirctccoin00 [[protected]]

        Fail transaction number showing on irctc : [protected] [[protected]]

        Amount : 820.48 inr

        I have sent emails to their customer care team but non of the emails are working.

          On 12th feb 2020 I wanted to make payment for TTD (Tirumala thirupathi devasthanam) booking and paid Rs.2060/- But it did not reach TTD and went to some other account. TTD confirmed that they have not received this amount and i Had to pay again and booked my special darshanam tickets. I asked SBI cards to refund this money as the money did not reach the intended party. SBI cards reveresed this amount upon all enquiry with a clause that they would reverse this amount if the Payumoney claims this amount as genuine. Today i got the reversal notice that Rs.2060/- is debited to my card account. Hence i want a refund of Rs.2060/- from Payumoney.

                    I am esha asole from amravati, maharashtra. I made payment through payumoney for a collector's edition book from booksnbeyond. But due to some reasons they did not get notified about this payment and didn't make the delivery. Hence, i launched complaint about un arrival of the book. They checked and told me that they mistakenly didn't make the delivery hence initiating the refund process through payumoney (As they handle all there transactions). I received a message from payumoney of refund done but the money didn't reflect in my account. This issue has been going on from a month but they haven't resolved it as payumoney has customer service which is nothing but useless. So, i am asking to resolve this issue at the end of this month or i am making severe issue of this case. The refund money is ₹1099/-

                                On same day. Bank replied that money deposited in payu acct no [protected] on same day. Policy not issued and hence policy bazaar

                                  We raised payment link through payu money on 06th march 2020 against europe tour package booking for jun 2020.
                                  Our customer paid through his credit cards on the same time however payu money put the amount on hold from the same day. They have asked for invoice which we have submitted and after that raised ticket on their portel.
                                  They have replied on the same ticket on 12th mar 2020, stating to provide additional documents invoice, copy of tickets, buyer confirmation, id proof, copy of cards, which we have submitted instantly.
                                  They closed ticket id without settlement, when i raised this again they aplozised and confirmed that it will be done by 13/03/2020.
                                  I guess payu is making money by holding our hard earned money in their account without any reason.
                                  Such a horrific experience with you team and payu.
                                  Due to non settlement i have missed by vendor payment and facing horrible time due to payu money.
                                  I will seriously raise this issue with ministry of corporate affairs and pmo and other relevant authorities.
                                  How govt has given lucent of these kind of cheaters to do business openly.

                                  We are in the same situation. No response. Ticket resolution was on 13th mar first, changed to 14th mar later, still not resolved. Haven't shipped products yet either..

                                    Hi from goodstrolley.in.
                                    We received orders (On 7th march 2020) from a client worth rs 60, 303 and the payment is on hold without mentioning the reason.
                                    Raised an incident on the settlement date seeing the notification, and the first resolution date was 13th march. We did tweet payumoney care and they mentioned they did call us and a mail requesting information was sent.. No mail nor any calls from payumoney.
                                    Now the customer started calling asking us to ship the product or refund the money.
                                    We did ask payumoney what details they need, they have never reverted.

                                    We never knew payumoney has this illegal practice of holding others money. This is pure cheating.
                                    We are going to file an fir f this issue is not resolved asap, since the customer has lost trust with us. We cannot procure the products without the payment is made.
