Hi,
I have received several payments from different customers on payunow, but in my app from it says that the payments are on hold.
Its almost rs 13069, kindly give me a call or update me why my payments are on hold. I am not a new user or done anything un-ethics, so i request you to please release my payments because its a lot of amount and those money are of my business running.

    My merchant account with payumoney is 6994001.
    On 3rd april and 4th april three of my clients paid me money through payumoney with total amount rs60, 000.

    Initially it was put on hold and i was asked to submit the invoice, once i did that today, it is still on hold. This money is for the access to training. Please either refund back to my clients or transfer to my merchant bank account but keeping money with you is not acceptable. Its not your money.

    I have read so many negative reviews about payumoney so cant wait any longer. My clients are not able to understand the reason for delay when they are okay to give you any kind of confirmation. You can easily call them and confirm. If required, they will also followup with their credit card banks incase their amount is not either transferred to the merchant or refunded back to them. We are fine either way. Once refunded they can make payment using other gateways /methods and at least they can start the course and study in peace.

    I reached out to them through various forums They called me at my phone, not sharing the phone no bcz it was personal number. They asked to get below mail sent by my clients to them along with their id cards and creadit acrd photos...Once my clients mailed...it got settled in just 30mins. So I think they played fair. Thanks This is to confirm that I have received the services from the merchant 'Customize Analytics Trainings' and i am not going to raise a dispute or chargeback on these transactions in future. The payumoney transaction id for Amount Rs 18, 000 is 312446346. Please find my government id proof along with the copy of the credit card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible attached with this document Request you to release the payment to merchant immediately.     I think I reacted in wrong manner. Your concerns were right to ensure that money is going to the right person and there should not be any claim of reversal by the clients later..

      I had made booking on airbnb. However, i cancelled due to ongoing virus spread and lockdown. Airbnb issued refund of 40, 517.14 to my account through payu, under receipt id: rcnw5nbrc8. The transaction code airbnb says is [protected]. The refund was initiated on 15th march 2020. Yet there is no payment into my account. I checked with airbnb and they had issued the refund from their end. I have to check with payu is what airbnb responded.

        bbmp transaction issue

        Hi,

        I have paid my BBMP property tax today through SBI account via PayU on BBMP website, transaction took long time and I saw a blank page instead of a success message.

        I checked my account was not deduced at this point, after an hour, I checked BBMP site it was showing showing paid amount 0.00 so I paid this time using HDFC method and it worked.

        But later I saw ammount was deduced from my SBI...

        We have use payment gateway of payu, we provide our customer payu money payment link... He make payment via that payment link... On 27 march 2020...&... We have provided payumoney... Invoice proof as well... For processing our payment...

        But now no one is responding on mail... From payumoney... We have raised ticket on their website as well, but their is no response from them...'

        We have also provided them, customer acknowledgement, that he (Customer) had make payment... To us (Model media solutions india pvt ltd) then,

        Also... They had not credited my money in my company account... Its more than 10 days now... From the date of transaction on payumoney

          Sir, I paid Rs.302 for recharge of TATASKY DTH ON 4.4.20 through Payumoney gateway. My payment ID[protected]. Amount paid from my SBI account. Due to delay in transaction, my DTH service deactivated. hence request you to refund my recharge amount Rs.302/- at the earliest.

              Ello,

              On 30 march 2020, i was booking a ticket on irctc, after making payment it was redirected with error on irctc website,

              I received below response from irctc customer care.

              Please note that txn [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested to please contact to your bank.

              Other details:

              Transaction number on idbi statement: ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwirctccoin00 [[protected]]

              Fail transaction number showing on irctc : [protected] [[protected]]

              Amount : 820.48 inr

              I have sent emails to their customer care team but non of the emails are working.

                On 12th feb 2020 I wanted to make payment for TTD (Tirumala thirupathi devasthanam) booking and paid Rs.2060/- But it did not reach TTD and went to some other account. TTD confirmed that they have not received this amount and i Had to pay again and booked my special darshanam tickets. I asked SBI cards to refund this money as the money did not reach the intended party. SBI cards reveresed this amount upon all enquiry with a clause that they would reverse this amount if the Payumoney claims this amount as genuine. Today i got the reversal notice that Rs.2060/- is debited to my card account. Hence i want a refund of Rs.2060/- from Payumoney.

                          I am esha asole from amravati, maharashtra. I made payment through payumoney for a collector's edition book from booksnbeyond. But due to some reasons they did not get notified about this payment and didn't make the delivery. Hence, i launched complaint about un arrival of the book. They checked and told me that they mistakenly didn't make the delivery hence initiating the refund process through payumoney (As they handle all there transactions). I received a message from payumoney of refund done but the money didn't reflect in my account. This issue has been going on from a month but they haven't resolved it as payumoney has customer service which is nothing but useless. So, i am asking to resolve this issue at the end of this month or i am making severe issue of this case. The refund money is ₹1099/-

                            Transaction failed not but amount deducted from my credit card by pay u money. I make transaction for rbl rewards throw pay u money for purschse shop
                            502.60 rs ammount deducted from my credit card and transaction is failed my ammount is not received by pay u money solve my complaint and give me my ammount in my credit card accout, it is bad experience given by pay umoney.
