I wanted to buy membership of an app. The application name is nex money e-wallet. So i paid the amount using payu but when i open the app its still asking for the payment. The amount which is paid by me is rs 1770 and the transaction is successful. Please help me get my money back.

              PayUMoney was charged me money of rupees INR 30000/- for providing international gateway name PayUbiz. At first they seems like very friendly and helpful and responsive until we didnt make payment. After charged me payment, they stop responding and deny from his words and change his policies as well.

                Hii payumoney
                While submitting my admission fee to university of kashmir (jammu and Kashmir, india) payumoney showed "payment aborted" and i tried again from the same step on a single admission form, and then again second time payumoney showed "payment aborted" and third time same without a single notification from bank or university that we received your fee. But then i thought i would try tomorrow, but after a half an hour i got notification of deduction three times insted of one time on a single admission fee.
                If it succeeded at first, then why payumoney again accepted money for second and third time and why it showed "payment aborted" all the time.
                So i request to repay the money you payumoney have deduction " extra two times ".

                    I am completing payment on FOXY shopping application on 29 sept 2020. For rs 271.00 payment via payu using rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 271.00 was deducted from my account. I attached screenshot.

                    This is first time when i start shopping from FOXY.

                    I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.

                    Please refund my money today if possible or get me registered for the product.

                        This is a complaint over your registered user or mechant, who has received money from my phonepe account to payu platform vide phonepe transaction I'd P2009252224389364657561 on 25/09/2020.

                        He communicated and took otp by way of fraudulent talk over a issue of gpay transaction introducing himself as googlepay customer care.

                        I request you to block the account who received amount of Rs.1997.13 vide transaction ref P2009252224389364657561 and query your payu user and solve this complaint.

                        I hope immediate action will be taken as 24X7 format as the fraud users should be pointed out from gateways like payu and other gateways.

                        Further a complaint will be forwarded to Reserve Bank of India with online fraudulent complaint cell.

                            Through transaction with payment id[protected] on date 17/09/2020 i have made a successful payment of rs.4299.08 for purchase of one wizpad n20 hd+ tab with 26.72 cm display. But the merchant delivered a different product o[censored]nkown brand with 5 inch display (Merchant is bookmytab.com). The merchant is not responding and email id provided by merchant for customer support seems to be fake as email bounced back. It appears that merchant is cheating consumers. Since payment to the merchant is getting transferred thorugh payumoney gateway, they ie. Payumoney getway should immediately should takeup the issue with merchant and arrange for refund to customers.

                            The merchant is a fake one and cheater. If your payment gateway is attached with the merchant provide the details and make it public. The details provided by merchant in it's website are fake one, mail gets bounced back. Arrange to refund money be transferred

                              I am subedar manoj rai from "eme school" of vadodara (Gujarat) (Indian army), i want to tell you that yesterday i was cheated of a huge amount of rs. 96010 / -, and that amount has been transferred from my savings account to dr. Menon's account (www.payunow.com/drmenon) in four transactions, the four transactions are for rs 10, rs 50, 000, rs 30, 000 and rs 16, 000 respectively.
                              Along with this mail, i am also sending you information on all four of these abusive transactions, which has been certified by my bank manager, i will also send a copy of the police registration, which is certified by vadodara cyber crime department, one of the rules of your company is that whatever financial transactions have taken place with the merchant, on the other hand, if anyone objects, the rupee can hang on your portal. I have filed a complaint against dr. Menon and he has defrauded me of 96, 010. So please stop dr. Menon amounting to rs 96010, please cooperate with me, that is why i am sending the document certified by vadodara cyber police and my bank manager, so that your organization can verify it and send the fraudulent amount back to my savings account, you can contact vadodara (Gujarat) cyber police station for further verification. Also give me dr. Menon's "kyc" so i can take legal action against him.

PayU will never ask for these details.

                                  An online portal "https://www.groupofemployment.com/" which is fraudulently approaching job aspirants with false promises that they will reach out to the human resource personnel of companies that are relevant to the aspirants' education and experience. They offer different levels of service and collect a fee for the same through payu money interface.

                                  In my case, i paid rs. 7, 670/- through payu money interface on 21 aug 2020. (Receipt info from the fraud:

                                    Company has refunded amount on 24th august 2020. But till day 18.09.2020
                                    Money still not received.
                                    Every time i complaint they give another 4 to 5 working days
                                    PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Deseeya sevabharathi keralam was using payumoney and the payments via this account is not getting settled or credited to our hdfc account no -[protected], ifsc hdfc0001259, thrissur. We raised tickets many times, our complaints are not getting resolved. If the payments are not getting settled and no assurances is getting from payu about time period of settlements, then we wish to terminate services with payu.
