Dear sir,
Pls note i have ordered dr. Vaku 3 in one pack to amazing deals through payu money on 7th sep 2020. The amount was 499 deducted my account.
But still i didn't recv any shipping details of my product. Really i upset reg this and i don't know how to contact them.
I taken the customer care numbers from website. But all number is wrong.
Sent many mail to them. But no reply. Pls let me know whether the order was booked or not

    Hi my merchant id is 7188064 I received an order on 1 Sept 2020 and today is 15 Sept but still no progress I don't know why? after sending all proofs of payment they are not releasing payment in my account and my business is impacted so much because of this issue also customer also confirmed that the payment made by him and I raised a query but I don't get any reply from the last 4 days that why I have to type here below are some proof please help me in this

      cm90004-duplicate record, but money deducted.

      Address: Plot No. 1349 A/2, New Mankapur Nagpur-440030

      I tried to register for cat 2020 on 14th sept 2020 at 8:50 pm. For rs 2000 payment via payu using central bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 2000 was deducted from my account.

      Sir the last date to apply for the registration is 16 september, 5:00 pm. The amount is deducted but registration couldn't be done.

      Sir please refund my money today if possible or get my payment processed so...

      I registered this complaint then 'I also raised a query in the help desk section of CAT website and specificed the situation there', then next day sometime near afternoon when I checked the checked the CAT webiste it showed 'your application is accepted' notification.

        This is praveen sahu, today i was doing the registration for comedk and my amount 5000 has been stucked in the gateway hence, i got the transaction id as well but i am not able to see the registration successfull page. This the second time i am facing guys tomorrow is the last date for the registration, many of the student facing this problem kindly do the needful..

            cm90004 - duplicate record with payu

            I tried to register for counselling of comedk on 13th sept 2020. For rs 5000 payment via payu using rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 5000 was deducted from my account.

            The last date to apply for the registration is 15 september. I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.

            Please refund my money today if possible or get me registered for...

              Then again i tried with a different account with a different rupay debit card and it showed the same, that is, cm90004-duplicate record.

              I am very tensed regarding both the money and the registration since the last date is september 15 2020 and already i have paid rs 10000 which is still not reflected.

              I have not got a transaction id for both of the payments but i have proofs to show that the money was deducted and that it was not reflected.

              Here is the proof of another account from which money was deducted but it was not reflected on the website.
              Its a matter of my future here. If not resolved I cannot take admission in COMEDK and my whole year will be wasted. Please try to resolve it as soon as possible.

                      My customer had placed order 30 aug 2020, 31 August 2020 and 03 September 2020. But my settlement is just got hold and not releasing to my account. I already submitted relevant proof for the orders status and also raised many tickets but not get any reply till yet. My customers demanded me for refund, but these creep company nor depositing into my account or refunding to my customers. Kindly refund or deposit into my account. They have no any contact number too, is it fraud or any other issue I don't know but they are not replying from mail too. Please look into it and help me as soon as possible.

                          A fraudulent transaction had happened from my credit card on july 29, 2020 Have reported it to my bank nd my bank nd mailed u asking for the details of the merchant. V hav also mailed the merchant askin for refund of money. But there is no reply from the merchant. I want back my money 2 be refunded my card from the merchant/payumoney.                               Team, payu money as put on hold my settlement for 2 transaction worth rs. 8507 & 425 having invoice number invt1n5v2u9h7p200907 payumoney refernce id[protected] &[protected]. I don't have any invoice as i am an advocate and advocate don't require the gst no. And payment received for my consultation fees at upfront which was pending since 15 days with clinet now client was sit just infront of me and after requesting he makes the payment thorugh my mobile. Now again payu has hold the payment so either settle this amount to my account or refund back the amount to buyer and if any convenience fees of payu, he can charged & settle the amount to my account.

                              I am not begging from payu, it's my money and they are using public fund unauthorized ways. Either process refund or settle the payment.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I have paid aurangabad property tax through payu money rs.1595.40/- on dtd.25/08/2020 on behalf of prafulla tanaji patange property tax.
                                Amount has been deducted from my account but receipt not generated on aurangabd muncipal site. My property tax penalty is increasing day by day.

                                Please do the needful...
