[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted but order of indusind forex card not completed | |||
I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex. Indusind.com, on 15th march 2019 at around 7.40 pm, ist, amounting rs. 37969.50 from my axis bank's internet banking vide transaction refrence number[protected]As shown in my bank account statement) to reload my indusind forex card numbered 465522××××××5782 with 2000aed. The amount got debited from my axis bank account but the payment did not succeed to my forex card on indusforex. Indusind.com. No refund has been initiated so far, neither i received any e-mail from payu to track the failed transaction number if any Please find the attched axis bank statement reflecting transaction id. I was requested via link to my customer for payment from payunow merchant account on 10.03.19 but till now date 18.03.19 I've need received my payment and showing on hold with unknown error.
