On 26 feb 2018 i booked a ticket from irctc app and i choose payu gateway for the transaction and the amount of 510 inr is deducted from my icici bank account but the ticket is not booked and its shows message of failed transaction so please refund the money as soon as possible. Please do some needful else i will don't use your services again.

      Sir,
      I have made a transaction of rs 1310.00 as my college fees dated 27th feb 2018 on payumoney but had not received the receipt of the payment yet. As this receipt is a compulsary document in our college i. E. (Ramjas college, delhi university) to sit in the exams. Due to this i am unable to submit my examination form.         I had booked a ticket by irctc on 16-feb-2018 of pnr no [protected]. And cancelled ticket on that day. But refund not credited to my account although it shows creadited in irctc website. The details as : —

          I made three transactions thru www.payu.in-utili via my citibank credit card on 4th may, 2017 - id:[protected] for rs.1, 053/-; rs.1, 263/-; and rs.967/- to be paid to east delhi municipal corporation towards property tax for 2017-18. However, these amounts were not transferred to edmc by payu.in and they have not creditedback the amounts to my credit card till date.

          I complained about this to payu.in vide transaction nos.28356; 28357 and 28358 on 22.2.2017. I received a reply from payu.in on 22.2.18 stating that i will be contacted by their integration support will contact me on 26.2.2018 at 5.00 pm. But they cancelled this giving reason that the mid is invalid.

          Instead of solving my problems, they are involving in some malpractices. Now i am left with only approaching the consumer court. They do not have the courtesy of contacting me even?

                I booked a railway ticket on 15 feb 2018 on irctc online, my ticket didn't get booked and payment was deducted from bank i called on your helpline number but there is no response.

                I find no option to get the settled amount of Rs. 490 to my bank account. The bank details given are not accepted at all however and I can't understand how to get the settled amount to my bank account

                    I used payumoney for paying 650/- inr to adeesh agrofoods. I used upi for the transaction. Amount was debited from my bank account but payumoney said that its failed and transaction was failed finally. I waited for 9-10 days to amount to refund. When its not refunded, i mailed payumoney. They said amount they did not receive and i need to check with bank. I checked with bank and bank confirmed that amount was indeed paid to payumoney's axis bank upi id. Same was reflecting on upi app which i used. When i check again with payumoney, they shamelessly saying that amount was not received from bank and i need to check with bank.
                    These guys are cheaters. Although its just an amount of 650/- of my hard earned money, i will make sure to report it to the higher authorities.

                    Yes I am aware as this is the first response I got from you guys when I raised complain on 13-Feb. With the same response I went to check with bank and from Bank it was confirmed that amount was successfully posted in your UPI ID with axis bank. THEY CONFIRMED IT THAT THEY GAVE YOU MONEY. Apart from that Google TEZ(UPI App) is also showing that amount was successfully posted . Now who is lying . I checked with bank and confirmed with app as well. Again if You are telling me that I go to bank then I will not go there and I will go to consumer forum. I have all the details and screenshots of transaction which saying that amount has been received in your AXIS bank UPI id.

                    I have again checked with Bank and Google Tez. Have shared UPI ID on mail as well. Could you now honestly check your accounts associated with that UPI ID ?

                    I saw my account statement and it was debited by 650/- . If you check yours then you will find it got credited by 650/- on or after 06-feb-2018.

                    Day- 20 : I have provided the exact account number which was given by State bank of india which they confirmed that amount was credited to that account. Still there is no response from the PayUMoney. Raised a complain on Ministry of consumer affairs as well. Lets see how much this 650/- will going to cost You PayUmoney Team.

                          I Have booked a ticket on irctc using payubiz gateway using my sbi debit card and I cancelled ticket . On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to PayU Money but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.

                            I have booked a ticket from irctc through payumoney payment gateway on 29th november, 2017 from hyderabad to durg. However, due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 15th february, 2018.
                            Irctc shows amount refunded to payumpp but i have not received any funds in my bank account yet. Kindly look into this and refund the amount at earliest.

                            Date of journey: 28th march, 2018
                            Date of booking: 29th november, 2017
                            Pnr number: [protected]
                            Date of cancellation: 15th february, 2018
                            Refund amount: 2745 rs

                            I have raised a ticket over irctc as well. Haven't received any response yet.

                              I made a payment to a book seller - ponnulagam pathippagam. The book seller says, they have no connection with any payment gateway. Payumoney says they have already paid the money and i should contact the merchant only. There is no end to this. I want to teach them a lesson whoever is the fraud in this case. But as a payment gateway i strongly feel payumoney should take ownership and close this with the merchant. Now that they don't want to do it, i want to know how i can make them accountable for this and stop them from cheating other customers also like this, maybe from high value transactions.

                              I have forwarded you six emails to the same email address you have provided. The earlier responses I received from the same email address were not satisfactory. So I am not sure if I would have any better outcome this time. Here are some of the details you wanted:
                              1. Payment ID is[protected].
                              2. Merchant Order ID is 2885_17120822.
                              3. Payment Status on your dashboards shows 'Money with PayUMoney'.
                              4. Merchant's email address is [protected]@gmail.com. They just don't respond to emails. I spoke to them on the mobile number provided. But they are saying they have no online payment option yet.
                              5. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
                              6. My mobile phone number is [protected].

                              I am sure this must be enough for you to trace the order and the problem if you really want to resolve it.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had paid an amount worth rs. 19871 INR on 09-02-18 through my debit card on clicking a link provided by policy bazaar. The merchant was star health and allied insurance.
                                My account was debited but merchant account was not credited.

                                my debit card no. is XXXX XXXX XXXX 4251. and my bank account no.is [protected]. account holder name is SHARDA DEVI.

                                I am attaching my bank statement also. Please resolve the issue at earliest. As this issue has already taken 11 days.

                                  I ordered Tata Sky from onlinedthservice .om via Pay u money gateway on January 15, 2017. The first transaction got failed leading to debit an amount of Rs. 1349 from my Central Bank Of India account.                                     I booked irctc ticket amount is deducted from axis bank but tickets were not booked. Let me know when i will get refund amount
                                    Still i haven't received any confirmation mail
                                    In irctc website the ticket status is showing as failed reason fir this it is showing unable to ger money from bank (Pau u money) however i got message from axis bank that the amount is deducted (1511)
