[Resolved]  PayUMoney — my account debited but merchant account (star health) not credited.

Dear sir,

I had paid an amount worth rs. 19871 INR on 09-02-18 through my debit card on clicking a link provided by policy bazaar. The merchant was star health and allied insurance.
My account was debited but merchant account was not credited.

my debit card no. is XXXX XXXX XXXX 4251. and my bank account no.is [protected]. account holder name is SHARDA DEVI.

I am attaching my bank statement also. Please resolve the issue at earliest. As this issue has already taken 11 days.

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I booked 2 tickets from Chennai egmore to thiruvar jn. After that I was cancelled my tickets. The refund was credited to account next 3-4 four days. But the amount was not refunded.my transaction id [protected], amount refund 540/-, date[protected]

OTP from State bank of India has been delivered to my mobile number even if no transaction has been made from my side
