    I was trying to book ticket on irctc website on 01/02/2018 from ajni (Nagpur) to aurangabad for train no. 11202 ajni ltt express. For the first two attempts, money was debited from my account twice i. E rs.460 each (Rs.920 in total) but ticket didn't book. Third time i got the ticket by changing the gateway to paytm. But the refund for the first two transactions had not been yet credited to my bank account. It has been 6 days now and i think it is the matter to worry about.
    My failed transaction ids are -

    My debit card is of central bank of india and the first and last four digits of the card are-
    First four digits - 6521
    Last four digits - 6059
    Date of transaction - 01/02/2018
    Amount debited - rs.920 (Rs.460 twice)

    So please intervene in this matter as soon as possible.

      I have made a payment through Payu for applying Driving license. Money has been debited twice. But the slot was not booked for LLR.

      I have made number of representations to your customer care people. Even though no response from them. Customer care people are not at all responding to the calls. They have mentioned two customer care numbers. I called so many times. Even though they are not responding to the calls and Emails.

      Please find attached screenshot of my failed transactions for Payu.

          Hi team,

          I have made transaction of college exam fees payment using hdfc debit card and payment gateway was selected as payumoney, the transaction got failed and amount got debited from account and it has been 3 months now and the amount not yet refunded. Below are transaction id

              I was trying to make a payment of rs 1500 from my account in standard chartered bank using my debit card through payu money. This payment was for edureka.                   Merchant (Royal brothers) has initiated refund of 1000rs to my bank account through payumoney on 31st december 2017.. i got email from payumoney on January 1st 2018 my refund amount is initiated. After that i didn't receive any communication and amount also is not yet credited to my bank account.. it is almost 1month now. I don't know what is happening. I raised consumer complaint and tried to reach customer care.. Payumoney team gave me only the paymentID :[protected] on 31/12/2018 and ARN[protected] reference number. I have contacted my bank several times they are telling like, Its initial transaction reference not complete(successful) transaction details. There is no valid contact number to contact payumoney.. Payumoney team also dont have any phone connection i guess.. I am seriously irritated about this issue.Please check and fix this ASAP.

                  I have attached payumoney wallet screenshot.. Please refer that. In that refund payment mode is showing CASH. I guess this is wrong.. I sent my 1 month bank statement also to payumoney.. payumoney team is sending only two lines of response as in email.. They dont know how to track the transaction details..

                  First of all, are you ppl seriously looking this issue, I'm stating that the payment method in the portal showing as CASH, as the transaction done through bank, how it will shows as CASH. If the payment sent through CASH, what is the use of raising the dispute to bank? Its clearly showing that the mistake is your side. I need a valid justification for the payment method. You ppl are not at all analyzing the issue, you are simply sending the repeated emails, and there is no valid contact# to reach you ppl to sort this issue out.

                      I had cancelled an e-ticket from IRCTC on 4th Jan 2018. Ticket get cancelled and the amount was refunded by IRCTC on 4th Jan 2018, using ITZ gateway as per the message sent by IRCTC. But till now i have not received the refunded amount.

                          Irctc has intiated the refund of 495 on 23 jan and money is been credited to payu. And i donot have any payu acc. I have done this transaction through irctc payu... So refund the same in my acc from which i have paid the amount..!!!

                          I have also tried several time to get resolved through customer care.. But unfortunately payu has got just horrible service regarding that. They donot even think to pick up the call..!!

                            I filled mbbs 2nd yr exam form on 22/01/17.in 1st transaction the screen shows that it was unsuccessful & than i had to another transaction for the same which was successful but my bank statement is know showing that two transaction to ruhs had occured & fee of form hasbeen charged two times (2914.39 + 2914.39) p/z kindly look into the matter & take action as soon as possible.

                                  My complaint is that my credit card twice money detect the payment failure after too. On 24th january, i was paying online for gju university fees. After putting otp the payment was canceled. Both times this problem happened and the money was detected. Nor did the money come back to my account nor accumulate in the university.                                         I have cancelled my ticket with pnr number [protected] on 22.01.2018 my cancellation id is [protected]

                                        Till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. As per irctc they have already refunded the amount to payumoney on 23.01.2018.

                                        Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.
