Sir, i was purchasing an video course (Bank prime) from adda 247 yesterday through your pay u money but my transaction failed in the end of process. I tried thrice but got the same message saying "transaction failed". But my account is debited thrice by 14997. When i have not bought anything then why my account is debited even when the transaction failed. I have confirmed from my bank that the amount has been transferred to you. So, it's my humble request to refund the amount debited.
My payment ids' are -

Please respond as early as possible. Waiting for your response.

      We have submitted extra payment by mistakenly payment on 5 april 2018 for paper publish internationally in ijraset and payment has transferred to ijraset through pay u money. First time we submitted payment of rs.1250/-and after by mistakenly due to some technical problems. Again payment of rs.1280/-

              Hi,

              I have paid my bengaluru property tax for[protected] via payu gateway. The transaction/challan id:[protected] and app no: [protected]. The payment was done from my icicibank net banking on april 10, 2018. At that time the payment status said: "payment transition" and now it says "validity expired". The money has been charged from my account. However bbmp says the payment is not made and hence i am unable to download the receipt.

              Please check, confirm and let me know the resolution asap.

              Thanks for the quick response. Please note that fund has been debited from my account and it is shown in statement now, I have contacted bank 2 days before and they said that nothing they can do at their end as fund has been transfered from my bank account. Can you please check at your end and refurnd the amount as I have seen you have done same for other similar cases.

              With reference to your e-mail, we would like to inform you that the debit transaction of INR 6119.00 has been successfully debited and transferred to biller with the reference number[protected].

              Further for any unsuccessful transaction at the biller end, the funds will be returned to your account within 7 days.

              If the amount is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to check with the biller and provide confirmation from the biller that the amount was not received at the biller end.

                I have emailed all the details to [protected]@payumoney.com but till no response has been received. Rs 1100 has been deducted from my account while making payment to merchant and merchant not received the payment and status showing failed. But money has been deducted from my account. And till now i have not received any refund. My money stuck with payu money. Also no one from payumoney not been called to my number regarding the same.

                          I have paid bbmp property tax for 2018-19 through net banking on 11/04/2018, the amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the bbmp property tax site. It shows the paid amount is 0.00.

                              Inr 2940 paid to pspcl being electricity bill using my net banking account with hdfc bank and payumoney.
                              Payumoney has acknowledged receipt of money on with id[protected] on same day 11.04.2018 when the amount was debited from my account.
                              Kindly let me know when will pspcl get the payments i am very anxious as pspcl have not received payments yet

                                I had filed for bbmp property tax using payu money -
                                In my bank statement these are the details:
                                Narration: kmuxi5ejarzk5pou-payubruhatbengalurum
                                Reference number:[protected]
                                Date: 07 apr 2018
                                Amount: 5, 437.00

                                During the payment process, the transaction got stuck at payu money page and later (+15 mins) it said transaction incomplete.

                                The money has gone from my acount, and the transaction is incomplete.

                                Kindly check when the amount will be refund.

Now irctc is showing that it has refunded the payment in payu bank. But i did not received even a single penny in my account.                                         Hi i had made payment to bbmp bangalore for the property tax payment through their portal: bbmp propery tax system through portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Default.aspx.

                                        Tax amount of rs.4852 was paid from my bank account in idbi bank (Internet banking) using payu gateway option. My bank account got debited for the amount but the bbmp did not get the credit of the same amount. Transaction from idbi bank reference number ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwbbmpgovin001 dt.11.04.2018

                                        Please reverse credit the amount back to my bank account.
