Bought a tv board bought for the second time on this website www.lcdledspareparts.com on august 25 2017 amounting rs 4500. Tv model was sony klv-40ex430 mother board. Listing on website kerba electronics shows product was in stock when i bought it. But i never received the package till now. Contacted the seller every week for nearly 3 months. But seller replied as product not in stock. So i requested the seller to refund the amount back i. E. Rs 4500. But seller/merchant does not reply or contact anymore. Even the website is now down for sale. I'm helpless. Please help me get my money back. I already bought a new tv. Here is the invoice
