Sir, i was purchasing an video course (Bank prime) from adda 247 today but my transaction failed. I tried thrice but i got same msg of transaction failed. But my account is debited thrice by 14997. When i have not bought anything then why my account is debited when transaction failed. When will you refund my money back? My payment id were-

The payment was done from my icicibank net banking on april 10, 2018. At that time the payment status said: "payment transition" and now it says "validity expired". The money has been charged from my account. However bbmp says the payment is not made and hence i am unable to download the...

I have emailed all the details to [protected]@payumoney.com but till no response has been received. Rs 1100 has been deducted from my account while making payment to merchant and merchant not received the payment and status showing failed. But money has been deducted from my account. And till now i have not received any refund. My money stuck with payu money. Also no one from payumoney not been called to my number regarding the same....

Hi! I tried to make payment for entrance exam o[censored]niversity of hyderabad through axis bank net banking. And the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I made the same payment twice but both the times the amount of rs. 561.80/- was deducted but transaction failed.

Listing on website kerba electronics shows product was in stock when i bought it. But i never received the package till now. Contacted the seller every week for nearly 3 months. I have paid bbmp property tax for 2018-19 through net banking on 11/04/2018, the amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the bbmp property tax site. It shows the paid amount is 0.00.

Inr 2940 paid to pspcl being electricity bill using my net banking account with hdfc bank and payumoney.
Payumoney has acknowledged receipt of money on with id[protected] on same day 11.04.2018 when the amount was debited from my account.
Kindly let me know when will pspcl get the payments i am very anxious as pspcl have not received payments yet...

I had filed for bbmp property tax using payu money -

During the payment process, the transaction got stuck at payu money page and later (+15 mins) it said transaction incomplete.

On 2nd april 2018 i was booking a ticket on irctc mobile app through payu payment gateway, unfortunately transaction failed and money got debited from my bank account (State bank of india). My name is vijay kumar i was doing payment of property tax in the name of my mother rajwati devi of edmc website through payumoney but that payment was unsucessful and the status on my mail i d was showing that. But my account was deducted of 355 rs and some paisa and payment id was[protected]... And this was done on 30 march 2018 at 11:11:06.0 and failure reason was transaction dropped... And now today is 10 april 2018 still i have not received...

After mailing several times since 18th January 2018, when I received a mail stating that Amount 110.50 has been reverted to the bank account via card transaction.

But there is no such transaction according to bank and no money has been received in my account as one time transfer for stated payment id done by payumoney.

There is no call support provided to revert the money back to people on Closure of RBL wallet.br...
