I have paid for driving license test slot booking in andhra pradesh transport department and fee of 960₹ and initially i got slot confirmed widow in net and i went for test center but they told slot was not booked. So i left after spending @500₹ for transportaion charges. I called payumoney customer care number but no response. Further i got slot confirmed message after 8 days further i went to test center for driving but they told we can only change slot date at the date when slot is booked. Again 500₹ wastage.

    Yatralinks is doing fraud by using your free payment gateway service.

    Even no buddy can pickup the call after collect the payment.

    Please stopped they service.
    I don’t know why payumoney allow this kind of fraud merchant.

    All numbers are getting out of reached or switched off.

    I have send many requst to payumoney but can’t do any help.

    I prove it marchant is fraud still then PayUmoney can’t any action against marchant and still allowing payment services for this kind of fraud marchant, so sad and very bad experience with PayUmoney and Yatralinks.

      I was doing a transaction on big basket for payment of groceries using airtel payment bank on 14th feb 2018 which latter failed. My transaction ID is[protected]. Please provide me refund.
      My airtel payment bank no - [protected]. When I was doing my transaction Payu page appeared and after that my payment got stuck. Also I have inquired to airtel and big basket . Airtel is saying that it was successful while big basket is saying that it was unsuccessful. And current status is that I am yet to receive refund regarding this because latter I have paid in cash . So in this way I have paid twice for the same order. My transaction value was Rs.2410/. Please provide me refund

        Dear sir,
        I have placed on order for mobile phone in online india shopping mall web site. The details of my order are as follows;
        Order id: ind[protected]
        Date: 21 jan 2018
        Payment: net banking.
        Payment gateway: payu money
        My payment has been successfully processed but i have not received the merchant order/service confirmation. The details of my transaction are as follows: merchant name: g kumar; order amount: rs 11299.00 ; payment id:[protected]; merchant order id: ind[protected]; merchant transaction identifier ind[protected].
        The customer service no provided on india shopping mall web site is not functional and also the e-mails sent to the id shown on the website are bounced back. Payu money customer service provided another e-mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). My repeated mails to email id provided by payumoney were unanswered. The merchant 'g kumar' did not delivered the product & services and also did not provide refund.
        I requested the payu money to cancel the payment to the merchant immediately. However, they informed me that the said payment id[protected] is successful and merchant g kumar is responsible for the delivery of the product or refund.

        It is to be noted that the merchant (G kumar) registered with payu money payment portal appears to be a fraud because all the communication channels (E-mail, phone, customer support and contact address,) listed in their online shopping website (Indiashopping.com) are not functional/existing. Furthermore, the merchant has not delivered the product for the payment he has received.
        Therefore, it is clear that rs 11299.00 is debited by payumoney from my account and settled to a fraud account (Payment id:[protected]. Therefore, i request payumoney to cancel the payment and refund back to my account at the earliest.

          I have not received any intimating regarding the above particulars on my personal email. Kindly intimate at the earliest.
          I cannot approach the merchant, Shaadi mubarak Jabalpur directly as all their mobile contact numbers have been switched off completely for the last fifteen days.
          You are requested to immediately black-list this merchant as it appears to be a clear cut case of fraudulent transaction. You are also aware of the fact that previously also there are numerous complaints against this merchant on this forum itself, however PayUMoney has taken no action till date. How many more customers will be cheated of their hard-earned money by this fraudulent matrimonial agency Shaadi Mubarak before you act. requesting urgent action

              As payumoney wallet is closed from january 30 2018, i have transferred the wallet amount to bank account. Its been a month long since i transferred, but amount is not received.                 On 09.02.18 i tried to book train tickets from hwh to kpd through transaction i'd [protected] by irctc, my booking was not completed but the amount of rs.2040 + bank charges are debited from my sbi a/c.

                It's 13.02.18 is already over but the same amount are not refund till now. Please let me know when ii will get back my money.

                    On 05.02.2018 i tried to book one e-ticket on irctc through payumoney payment gateway using indian overseas bank debit card. The transaction failed, i. E. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. An amount of rs. 1065 has been refunded on 08.02.2018 by irctc against the said transaction; transaction id : [protected] dt. 05.02.2018. But the said amount has not been not received in my concerned iob bank account; and the same is lying with payumoney. I do not have any paumoney wallet or user account. I simply want the money back in my bank account.

                              While filling online exam form through payumoney in using sbi debit card, the transactions failed, while money was deducted from my bank account. Rs 1522 was deducted from account

                                One of my family member's account is hacked, 75000 rs has been debited from account

                                Some one called my nephews from [protected] (This number is still active), they took
                                Debit card details and cvc details, they have done multiple transaction. That of age 17 years
                                Is not aware of fraud calls, he even given otp,
                                Total amount of 75000 rs has been debited, this amount is one years hard earning income
                                For the family. I request you help in justice for my brother family.
                                This fraud callers might spoil more families and their hard earning money across india, i request you to block their payumoney account and request for the transaction reversal.

                                    IRCTC Fraud and PayUMoney

                                    I was booking a Train ticket from IRCTC, through Pay U Money Gateway but the Transaction Failed and Money was deducted from my SBI Bank Account of Amount Rs. 825 but the money has not yet been Refunded.

                                    This the second time that irctc is doing so and PayuMoney also is not a good Payment Gateway.

                                    The respective Customer Care are always unavailable. IRCTC has Numbers which never work.

                                      I paid 650rs amt by upi to payumoney to rapanalytical. It was debited by my bank account bt payumoney showed transaction failed.
                                      So second time i paid again it was success but my 1st transaction money is still not refunded. My transaction id was axi9110000042885757091518265144145
                                      It was debited by upi phonepay. But payumoney said transaction failed.
