Via payu but the amount got deducted of rs 241.8 (Reference by bank payu-sdk. I have been waiting for the payment to be put in my account for over more than a month. But still, i find no one turning up doing the payment process. How long to wait? Is this the way they treat customers? And i have always called them where there is no response and also i have mailed them several times where they didn't turn up. It's been 6 months since i submitted the documents and still the account is not activated and the settlement for my collected amount is not yet processed. I had cancelled the ticket on 17.03.2018. And amount of 1750 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 17.03.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

my money's gone in vain

Few days ago i was trying to make a reservation wth irctc android app and i choose payu maney as the payment gateway, after submitting all details payu biz deducted rupees 250 from my bank account but they didn't pay it back to irctc it and my ticket is not booked. payu - refund of failed online transaction

Paid an amount of INR 600 for UrbanClap via online transaction which was powered by PayU on 4th March 2018. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account.
AS per urbanclap they haven't received the payment. The money is stuck with PayU as it has not been refunded back to my bank account.
I have attached a screenshot below which was forwarded by UrbanClap containing all the required transaction...
