I made an online purchase using the Payumoney. I did not receive the product from the merchant. I have been writing to payumoney and the merchant's contact that they provided for almost a month now, there's no reply from the merchant and Payumoney keeps repeating the same reply "we request you to raise a refund at your bank, let us know if there are any issue so we can help"

I sincerely doubt you mean the last line. If you are so sure of the merchant why don't you contact the merchant and get it refunded.

I want my transaction to be reversed. Payment ID[protected]

    I paid my electricity bill on 1st march 2018 of rs. 1170/- consumer number[protected]. Merchant name. Reliance infrastructure ltd. The of rs. 1170/-
    Was debited from my account. But payumoney email showed that the transaction failed. My bank has also confirmed that the payment has been debited from my account. Kindly update my reliance energy bill accordingly.

      On 8 mar 2018 at about 5:11 pm i tried to make payment of my electricity bill amounting rs 1102. My bank account was debited for rs 1111.84 towards this payment. However payu money website showed my transaction as failed.

            Payu money has always been problematic for me. I tried to put 500 into my ola account. Was redirected to payu. I tried the transaction twice both times i was charged but my ola account not credited. This is the worst payment gateway and i sincerely request big companies to switch to a better one.

              My account was debited for 1199 rupees on 22nd February but the transaction was unsuccessful. It's been two weeks and I have still not received my refund.
              I have been trying to call payumoney on customer care for three days for dozen of times but nobody ever picks up the phone. I sent an email but have not received any reply yet. Please help me with my refund.

                            The transaction[protected] is failed and we have not received any funds for the same. However, in case of any accidental debit, the amount is auto reversed by the bank to your account within 3 to 5 working days.

                              On 25/2/2018 i made the payment of electricity bill (Rs. 1090) which was failed but the amount was debited. I tried 4 times n all the time it was failed and money was debited. Also the same situation took place while paying for mahanagar gas bill (Rs.742) on same day. Today when i approached to your customer care helpline, the person incharge asked me to give our card details on our denying also, saying he could not operate without those details. On giving him the same on the next moment my account was debited 6 times and with different amounts and different receivers which totalled to 24990. Please verify with our problem and do the needful and credit the amount to my account.

                                Sir,
                                My name is kevin. I booked a train ticket through irctc online site, on 26 feb 2018 for train no: 16350 / rajya rani exp of which the pnr no: [protected] and rs.1485 was deducted from my account. Unfortunately i wasn't able to travel that day due to which i cancelled the ticket on the same day 26 feb 2018. On irctc online site it shows the refund of rs. 1290 was credited to bank payumpp on 27 feb 2018. But till date (3 march 2018) i still haven't received the refund amount of rs. 1290 to my bank that was used at the time of ticket booking.

                                    I used payumoney to pay my electricity bill (Pspcl). The transaction got failed for some reason but the amount (3, 740.00) was deducted from my bank account. I had to make the payment again which cleared without any issue.
                                    The transaction id for first transaction (Failed one) :[protected]
                                    Transaction amount: 3740

                                    Can you please check this and refund the amount to my bank account asap?

                                      I had paid through sbi account via payu to the lovely professional university rs1500 by (Ums. Lpu.in) but it didn't reach the source. Only deducted through bank account... It had been more than a week just expecting that it will return but didn't so.. Now i want my money return to my aaccount...
