I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 620 on feb 24. The bank was axis and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.???...

regarding the refund from irctc for train ticket cancellation

My name is kevin. I booked a train ticket through irctc online site, on 26 feb 2018 for train no: 16350 / rajya rani exp of which the pnr no: [protected] and rs.1485 was deducted from my account. Unfortunately i wasn't able to travel that day due to which i cancelled the ticket on the same day 26 feb 2018. On irctc online site it shows the refund of rs. 1290 was credited to bank payumpp on 27 feb 2018. But till date (3 march 2018)...

transaction failed but amount deducted from bank account

I used payumoney to pay my electricity bill (Pspcl). The transaction got failed for some reason but the amount (3, 740.00) was deducted from my bank account. I had to make the payment again which cleared without any issue.

money either reached the source nor returned

I had paid through sbi account via payu to the lovely professional university rs1500 by (Ums. Lpu.in) but it didn't reach the source. Only deducted through bank account... It had been more than a week just expecting that it will return but didn't so.. Now i want my money return to my aaccount... I have attached photo with the transaction detail please reply fast...

payment refunded by irctc but not refunded to my account

I booked a ticket through Irctc website via Payu transaction with my card. Later I cancelled the ticket and Irctc refunded the amount of 465 and under bank it shows Payumpp name. I never got it refunded to my account. I have attached screenshot of my transaction and also refund screenshot. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Also I am not able to find Merchant ID required to file complaint on your website. Your response is awaited....
