[Resolved]  PayUMoney — transaction incomplete

I made a payment to harcourt butler technical university central bank account using your gateway on[protected]. The transaction was shown successful and amount was deducted from my state bank account. But money for the transaction id[protected] has not been received by the university yet. Please look into this matter and provide me with the relevant details if the transaction is successful from your side. The amount deducted was 17267.70 from sbi account.

You are fraud fully i have pay a payment on 14 august 2017 the transition is not successful but the balance is deducted my my account and balance is not refunded my transition id[protected]
