I used seller account to my website, blocked may 1 lak payment not settled.. 10 customer made payment of 10000.. Total 1 lak, but payumoney not settled my 1lak.. Boz only 1 customer complent to payumoney, i called may times and email to payumoney thy told 1 customer 10000 rs complent done so not seteled ur amount.. I told them why u not seleted 90000 rs then.. So payumoney very risky if one customer complent then thy not setled ur totoal amont, after 20 days, solved that customer complent, wen that customer email to payumoney my problem solved then thy setteled my money 1 lak..
Also payumoney told me jo email id se payment kiya usi email id se problem solved email want, ohh very risky..

    I have rs. 3110.00 through pnb net banking on[protected]

    An amount of rs. 3110.00 has been debited from my pnb bank account at the same time.

    But the receipt was not generated and as well as payment not showing in my pspcl account instead the payment has been debited from my bank account

    telr company is such a type of firm which does not releases the payment and holds it without any prior reason. In this company some employees are such careless that they does not even reply and does not try to resolve customer problems they are very careless and not at all professional .thier names are as follows nigzad and sarvesh if such peoples are working in the firm progress of the firm is not at all possible at any cost.

      I have got a fraud call from [protected] and they asked for atm number along with cvv number which i have given to them and then from my account a amount of rs 9999.00 has been deducted. The transaction number is[protected] and the time is 10.02pm on 05/08/2017 and pos is [protected]. The transaction has been done from my state bank of india account.
      Its my request that please stop the delivery of the goods which they have purchased or cancel this transaction. My contact number is [protected].

        The above merchant is cheater and not giving any response and services after receiving payments. Hence please remove this merchant from your gateway and return my money. My accepted solution is return of money.
        Also requesting you to block this website for using your gateway, otherwise you will be also responsible for loss of amounts of so many innocent indians.

        are u follwing any verification process. It seems there is lot of complaints against your gateway for fraud transaction. Is there is any backdoor deal ..I want refund . Do reply diplomatically ... like payment done and contact seller. I told seller is cheater and immediately block it and refund my money.

        The merchant is cheater and I m sure he will run way after some time.they have taken my money and not giving service. So if you are not blocking the merchant then u will be responsible for all the fraud, beacuse you are third party provide so it's your responsibility to take action against my complain

            Dear sir/madam,

            I would like to lodge a complaint against for the trip planners, noida base company, whose contact no is[protected] for doing fraud with customers.
            I am booking domestic package starting @24860/- just only 9644 (4nights/5days) dt 12/12/16
            Valid for only 04 adults peoples & 2 kids
            Stay accommodation with our 3-5 star hotel/resorts for 4 night/5 days.
            Split this package for 2n/3d at one destination and 2n/3d for other destination.
            Bookings should made 18 days prior in advance
            Offer is valid for 10 months and validity start of the package since the day of transaction with us.
            No extra charges & hidden cost.

            In the company there is mr. Prachi desai, priti sharma & vickey be manager (Not sure about his designation) called up to my officail no. ([protected]) and informed about the plan and gifts along with it which i asked to send me full mail and other details. Since everything seems fine (Company details and package) i opted the plan and paid rs.9644.00 (Invoicetp_[protected] as they do not have option for to do the payment with post delivery the gift our vouchers. Later they said they will be sending gift and trip plan voucher which i did not get till now.

            After that when again i tried to reach the manager all customer care are saying that for booking my hotel dt 05/06 august 17 in krushnai hotel in lonawal (Maharashtra). But still dt they do not my hotel booking & now above landline no out of serice. As well their mails are not working now.

            Would request you to please help me out to refund my money and to take serious action against them as they are simply misguiding customer and doing fraud. I have all evidence in mail where they agreed to pay my money.

              There was a fraud transaction through sbi debit card no 510xx3415 for a purchase worth rs. 10, 000.00 on pod [protected] at pay u txn #[protected] on dated 1.8.2017 at 5.00 pm around. Kindly help me to block the money and inform the same to the company for not considering this amount which would help to cancel the transaction. Please address this issue on immediate basis.

                      I am a college student applying to study a degree course in ignou. But at the payment step the gateway just shows me a transaction id that i tried to pay the fees with yesterday. I am not able to make the payment and today is the last date for filling up the form. I have been trying since yesterday but i am unable to complete the payment process. The gateway is asking me to get a new transaction id but how do i do it. I have already registered myself in ignou and i am not allowed to do it once again. So please help me out as i dont want to miss out on my admissions. I have already confirmed all the details of the form but now only the final step i. E. The payment remains incomplete. That is the final step. My transaction id with payu gateway is [protected]. My fees is rs 2100 only. Get me a new txn id to help me make the payment.

                          On 26/07/2017 evening around 5, 30pm santosh working as manager sbi main branch hyderabad called through mobile no [protected]&[protected] your br manager inform your account aswellas atm has not enrolled aadhar card 8times called 3times denied my brother lifted who doesn;t know about online fraud. Hetook aadhar no details and he drawn amount rs26000 from sbi debit card and deposited rs 5999 in payu money. Kindly recover the amont and deposit to my account. Kindly help the poor farmer.

The unknown person said he was calling from sbi branch situtated at supela bhilai and asked my mother to provide sbi atm card details & aadahar details belonging to my father account and said account will get inactivated if details not provided urgently. Since my father eas not at home and my mother is innocent/ not aware of online banking & fraud cases and she provided all details inlcuding otp received on registered mobile no. One transaction hit in my father bank account. Details as follows:

                                A) sbipg[protected]payu of rs. 19999/- on 26.07.17

                                I request you to kindly stop the above payment to him immediately whosoever he is & share with us his registered number & address details and pls try to get our money back from him. It was my fathers saving. He was saving from last so many years & we belong lower middle class family. We don't have enough money to survive. Kindly help us soon.

                                    I have requested twice for a change of my bank account details with my wife bank account details, which is associated with my payumoney machine. But, nothing happened yet. There is no response from your side. This is pathetic. At least have some courtesy to reply to your customer. I can't use the machine until the account gets change and it affecting my business. If you cannot d it let me know, there are lots other option available in the market.

                                      I had received call from justholiday seller of different scheme and they asking for payment through payumoney but they are fraud,
                                      They are doing fraudulent calls and once you make payment they provide you payumoney invoice
                                      Attaching herewith invoice they give and take you to payumoney portal for payment.
                                      Payumoney has no records and did have made due-deligence or basic kyc document about this type of seller before allowing them on there portal.
