I made a payment to harcourt butler technical university central bank account using your gateway on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my state bank account and then a few minutes later i got a mail telling me transaction was dropped. 15 days have already passed and my money has not returned in my account. I already made a complaint on 26-08. But i have not heard back from you. The amount deducted was 17267.70 from sbi account.

        Sir, i made the payment of bihar police form fees on 25 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through payumoney. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account. Then contacted to bihar police office (Csbc) to sent me my registration number. They said that"your payment show failure" after. Transaction number[protected].

          This is the fraud and fraud and fraud and fraud and fraud and fraud and fraud and fraud groups. All viewers please don't select the payumoney via payment because they are supported to the fraud and fake merchants. I was paid money four month before but still not received not get refund. The payumoney is before payment giving assurance any issues to clear and resolve our customers team. After the payment they are not care and they escaped.

            I paid my college fees through payumoney. The transacion was made but my fees was not deposited. I have tried contacting you several times. This is unacceptable. The customer care number is always busy. I talked to the bank but they are saying that this problem will be solve by the payment gateway from which payment has been made.

                    After visiting this forum i have realized that this is the general problem with this company. I have recently opted for the payment gateway services of payumoney and till now i ad to fight with them for more than 4 times to get answer to simplest question. They are never reachable through phone and they even do not respond through emails.
                    My most recent problem is that they do not do settlement on time and keep merchants money for long time with them and most ridiculous thing is that they even give proper reason for doing this. Since last ten days i am waiting for the setlement and they are least concerned even to give response by a single email. I think they do this willfully and doing business with our money. Anyone who is planning to take services of this company please be aware. Except good sales team they do not have anything good.

                        Somebody called me and by telling that they are calling from bank and need some details for verification purpose of my account, and asked for one otp received on my phone, by mistake i told them my bank details otp..                           Beware of payu payment gateway. It is a fraud company. There was a fraudulent transaction on my debit card and i approached bank and they sent mail with all transaction details. And think what happened. No answer even after 4 days. No response i[censored] call them on help line. Tired of calling them.
                          Sent mail with all details, and get response after 16 hours and what they need letter from bank, which was already sent. #!!!.
                          With transaction i'd anyone can find it's details within minutes, it's a unique i'd, but these # can't do that.
                          It seems they are in implicit in all illegal money transactions and they get cut in it.

Merchant name is conferenza.in the amount of rs 4505 has been debited from my account but the transaction has been failed. I haven't got refund till now also tried to call u people but no response moreover generated a ticket with ticket no: 01250425 still no response please stop misusing the trust o[censored]r valuable customers.                                 It supports unauthorised websites and helps in scam to go in smooth way.
                                Please be aware and cautious, if any one asking you to pay money with payumoney app or using a gateway ling which they are tied up fraud websites, then please do not do that,
                                I lost 13 lakhs because of payment done using the gateway.
                                If you want to save yourself from loosing money then stop using it.

                                  I paid the mpez electricity bill by netbanking on 09/08/2017 of 317.00 rupees. Transaction was unsuccessful but amount is debited from my bank account & today till date not refund the money in my bank account or payumoney wallet.
                                  & i am also the message to payumoney many times but payumoney not response me.. What should i do??
                                  Now i think i have go to the consumer forum if you do not solve my problem.
                                  My details are given below:-

                                  & after transaction faild details given below:-

                                  The other two TXNs are user canceled TXNs and we have not received any amount for the same.

                                    I have paid rs. 1029 on 18/08/17 friday evening (18:43) for merchant name-made easy, using payumoney and the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account by payumoney. The payment id was[protected]. I wrote to you all many times but got neither the refund nor any response from your side. Do the refund to my account as soon as possible to my bank account.

                                        This is to inform you that i have paid rs.1130 for madeeasy via payumoney on 7th august. My balance has been deducted but transaction failed. I informed you many times but you people never responded. What are you doing there??? The refund amount has not credited untill now. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take action against you.

                                        I always Received OTP msg of my credit card through payu money, I don't know who is using my credit card, could you pls help to know.

                                        OTP for transaction of INR 75.00 on your card xx3944 at PAYU MONEY is -------. OTP expires in 10 mins & please do not share it with anyone for security reasons.
