I had made a payment on 19 sep 2017 from payumoney, payment id[protected], but unfortunately transaction got failed, but the amount was debited from my bank account!
It's been 4 days i didn't get my amount back in my bank account.
I raised ticket on [protected]@payumoney, i mailed them so many times but they are not reverting!
Kindly help me out!
Or else tell me how can i get my refund.

    I paid a challan for bbmp property tax through axis bank at jaipur on 24/8/17. But it is not getting reflected at bbmp part.

    Axis bank says they have remitted using payu mode. Bbmp has npt received so where should i find the same. My axis bank transaction no is 32211215 dated 24/8/17. Challan no is[protected]. Please do the needful. My contact no is [protected].

        I was trying to book two ticket in irctc and in both time at the time of payment by PAYu, it shows succesful payment but i didnt get any ticket., and my money was also deducted.pls tell me, till when my money will be back in my account.I have attached the screenshot of my payment which was done.pls watch it.

          I have ordered on hypermarketkart.com website via android app which is your merchant. After that they told me to cancel order by email to [protected]@payu.in.

          I checked and got that they used payu gateway for fraud transaction. I also mailed payu to refund my money. And stop their merchant. But they replied
          "we can not do anything because your settlement is transferred to merchant.
          I thought payu is supporting this fraud merchant.

                  We started accepting payment from customer with payu money. For the first few month every thing was ok. But after some time when my business goes down they stoped my settlement. It is about 40000 rupees. Which they are not settling to me. After this they are not picking my call and replying to email.
                  Please dont use pauymoney to nuy or sell anything online. They are cheater and its fraud company. They dont know how to talk with customer and dont have any manner.

                    I tried to book tickets in http://srilakshmichitramandira.com/ on[protected] around 11:00pm. The transaction for booking got failed and the money got deducted from my account.
                    I haven't got refund of my money rs 240/- (Ref-[protected]igabydezo4 in my statement).

                      I had done bescom bill payment through bescom app using paymoney as wallet option. Transaction id[protected] rs 1203.9. I got receipt for payment from payumoney. But merchant bescom said amount not received to them. Payumoney is not responding over mail or app or phone number. They need to settle this amount its been more than 15 days. I raised multiple complaint and sent mail to [protected]@payumoney.com. But these guys not responding.

                      I tried purchasing test series via topper temple.they provide payment gateway as payumoney ..i paid 149 to mr dhanraj yadav.i have recived the message of payment has been done successful..but the payment is not reflected in my test series ...bank has also deducted 149 rs from my account

                          Dear sir,
                          these people are using other's debit card, specially those of icici bank to transfer money to their own private acoount. i am aggreived of the same. INR 10000 was deducted from my account on 24/08/2017 for which i had filed numerous complaints. it is very depressing.

                            Hi team,

                            I placed order on site cakeatdoor.com. They provided a link to pay money through payumoney.
                            I selected upi payment method to pay the amount and tried to pay money through phonepe upi app. For some reason transaction got failed.
                            Then i retried on phone pe app, transaction got successful. Transaction id by phone pe app is p1709141257204327372591 that is paid to [protected]@axisbank.
                            But that amount has not been sent to the expected reciever. Kindly resolve an issue. Amount is still with payumoney but not yet transferred to merchant. There is no point of contact except email to clear such issues. Amount of rs 825 is still with payumoney. Not a single person has responded to my query
                            Kindly escalate this issue

                              A person call me and ask my bank detail including my ATM Card no. and said your payment refund if you provide me your bank detail.                                 26th april i tried payment of rs 11400 through payumoney gateway to orsangcamp website but the payment failed the respective amount was deducted from my bank account but still not refunded.
