Payubiz contacted me in december 2016 and asked me to use its service for receiving online payments on my website. I was offered good pricing for their commission along with no amc charges for life. So, i happily agreed and started using their services. But now, they have deducted amc charges rupees 2760 from my account as amc charges even after their written promises and that also without any intimation.
I have been complaining to them through email since long, but they are not responding to my emails.

This is very bad business practice and they should rectify their fault.

i have an issue about transaction by paying 5000 rs in DTE maharashtra i done 2 transaction at a time but i not refund the money

my first transactionis of 5000 rs and secnd is also 5000 rs but i dont get
my 5000 back in my state bank of india account

      Paid rs 1503 to bescom yesterday using your service. Even though i got the receipt, it is mentioned that the update will take 2 or 3 days to get reflected in bescom online system. As the last date for payment of bescom charges is 27th july 2017, i made another payment to bescom directly by accessing bescom site. I feel that you must reduce the update time to within 24 hours as otherwise there will be a disconnection of service despite making the payment before the due date.

      What will happen to this double payment? Pl. Advise.

      What I mentioned in my mail was that the time required to update the transaction in Service provider's system (BESCOM) can be reduced to 24 hours. You can probably workout a better solution to update the transaction status instantly. This is very much possible nowadays with the type of network and communication systems that we have.

      As i paid my bescom bill on 10th & 11th jan 2018 . the amount was debited of Rs 627.55/- from my account for two times & it is not updeted pls do the needfull.
      Here is the details of transactions.

      on 10th Jan 2018.
      2). Transaction id :[protected]. on 11th Jan 2018.

      It was raised complaint on 1th jan 2018. still it is pending.

        Hi sir,
        My father aged 72 years was cheated by an unknown person in 18/07/[protected]@17:15. He got a call from an unknown pwrson claiming to be a sbi personal and demanding to disclose all his card details else the card will be blocked and he has to face the consequences.in panic he has disclosed the details. Later he found that 3 fraud transactions has been made. (9990×3 times). One of the transactions show that 9990 /- has been tranfered to payu sbipg. We have informed the concerned bank and also the local police regarding this. I am enclosing the details for ur reference.
        Request you to kindly take immediate action and block the usage of the account to which the money has been transfered and refund the same.
        Please help us put a full stop to such activities who make innocent people their prey. Hoping for a quick response from your end.

            Today i also got trapped oi this... Got call from triptohotel (From noida delhi) and they offered travel package2 for rs.9966 with assured free gift of laptop dell inspiro 15 3543...

            They sent a payumoney link for online payment in emi form (Rs.830 as first emi)... But when i paid, it was whole amount of 9966 deducted...
            As soon as amount was deducted... The tone of call center guy changed... He kept me onhold on phone for 15 min...
            When i called him (Ashok) on his mobile, he told that brochure and laptop will be delivered in 3-5 days... Which now i think is a scam...

            Please help me getting my money back...
            And punish these fraud guys...
            Please install jansunwai app on your android or IOS app and file online complaint. Its portal owned by UP govt.
            Select district as Gb Nagar, Police Mandal as _Meerut, Police thana as sec-Noida 58. Selct other type complaint, to Police adhikari.

                Last 8june i was send the online transaction of amount 12575rs from pnb account [protected] to goibibo for hotel booking. But the amount debit from a/c. And transaction failed. Then i was filed compalint in pnb. They gave me complaint no. And said that the problem solved under 45 days but now almost 40day complete but no refund the amount. Please help me.

                  Sir, i paid my admission fee through payumoney. The amount of fee was deducted from my bank account but after sometime portal was showing that "your transaction is failed".                       I transferred 10000 from my wallet to my bank account.in payumoney it was mentioned that transfer is through neft which takes some few hours to one day max.

                      But it's been 24 hours and i have not received the amount in my beneficiary bank account.

                      Kindly look into it at the earliest as i dont want to lose my money. And want the money in my beneficiary account as soon as possible.

I have paid for six packages and request Payu money to refund me this money. Details will be sent soon to payumoney and necessary authorities.

                          Payu money uses dummy travel companies and does transactions on the travel companies name and siphons money from INDIAN citizens.
                          The names of allied cheater travel tour agencies are thetripplaners and holiday squares which promise cheap hotel packages to citizens of INDIA. The money is collected via payumoney and the clients are not given the packages as promised .

                            I am a victim of Payumoney gateway by making payment through a fake website online store http://shopiteasy.in on 5th July for Rs360. Order ID: 111452. Payment was made to one Pankaj Raut of Itarshi and goods never received and worse there is no response, when I called the mobile number[protected] given in the website and no response when written to [protected]@shopiteasy.in.
                            While in today's world, any one can have a web site in the internet, why such Gateways like Payumoney should get involved in such fake transactions and
                            why such Gateways should be allowed by our Govt to operate in our country??
                            I find from your website that the satisfaction index of Payumoney is just 17%.

                              I made purchases worth Rs360 vide order reference no. 111450 dated 5th July, 2017 through my SBI credit card through Payumoney Gateway. Once the payment was successful, there was no message towards delivery of goods. I called up the mobile number [protected] given in the website several times during last 5 days. Nobody picked up my call. I gave several messages through on line chat, there was no response. I gave email to [protected]@shopiteasy.in, there was no response.
                              It is a fake website.
                              I would request Payumoney to delink business with fake website. Also Payumoney should refund my money.
                              PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I am try to pay my electricity bill in middle of the transaction my net work was failed then i checked in to my account my was debited 2447+30/- your tarsaction process fee.pls refund my money as early as possible.clear the process first pls.. pay u money team..

                                    A fraud committed by seller dealsmarket.co.in wherein the said Redmi Note Phone was not delivered for order placed on 12-June.payment ID[protected]

                                    Payment of 11049.15 was made via Payumoney. Payumoney simply washing off hands stating that they are not responsible. This is crime on their end and perpetrating fraudsters.
                                    Their one of the conditions though states that in case merchant doesnt respond or deliver products, contact them is just a mockery. They are not accepting the fact like PAYTM who have validly accepted similar case of dealsmarket for my friends. They have even refunded money.
