This is to inform you that there has been a fraud transaction from my sbi debit card ending with 5490 against my sbi savings account ending with 0637 on 18/07/2017 of an amount of 3300
Payment transaction details - sbipg[protected]payu for the transaction of rupees three thousand only and
Sbipg[protected]payu for the transaction of rupees three hundred only.

Today i also got trapped oi this... Got call from triptohotel (From noida delhi) and they offered travel package2 for rs.9966 with assured free gift of laptop dell inspiro 15 3543...

They sent a payumoney link for online payment in emi form (Rs.830 as first emi)... But when i paid, it was whole amount of 9966 deducted...
As soon as amount was deducted... The tone of call center guy changed... He kept me onhold on phone...

I had ordered ktm rc sticker kit n paid 3999 for it on 30 june 2017 i tried calling d seller his cell is coming switch off/not reachable n after continous messeges the seller doesnot give important. Till now i didn't get my product. The merchant looted my hard earning money which is very saddend. Plz kindly look into this matter n solve it asap. Kindly take initiative action against it.

Last 8june i was send the online transaction of amount 12575rs from pnb account [protected] to goibibo for hotel booking. But the amount debit from a/c. And transaction failed. Then i was filed compalint in pnb. They gave me complaint no. And said that the problem solved under 45 days but now almost 40day complete but no refund the amount. Please help me.

Sir, i paid my admission fee through payumoney. The amount of fee was deducted from my bank account but after sometime portal was showing that "your transaction is failed". Fee was nit paid. After two days, refund is not recieved. I have submitted two cooplaints ticket numbers are"#pumbuy-1063088"and "01126393" but not recieve any suitable response.

I transferred 10000 from my wallet to my bank account.in payumoney it was mentioned that transfer is through neft which takes some few hours to one day max.

But it's been 24 hours and i have not received the amount in my beneficiary bank account.

Kindly look into it at the earliest as i dont want to lose my money. And want the money in my beneficiary account as soon as possible.

I had placed an order (#16690) online on the website www.promotionalgifts.co.in for 6 items costing Rs. 2545 on the 27th of June 2017. The merchant says he has neither received the payment nor the order. Where has my payment gone? I have paid through credit card.

A fraud committed by seller dealsmarket.co.in wherein the said Redmi Note Phone was not delivered for order placed on 12-June.payment ID[protected]

Payment of 11049.15 was made via Payumoney. Payumoney simply washing off hands stating that they are not responsible. This is crime on their end and perpetrating fraudsters.
Their one of the conditions though states that in case merchant doesnt respond or deliver products,...

I had paid my EDMC Property Tax thru payumoney on 29th June 2017 for amount Rs.986.90 ( including processing fees) . using PAYUmoney Gateway. The payment is deducted from my HDFC bank same day. but its not reflecting with EDMC portal . The payment id[protected]. My Property id no. is[protected].

Kindly refer to the details and confirm the receipt. EDMC needs to generate my Receipt. Please approve so that the same can be done....

I paid my electric bill on 28.6.17 but it was unsuccessful at first. but the money of Rs.670/ was debited from my account then again i paid the same amount Rs.670/ and this time it was successful.
But till date i yet did not get my refund money of Rs.670/ back into my account. Please send me a toll free number by which I can contact someone to get my issue resolved...

Actually i was done my collage fee payment through debit card on payumoney. At the end it is showing that the transaction is failed but the money was already debited from the account. My payment i'd is[protected]... Total 10, 622/- is deducted from my account. It is showing that money will refund in 2 working days but already 3 days complited. Refill the money as early as possible...

My Pos machine service was transferred to you from Payumoney. The International card payment was enabled while the macine was under Payumoney. International payment was found deactivated since you took over the service. My request is pending for long time to activate international card payment, but your customer service is horrible. Any one hardly pick up the phone.

I had contacted PayUMoney also but they are not helping me....
