      By using my icici debit card rs. 8003/- has been deducted and its shows that amount has been sued by payumoney site. Mr. Rahul singh and ms. Namita jain these two executive have called and asked for details and and swipe the amount wiht payu money.

      Please help me to get my money back on my card, as now these two people are not responding and asking for more details.

        I have opted to get a product from one of the payumoney merchant and unfortunately the product is not delivered yet while the payment is done on 12th-aug and merchant amount got settled by 14th-aug 2017 itself. While i try to contact merchant his number is switched off and payumoney says i have to contact merchant. Need help on this subject

        Response from your care team is as below - They wanted me to contact bank and raise a fraud transaction complaint . How does that work when Payumoney has settled the money to seller ?

          It is to alert you that by fraudulent act of one person claiming sbi official has illegally transfered 26997 rs by four transactions though total transactions were 4 in number, two transaction were made in ola money zip cash wallet and one is in pay u wallet and last is on oxigen wallet.
          The two fraudulent fund transfer which is done illegally in ola money zip cash wallet of rs 9999 each and one in pay u money of rs 4999 and one is in oxigen wallet of rs 2000.

          It is expected from you to take legal action against this fraud and block the account immediately.

            I want full details for the same as Homshop company representative are saying that this delay is caused due to PayUmoney and due to Bank Holidays the payment is not made till yet. I want the full detials for the same as they are saying they have made the request for the second time also but Payment is not done and they told me that payment will be done in this week only and already 15 days are Over.

            As per the standards and as per policy it hardly takes 2 working days to complete the transaction.

                  Hi,

                  My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following fraudulent transactions with my fathers debit card details.

                  1. Inr rs 10, 000 from sbi saving bank account yesterday (15/8/2017), at around 4 pm, towards a fraud purchase on pos [protected] at payu txn#[protected]. And the sbi card used is *9222.

                  Total fraud deduction = inr 10, 000.

                  I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

                  I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

                      1. On 05 aug 17 at 10.59 i recieved message on my registered mobile about that "purchase of INR 7, 899.00 on debit card linked to ICICI acct xxx103. Since the purchase was not done by me i immediately reported the matter to bank vide SR[protected], SR[protected] AND SR[protected]. It is confirmed that both the debit cards linked to my account are safe with us and no purchase has been done by us. I have reported the matter to police also at Dehradun.

                      2. I noticed that earlier another message had come on my mobile that " Your payment (Id[protected] of Rs 7899.00 for Buyer is successful. Contact [protected]@payumoney.com for more info.

                      3. I could approach payumoney site after few days as this site was not reachable through google for initial few days. On registering the complaint i gor a mail stating that my query has been assigned to Customer service team. The ticket number for submitted query is #PUMBUY-1070792. The mail promised to respond within 24 hours. However, they have not responded.

                        I was promised :
                        1. Ucb combo kit includes wallet, belt, watch. 2. One holiday voucher coupen for 3 days & 2 night across india. Which you can avail with your family i. E 2 adults and 2 kids below 5 years. 3. A complimentry discount card which gives discount between 5 to 30% in our outlets across the country. 4. One food voucher worth rs 1, 000 which can be redeemed after your vacation. 5. One health checkup voucher

                        And was also promised the refund of amount debited to my cc prior to generation of my cc statement. Today i received my cc statement which doesnot show the refund.

                                  The payumoney.com payment gateway has deducted an amount from my bank account for a failed transaction that i tried with Kashmiruniversity.net online fee payment gateway, now the payumoney is not refunding me the deducted amount back to my account, and also i tried to call and had emails but they are not responding any thing.. now i want the deducted amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have paid my property tax online. for which I received a message as "Your payment (id[protected] of Rs.646.0 for Mira Bhaindar Municipal C is successful."

                                    But when I paid the amount online I was not directed towards the receipt window of ours. The said amount of Rs.646.0 has been debited from my account.

                                    Kindly look in to the matter at the earliest and let me know how do I get the receipt for the payment.

                                      There was a fraud transaction through hdfc bank numaber[protected] for a purchase worth rs. 10, 000.00 csc accont numbe[protected] at pay u txn hdfc bank[protected] on dated 7.8.2017 at around.                                         I used seller account to my website, blocked may 1 lak payment not settled.. 10 customer made payment of 10000.. Total 1 lak, but payumoney not settled my 1lak.. Boz only 1 customer complent to payumoney, i called may times and email to payumoney thy told 1 customer 10000 rs complent done so not seteled ur amount.. I told them why u not seleted 90000 rs then.. So payumoney very risky if one customer complent then thy not setled ur totoal amont, after 20 days, solved that customer complent, wen that customer email to payumoney my problem solved then thy setteled my money 1 lak..
                                        Also payumoney told me jo email id se payment kiya usi email id se problem solved email want, ohh very risky..
