Dear sir,

I am preeti sharma my sbi debit card is [protected] as a payment source used by a fraudster from 20th october. As today the person done transaction of amount 4999 at payupaisaa47779 around 12:11 pm. Please do something if there is any possibility to cancel this transaction and refund my amount.

Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

I have been talking to payu sales team for close to 4 months and each time i have specified my requirements for availing international payment gateway. For that particular service i was asked for no of documents and a payment to be made which i did. I had availed for international payment gateway service with payu and paid a fee of 5611 inr. It took 5 months of paper work to process my application and at the end i receive service from them which was free of cost. I have spent decent amount in arranging for requested paper work and since there service/product was supposed to be used in my e-commerce website, i had to pay additional charges to my development team for entire rework


I feel i am been fooled my sales team all the time and i have spent nearly 4-5 months in getting my application processed along with service fee of inr 5611.In addition to that i have spent close to 10, 000 inr in paper work, courier and website rework. Because of payu i had delay in launching my services online and i am still struggling because of the entire change in reworking on my website. This has definitely led to loss in my business

I want payu to pay back my initial fee of inr 5611 along with all the costs that i have incurred due to there misguidance and carelessness

Mera paymeny payumoney walo ne 20 din se sattle nahi kiya ...hai saaydh vo mera paisa khana chahati hai roj cal karta hu par koi jawab nahi milta mail bhi karta hu uska bhi jawab nahi deti co, bahut gatiya co. hai payupaisa ...iska bookmyshow me bhi yese hi karti hai pesa kat jata hai aapke account se or ticket book nahi hota hai isliye koi bhi iska gatway use nahi kare ye gatway fraud hai is gatway ki itni complain koi ise badh koi nahi karata hai

i sold three iphones to my two clients and requested the payment thorugh email invoice using the paisapayu.in.

now the problem is that the company has stuck both the payments saying that the transactions are at high risk. now my 118000 is stuck. they said they will refund the account in another 7-8 days. but who is going to bear the loss for that as i have to pay it through my pocket and then make other arrangements for the payment as the client will repay me back when they will get a refund which is another matter of 10 days. so i think payupaisa is kind of cheating people so that they can have access on the money for some days. its kind of getting a loan without interest. please do look into the matter.

payupaisa i.e Payu Is a fraud And cheat Payment Gateway Company, i m nt a merchant of this company, i Have buyed a tour package Of Rs21595/- from His Merchant who uses Payupaisa Payment gateway ...this is the only mistake i have done, payupaisa has taken the money and till now the money is with them, they didnt transffered the money to merchant And Also Not refunding the money to my account. Now the merchant is saying that they cant provide me the package as they got the money and the package and now avoiding my calls and This case is Of Last 45 days.I called a maximum time to payupaisa support team n their one ladies name-Nikita And the Customer care no. Is[protected] Is Always avoiding my call nor giving any response And she is really horrible dont know how to talk.This Is a true Case And Dont think i m a competitor of this company.Avoid This type O[censored]nauthorized Payment gateway provider.I Will Also Report And Mail To RBI About All these Transcations.My Suggestion Is That Dont Use this payment gateway they will just cheat and keep the payment with them. we register with payupaisa but they dint activate service. they called us and said" this business category still not added in our list. once added we will inform u.

so we added 2 different-different business category that also not activated.

they are doing time pass. do not waste your time with them. and no proper support if anything happen where we will contact ?? they should provide customer support . because they also no providing service free. they charging 3% something right..
there no live chat support also, no phone number. if they do SCAM where we will go??
