I have completed my m.com in dec-2016. I have applied for my consolidated mark sheet and degree through study centre (Dhahina, haryana) in 2017 but till date i have not yet received. I am continuously follow up with study centre but they are not replied positively.
Kindly suggest the process how can i get my mark sheet and degree directly through university.
