And i had been charging the phone with it for a while, after some time its light turned off. I tried to charge the phone with the power bank on another phone.. But it does not charge. Sir i have bought an philips induction cooking heater on 02.01.2019 by online shopping on amazon. Firstly its body was broken inside, secondly it got inoperative after few days. Anyhow i complained for it and got it operative. But body was still same.
Now again it is inoperative and it's fan is not working.

Philips Hand blender not repaired for the last 14 days.
I have repeatedly contacted customer care but was given only false assurances.
Since 14 days, have been informed that the product would be delivered the next day but the company is just wasting time and taking no responsibility or ownership.
Had never expected such unprofessionalism from a reputed company like Philips.
The service is not at all upto the mark...

I have been chasing Philips Customer care members for last 4 and half months for my TV issue which has 1+4 years of warranty. After repeated discussions, now they are asking me to pay additional amount to replace my TV. So that, they will give new TV with old warranty.

Would like to inform that model no. Pfl32 3738/v7 a2 its screen is showing green lines which means display is gone which need to changed as our dop: 08/11/2015, serial no:[protected], since the product is under 5 years warranty & the warrant card number mentioned is pep 1015/ 14602.

So kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as soon as possible.
