I ordered philips earphone three months back and my product is in warranty period but one side of the earphone is not working properly. The sound quality is very less from one of the sides. Kindly look into the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Please contact if any further information required. Thanking you in advance. One of the side is not working of earphone.

    I purchased philips mms4545b from reliance digital, soon after i connected the speakers at home see that it is faulty. Have raised a complain with philips & after couple of days sent the technician which he did nothing by just giving temp fix & soon after he left problem reoccur. Also the behaviour of that technician was so rude as if he was doing a favor by selling the speaker. Hence i am being following up with philips for more than two weeks sent multiple emails, calls etc but not positive response. Seriously its very sad & waste of time by following like this, sometimes i feel like that i lost my money. But still keeping hopes by raising the complain here so that atleast the speakers will be replaced or money will be given back. Hoping for the best. Please support & assist.

    no use, either the reliance digital helping out to resolve my issue nor the philips support team. No one is responsible to help me out. If you really want to take ownership please call me on 9823416838 & help to resolve my issue as the product is purchased from Reliance digital.

          Philips Hand blender not repaired for the last 14 days.
          I have repeatedly contacted customer care but was given only false assurances.
          Since 14 days, have been informed that the product would be delivered the next day but the company is just wasting time and taking no responsibility or ownership.
          Had never expected such unprofessionalism from a reputed company like Philips.
          The service is not at all upto the mark and even worse as compared to any other local brand
          No option but to lodge complaint in consumer forum

          Earphones not working within warranty period.
          It was bought online from Amazon.
          It is also not available on philips official website.
          It was bought on[protected], and it is not working since[protected] although it has a warranty period of 1 year.
          It is a case of fraudery.

            I have been chasing Philips Customer care members for last 4 and half months for my TV issue which has 1+4 years of warranty. After repeated discussions, now they are asking me to pay additional amount to replace my TV. So that, they will give new TV with old warranty.

            The new TV difference amount which I have to pay is very close to the open market TV price, with that you can directly buy TV from Amazon. I am not sure what is the befit of having Warranty.

            To reach this point Philips took almost 5months. I don't know how long will they take further to reach to a conclusion and solve my TV issue.

              A month back i purchased new iron box, and it was not working, i have raised a complaint by calling toll free number - request number is 60-[protected], on the next day, i received a call from the support engineer and unfortunately i missed it, how ever i gave a call back and ask him to come next day, but after which he never use to pick up my phone, after 3 day he picked my call and he said, he cannot come and attend my call, because the call got cancelled, so i called up toll free number to find out the status of my request, and i was informed, the request was not cancelled and its still open and they provided me the local service center number to contact rather escalating to the next level to get the service, how ever i called the local service center, but no one is giving importance and they say we will not get money by attending this call, so we will not come, and no one is come and solved my problem, the worst case is, its so hard to get a helpdesk person in toll free number and same in local service center (Local service center number is [protected])

                    I have purchased one philips juicer mixer grinder model number hl 1659 with automatic timer control and safety inter lock system, on 1st january ’2011.
                    Now my large and medium jar bush and blade spindle are eroded because of this leakage and noise problems are occurred.
                    For replacement of my mixe jar, i have searched our local spare market but nobody having your particular hl 1659 model jar.
                    I am not interested and not advisable for replacement of entire machine (Worth rs.9200/-) for non availability of low cast (Worth rs. 500/-) spare (Mixe jar.)
                    As our indian economy and consumer product rules you should provide service and spares supply for minimum 10 years after your particular product supply stopped.

                    Highlights:
                    You should supply hl 1659 large and medium jar. I will pay the cost of the spare.
                    (Or)
                    You should replace the machine with equivalent future (Time setting, hold down clamp and safety interlock for both of jar lock and hold down clamp lock). Any cost different for your replacement new model is applicable, i will pay for the same.
                    Failures of above cause i will take legal action under consumer protection act 2019. I have all necessary documents for the same.

                      Hi team,
                      We had raised a complaint for philips 32 inches led ready tv as it is some display issues. We called the philips customer care and we were redirected to a unauthorized philips service center who is located at ravipuram, cochin. (Digital care - cochin).
                      We had to come across lot of pain and non professionalism of the service center. He repaired it saying that back light is not working which took 5 days to return back the tv and charged us 4000 rupees. Again after a week we had to face the same issue. Now that guy wants 6 days of time to open the tv behind and test it. Not sure if he is really a tv mechanic. I want this guy to be black listed and take away his authorization from all other companies. If not i will be spread this across all the social media and also face this legally. We want proper support and justice for the amount charged without doing anything. This guy spoke non parliamentary language when insisted to return our tv back. His fake company bill is attached along with this.

                      Can we get this on priority ... Its already been so many days we are waiting and we are worried now that this fraud might replace the original parts with the old default parts of TV. I am not understanding how these kind of forgeries are listed in the google first as Philips service center. Can we get immediate action on this please.
                      TV is powering ON but Screen is not displaying any Light or Image. I tried to increase the Volume even that is also not increasing or showing any change.

                        One of the worst service oriented company in india is philips. I bought a juicer model philips hr1855 from this company and contacted the support who gave a service request number 60-[protected] and that is the end of service. Their authorised service centres are notorious in not providing service and mostly switch off their mobile or make their landline do not work. The service manager when u contact will give various for not rendering the service but do not know how to get the service done. All this happened when the machine is under warranty period. I warn to consumers to avoid this company for any product unless you are looking for some sweet paper service and talk to their customer personnel who really give only sr.

Palghar maharashtra on 24.10.2019 delivered on 25.10.2019 and installation done on 29.10.2019 but since than networking and miracast facilities available in tv is not working. I asked with the person who had come for installation but he could not resolved it saying that he does not know about the same.

                          So you are hereby requested to consider my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible failing which i will constrained to take proper legal action for the same. So please do needful.

                              I bought Philips 2.0 Tower Speakers on June 30th that first came with a defunct mic. You guys replaced it after 10 long days. Now, the speakers have stopped functioning altogether since August 26th. Despite numerous complaints at your customer service centre, all my pleas to fix the speakers fell on deaf ears.                                     I had ordered philips hi114 1000-watt golden american heritage soleplate dry iron from amazon on 10th october. There is warranty on this iron box but it suddenly stopped working after 15 days. I think the power was not passing to iron box. When i plugged in indicator is not showing light and the plate is also not getting heat. I will share the photo of the iron box when the box was connected to electricity. The order id is[protected].                                       My philips led tv (50inch), 2 yrs old is not functioning properly with minor fluctuating screen. Your company engg named shivaji from soham services, came and took rs 1298 as service charge without repairing it. He was unable to service it, but charged us money and did not agree to take it later together after total repair how can one charge service charge in advance without repair. He has recommended taking it to the company for further service. My tv is under warranty of 5 yrs, but unfortunately warranty card is missing. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        Defect : - My Philips Electric Shaver bought on 17.01.2019 has developed a defect in the rotary blade casing within seven months use. Metallic strands coming out of the blade casing & injuring my skin while shaving.

                                        The electric shaver is under a 2 year warranty. On the product box it is printed in bold 'Long Lasting Blades' and in the enclosed Instructions it is recommended to replace the shaving heads every 2 years.

                                        I sent mail on 31st Aug 2019 to customercare.[protected]@philips.com and attached 1)product warranty invoice dated 17.01.2019 2)Amazon Invoice and 3) defective product jpg images for your reference.

                                        Received reply from Philips that rotary blade and casing is not covered under warranty.

                                        Eleven mails have been exchanged since 31st Aug 2019 and on 19th Sep 2019 their reply has been:
                                        'we have forwarded your case to our concerned team for further clarity.
                                        We will get back to you with clarification at the earliest.'

                                        Philips India is refusing to replace Defective component under Warranty and simply taking time and then replying that blade / cover can not be replaced because they are parts subject to wear and tear.

                                        I have been pressing the point that :
                                        The rotary blade Cover is defective and hence I am asking for its replacement. The defect has not appeared due to wear and tear o[censored]se but because of inherent manufacturing defect.

                                        I AM ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE COMPONENT UNDER WARRANTY.

                                        I am very much dissatisfied with Philips India quality of product and quality of Customer Service.

                                        Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        You have notified Philips India Customer Support about the posted complaint on 17/10/19.
                                        But till date (1/11/19) there is no response from Philips to me .
                                        REMINDER No 2
                                        It is 24/11/19 and till date there is no action from Philips as well as from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.
