A month back i purchased new iron box, and it was not working, i have raised a complaint by calling toll free number - request number is 60-[protected], on the next day, i received a call from the support engineer and unfortunately i missed it, how ever i gave a call back and ask him to come next day, but after which he never use to pick up my phone, after 3 day he picked my call and he said, he cannot come and attend my call, because the call got cancelled, so i called up toll free number to find out the status of my request, and i was informed, the request was not cancelled and its still open and they provided me the local service center number to contact rather escalating to the next level to get the service, how ever i called the local service center, but no one is giving importance and they say we will not get money by attending this call, so we will not come, and no one is come and solved my problem, the worst case is, its so hard to get a helpdesk person in toll free number and same in local service center (Local service center number is [protected])
Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It was bought online from Amazon.
It is also not available on philips official website.
It was bought on[protected], and it is not working since[protected] although it has a warranty period of 1 year.
It is a case of fraudery.
