    we have purchase new mixture & grinder from one of the shop at Ellora Park area, Vadodara, Gujarat. when we came to canada with that mixture the stainless steel jar is not working on the mixture. when we start mixture the blade of the jar not grinding any thing inside.

      Hi, I had bought Philips 32" Television DDB Model on 19th July 2014 from Metro Cash & Carry and had several issues with the Television from 5th February onwards ( Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint #PBLR[protected]). With great difficulty and rigorous Follow-ups with your team, I have received a replacement television of 39" from PE Electronics Ltd, Inv # [protected] on 7th March by paying addition amount since the exact model was not available and also I was not interested in pursuing with the same model once again. Please note again I have problem with the 39" Television. The color keep changing with Yellow and I do not understand what to do rather repenting on purchasing Philips Television. Please let me know whether I will get replacement television or again the same repair work will carry on for some more months. Appreciate there is some concrete solution will come since interacting with your service team is really a pain since they will not receive my calls or rather customs calls when their requirement is needed.         I COMPLAINED TO (http://www.support.philips.com/support) FOR THE REPAIR OF MY PHILIPS TOASTER (SERIAL NO-[protected] & MODEL NO- HD 4823/01) WHOSE WARRANTY ENDS IN SEP 2016. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ON 11 th MARCH SAYING "This is with reference to your e-mail dated 10th of March 2015, regarding Philips Toaster. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you by our product. We have forwarded your concern to our authorised service centre. Your Service Request number is: 50-[protected]. Service Centre Details:- JVG ELECTRONICS [protected], [protected], [protected] Our service engineer will contact you at the earliest to schedule an appointment as per your convenience." BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOBODY CONTACTED ME. THEN I CALLED THE GIVEN NUMBER, THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT NO ENGINEER WILL COME AT YOUR HOME AND YOU HAVE TO COME. I WANT TO JVG ELECTRONICS SITUATED AT ELITE CROSSING, JHANSI SEVERAL TIMES IT WAS ALWAYS FOUND CLOSED. I CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY TOLD ME THAT SERVICE CENTRE HAS SHIFTED TO MANIK CHOWK JHANSI. I WANT TO "ANSHIKA DISC CARE CENTRE, SARVMANGLA COMPLEX, NEAR ALLAHABAD BANK, MANIK CHOWK JHANSI". THEY TOOK 15 DAYS TO REPAIR AFTER WHICH I FOUND THE PRODUCT MORE DAMAGED " KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

        PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE CALLED ME BUT NO BODY ASSURED ME OF SOLUTION. MOREOVER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CHECKED AT THAT TIME. BUT I TOLD THE PERSON AT THAT TIME THE PART IS NOT WORKING WELL. SAMEFULL !!!

                I requested for an urgent filter change for my WP3890 water purifier. I was told by the customer care person that the technician will call in 8 working hours. It is more than 24 hours and inspite of calling customer care for more than once, no one has called back. I do not have drinking water since morning. Please help. I am a customer of Philips products since last 25 years. I dont expect this kind of service from Philips.

                  Sir/Madam, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I purchased a Philips Juicer on 23.02.2015 and the lid of the juicer got damaged on 23.02.2015 and returned it to Anantha & Anantha, Bye Pass Road, Madurai with the warranty card. It was sent to the same day to Madurai, Tamil Nadu, Philips service centre immediately. I followed with Anantha, the store I purchased about the fate of the Juicer and they said it was sent to the Philips service centre same day (complaint no: 1901). I was not satisfied with their reply because I approached several times Anantha stores. They immediately dialed Mr. Subramanian, Sales Manager, Madurai Region, Philips immediately on 25.03.2015. He promised me that it was the fault of the store I purchased as they did not follow it up. They did nt take the complaint seriously. I followed Mr. Subramanian for a week continuously. Every time I called him he made false promises. Ultimately I approached the Philips service centre last week. They informed me their complaint no 44078 and finally said that they recommended for replacement of the Juicer. The company considered it and given 1138 for the approval number. They checked with them but not yet reached Madurai. They asked for two days as they mailed to appropriate authority to confirm the status of the same. I waited for 4 days no confirmation given by. Today I visited the Philips service centre, they said we attend to your juiceer the complaint may be set right in one or days as per the advice of Mr. Subramanian, Sales Manager, Madurai. His contact mobile is [protected] . How could a reputed like Philps India employ such people giving false commitments to the customer. I am lodging this complaint after taking so much of time. I have also enclosed the complaint receipt from the Anantha store and also the complaint no and the replacement request number written and given the Philps service. Please check with them. Now they say that they set right the problem and give it to me. Why they took so much time to take this simple decision. What went wrong. Then what about the replacement request given by the service and approved by the company. I leave it to the Company you decide what is right. Yours sincerely, Shankar [protected]

                    Hi i am eric I have purchased a mixer grinder 2 yrs back in the month of jan. after purchasing with in couple of months the machine wheel had a problem to which the service personal rectified the same. Then in the month of march 2015 the wheel of the mixer started giving some problem. We contacted the service personal on the toll free number and asked for a service guy thinking the company technician would rectify the same in a better manner instead of the regular local electrician. But to my disguise the technician had no knowledge of his job. Instead of solving the problem he gave different excuses such as the earlier company technician had put the wrong wheel for the mixee . Adding to it he said u need to chanGe the wheel of the mixer plus all the three utensil wheels also as the wheels for this mixer is no more available LAter he also said that he did not have all the 4 wheels to change and has only 2 so we agreed on the same and told him to change on but when he changed the wheel of 1 of the utensil was having leakage and could not manage to rectify . Without saying anything he put the orignal parts and left without saying if it could be done or not I Would like to ask if the product has some problem and can be rectified then why is the reason given that no parts are available or its your old machine even though its a 2 yeat old. Or that you have to buy new parts. That means once warranty is over the product is no longer good to use and if it has some problem you need not call a technician that too philps rather buy a new one since it was just meant for 2 years My machine model no is HL1645 for ur reference

                      Hi, I am writing this complaint in reference of purchase of Model HL – 1631 ( [protected]) ( Juicer mixer and Grinder) on 13th April 2014 from the below dealer Gupta Electric Store A 170, Sector 7, Near Ramphal Chowk Dwarka, New Delhi -1 110077 Phone no. 25072983 Dealer Invoice no. RI/30 dated 13th April 2014. As per my assumption till last one year your company was highly reputed and in best in class and also in best in customer service but unfortunately I had a very bitter experience with your customer service and product quality. Since I purchased the above JMG I had faced the same issue of getting the fuse failure in your appliance and after visiting your dealer I registered by complaint on Phillips customer care. Three times already this has happened and your engineers comes and changes the fuse switch. Since last two days I am again facing this situation and went to your above dealer that I am facing this problem again & again but when I get the answer from his side, I was highly surprised that he only sells your product because customers asks for it and he has interest in other domains / companies as he knows that he gets frequent complaints for your company products and he can’t help his customer for it. I need a replacement of my JMG on urgent basis else I need to go for legal action against your company as well as dealer for making false commitments to the customer.                             Hi, We got a 32 inch Philips LED TV .I have a minor issue with the Videocon d2h inbuilt modem, when I usually switching the channels, the sound was not coming . I gave a complain to Philips Customer care as I wanted to rectified the problem through Philips only. After 2 days one technician visited my place and did something told that the TV is perfect and asked for Rs850/- as the service charge, when I checked the TV immediately, I found the the same problem and asked him to rectified it and then he did some set up change and the the display got crashed .Then he started saying that the mother board got damaged and need to be replaced . Once again he came with a defective mother board and did some exercise and once again told that he'll come with a good mother board . I don't understand the Philip's service and I feel they are providing the worst Service I have ever seen . They are only money minded. I have fully lost my trust on Philips .

                              I had given a go gear for repair on March 5th. I was assured that I will get a call on 9th about the cost of repair and what the problem was etc. I never got a call till 11th hence I called, mr umapathi the manager said that they are waiting for the quote on the speaker and would inform me in a day or two about it.. Waited till yesterday 27th . I called and spoke to the same manager and told him about the poor service he notes the details n assures me that he will get back in few mins. Had to call and remind him in one hour. He gives me lame excuse and says he will politic all by evening. No calls or messages or anything. Regret buy Philips and opting for this service center

                                We are a loyal customer of Philips for any electrical products and are purchasing the same since the Inception of our company, mainly because of reliability and quality what Philips provides.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I am writing this mail to notify that we have recently faced a mishap due to the starters and the choke of a couple of tube lights which caught fire and burned like dry grass causing a lot of panic and chaos in the office area. Since we are a cold chain company switching off the power is the last option and due to this mishap we had to switch off the power which resulted into the following :- · All the products stored in the Cold rooms got damaged resulting into a loss of money. · Temperature control area also caused damage to products however the impact in terms of money is yet to be identified. · One of our employee who was just below this electrical fitting got a skin burn due to the spark which fell on his body and is still suffering from the burns. · Other Employees could not work on this day as a measure of caution to prevent any more casualty.                                     Bought Philips Bluetooth headset Model # SHB6017/28 from flipkart back in October and there is a charging problem. I approached the philips Service centre which is in Purasaiwalkam Chennai (Global Electronics) on 9th of March 2015. The rep said that the headset will be the replaced within 2 weeks and when I called them after 2 weeks there is no proper response and he sounded rude, When I asked for the exact time frame, he said that he will call when he gets the replacement and havent heard from them yet. Get this issue straightned ASAP.

                                        I had purchased a food processor, and there was some problem with it within a year. I had registered a complain with the service desk and they said that the technician will contact me within 8 working hours. I had registered this complain on the 10th of march, 2015, and m still waiting for their 8 hours to get over! And above all, I received a message on 17th march that my complain has been closed, and not even a single person called me. I again called them up, and the customer care representative pleaded and said that the technician will come to my place by next day 12 noon. still no contact. I called them again on 23rd March, and they were 'REALLY VERY SORRY', and said the technician will contact me. And m still waiting!!! I could have got my food processor repaired from a local shop, but now I really want to see how long can a company like Philips take to provide after sales service. I am using LG products too, and I can say that the after sales service of LG is commendable, the technician visits and repairs within 24hrs. of launching complain. Learn something Philips.!!!
