Philips company reputation is going to lowest calibre due to lack of working concern and service by the service people. I am Dr Pratik Tarvadi. We had given our Television for repair on 9 Dec 2014, probably a blunder from our side of trusting Philips service. They charged me rs 3000 for replacing some parts and they gave it back at almost quarter past 10 pm after repeated calls asking about the status of our Tv. Next day the condition same, no change in the problem, only paid money. After three weeks of continuous calls, pressure from call center, Mr Raghav obliges to get TV repaired and the collection time again 10.30 pm after about 20 calls in a day. 4-5 the service people neither call nor respond again through customer care we approach other few people - Mr Subbu, Mr Murli and Mr Subrato, but they are not different from Mr Raghav, they are only liars and disrespecting customers and dishonouring their company philips. On the call they say a part has top be replaced which needs some time as they don't have that part and suddenly they deliver TV at home and say no we dint change any part with an audacity of asking transportation charges. Now the mystery is 1. Who is speaking truth the one on call at customer care or the one who is a delivery boy? 2. They say they were charging my TV, Past 1 week they were charging? 3. What is the guarantee that they have done the work this time as, according to philips service people the guarantee is only for a month? So what is the conclusion, Either management answers and looks into matter and gives me extended warranty for a year after their service as I doubt the service people, they have either spoilt my Tv or they might have taken the original parts and put duplicate or seconds parts. Or As lack of service I will be forced to go to Consumer court Dr Pratik, +91-[protected]

      I, gireesh purchased philips 32 inches ddb technology television in 2014. now a days for few channels audio is not coming. i informed the same to venkatesh local technician of Anantapur where i reside but he is not responding in good. 9 days completed but he is not giving any support but he is asking for only insurance in phone. kindly take my words in to consideration and arrange good technician to solve my problem and take necessary steps against the technician venkatesh of Anantapur.

        My name is Dinesh and i purchased a 32 inch Philips LED(32PFL4738) with serial number[protected]from Flipkart on 6th Oct 2014 with 3 years warranty. I waited for more than 2 months from your side for 3 year warranty certifcate but could not receive yet. Also when i try to register my details on "poweroftwo.in" then it shows me that this serial number is already registered. My question is if it is registered then please provide me the warranty certificate. I also called your Customer care at least 5 times and no one is ready to response and hanged the phone. After that they asked more information and i submit them on 30 dec 2014 and still i am waiting for their reply and no one has repiled back. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it urgently as im fed up of philips service and attitude.

          I got my Philips TV 29pt7325/69 Pixel Plus serviced from an authorised Philips Service center(Delta Service, BTM 2nd Stage, BTM Lay out) on 13/12/2014. They charged me Rs.4200 for the service and given 2 months warranty on the product they changed. Unfortunately after 10 days my TV again stopped working and technician told FBT has gone again and needs to replaced which falls under guarantee. Now when I try reaching the service center they are not picking my call or they are making my call disconnected. I need to get my TV serviced and back to working position.             Dear Sir/Madam, This has reference to the captioned subject I wish to notify that i have purchased Philips PC Speaker 4040PMPO / USB from Croma Electronic Mega Store, Surat on 04.12.2014 vide invoice no.SLF02A[protected]. However While I had tried to run product at home on 07.12.2014 after unpacking the same, it was not working properly hence i have approached to Croma for registering my complaint but they told me to contact Philips Customer Care[protected]. Subsequently i have contacted to Phillips Customer Care and registered my complaint vide Complaint Ref No.[protected]. Next day Technician from Phillips had visited my residence and verified product and concluded that some part of the system is faulted and so Audio System is not working. While leaving he had assured me that faulted part will be replaced within two days. However after that there is no response from him for the next one week and so once again i have contacted to Croma on 25.12.2014 for further follow up. I have been told by Croma person that Part is not available now with Phillips asked me to wait for two more days. While i had asked to Croma to replace the product, they told me that you just wait for two days your complaint will be definitely solved. Now today its 01.01.2015 and i am writing this mail to you to bring your attention that till now I have not received any response neither from Croma nor Phillips. Further i also wish to inform you that i am a service class person and can not afford to spare time to run after this on regular basis. I hereby sincerely request you to look into the said matter and solve my complaint at earliest. Either Replace defected part or Replace the whole product. Please find enclosed herewith Invoice Copy of the same for your ready reference. I once again request you to look into the said matter and do the needful.               I bought Philips MMS 1515F Laptop Speaker on 14th Nov 2014 and it was faulty. FM was not working. I made complaint on customer care in November only. One technician visited home and after inspection he said it can't be repaired at home. He also said that you need to take it to service center. Initially he denied that Phillips will pick up from home to service center. But after having argument he said that person who pick up it on leave for one month and better you take it to service center. I called at customer care again they assured it will be picked up from home but it didn't happen. I called them many times but every time they say next day it will be picked up. Last week I followed up with them on daily basis and finally they picked up on 27th Dec. But guy didn't take remote of it. Now I am following up to pick up remote but not sure when it will happen. I talked to their service area manager Mr Kapil on 27th Dec and he gave assurance to me that remote will be picked on 27th Dec only and after repair speaker will be delivered to me on 29th Dec. But today at 29th Dec remote is still with me. I have never seen such a pathetic service from a multinational company. Never ever buy Phillips product.

                  Philips is a very reputed company, but the Bangalore service center people are trying to destroy Philips name. We had called the service people for repair of our 9 yr old 29 inch TV. To our surprise service is not same, after repeated complaints for 7 days, I get a service personnel. He puts the cost (hopefully genuinely required) of the parts and gives assurance of only 1 month warranty but the TV is not functioning properly. Again past 2 weeks I am calling the person who repaired but he doesn't even receive the call itself. Calling up service people, they say 24 hrs we will be contacted, and I get a message I will be contacted within 2 hrs but of no use My toady's complaint number is PBLR[protected] I may have to go to consumer forum if there is no service in another 1/2 days as deficiency in service.

                    Here is the info in short. Original Product: HTS3541/51 Audio stopped working, everything else functioning fine. Engineer ended up short circuiting the whole board. Repair quotation:INR 8k Time:10 days Product received post 1.5 months in faulty condition. Product claimed not repairable. Offered HTB5520 for INR 13k(as opposed to the original quotation given) Demand Draft taken on 10th Dec 2014 Promised product in 7 days. Product received on 24th December in damaged condition. Bill not provided for the product. Installation not done as promised. Repeated false commitments given. I have ended up spending a huge amount of money and time to get this issue resolved.Despite contacting the senior in Mumbai and even Gurgaon, no action has been taken. When IU have tried complaining on social media, they have blocked me instead of solving the issue. People I had been in touch with for the issue.                         today i went to an authorized centre of philips services to buy a charger for my trimmer located in karnal haryana (gupta electronics), this is the third time i was going to that shop for reconfirming the model number n evrytime they tell me a different price for the same charger which seems either duplicate or they tell me to buy a used one from their shop at same price when i offended they showed me very arrogant behaviour. i am very much disappointed and i am going to launch a complaint in consumer court as i am studing law . kindly reply on this one.

                          Never ever thought of buy Philips product. I have recently bought Philips DVD Home Theatre HTD5540/94 I doesn't even works for one month, video is not displaying and audio quality is very poor. I have registered a complaint with Philips, a service representative came to my home after long follow ups. He told that there is a problem in the board need to take to the service center but taking this to service center costs or you can bring this to service center if you concerned about cost. Then I myself brought the product to the shop. They said it will take two days, but a month now they didn't resolve the problem and when calling they are not responding properly. I strongly recommend to anyone not to buy any Philips product their service is too worst. WORST PRODUCT!!! WORST SERVICE!!!

                            Dear sir/madam I purchase new lcd 32" tv not working properly thise one my second lcd tv same problem on same year service centar not agree to extendet warranty issue of last lcd warranty . my first lcd purchse at panjam electronics at july 2013 and lcd problem start at after 6 month sevice center hold tv as 2 month after many complaints service center refer to store exchage new one but after 1year and 2month same problem the lcd please reqwest you not sell outdatet product

                              Sir, I would like to inform that i give a Complaint of Phillips LCD TV regarding display solution on 24 Sept.2014 which is under warranty till 2015 and it was registered with the call no. PGUR[protected]. A Pickup boy of Digital Service Center picked my TV but same has not return yet. I would like to remind you too that earlier he charged service fee amounting ₹700/- for changed two nos. Speakers amounting ₹550/- total ₹1250/- on 11April 2014 from my home. In this regard a large number of calls made with Mr. Khurshid Khan owner of Digital Service Center and Rajesh Kumar, Area Manager, Faridabad but they not give me sufficient compliance. They told me that the part of your TV is out of stock so your TV cannot be repair, when your TV will be repaired, we will return your TV but same is not repaired yet whearas it is past three months. This is not end here, they doesn't even inform me about progress report about my complaint and when I contact to take progress report from area manager or digitel service centre they do not take my call. It is the reason I always remain in stress that what to do, now. The above faculties are lackluster the image of your Philips company. Therefore, it is requested that please returned my Philips LCD TV after compliance the complaint and refund my earlier paid service charge amount ₹700/-.                                 Hi, I have purchased Philips Blu-ray player Model: BDP3480 in online and I have warranty for 1 year(till[protected], Issue is In that blu-ray player the blu-ray disc's are not supporting for some formats. I have given it to service center for 2 times, still the issue is not yet resolved. The company has not provided on-site support to my place. So I bought the player to Hyderabad City and given it in Philips service center. They are delaying very much for resolving this product. I have the blu-ray disc's in 3 formats like HD-DVD, MPEG4, MP4. These formats are not supporting in Philips player where as disc's are playing in other companies like Sony, Samsung and LG. I have got frustrated with Philips company for their services and support given to me. Please don't buy Philips BDP3480 model. IT won't support all formats. Very worst and bad service centers in Hyderabad. Regards, Naveen

The instrument is not working, So I wrote to customer care to get address of Service Center. Despite of communication, no one is providing address of authorized service center. I am really disappointed by seeing the approach of customer care team.

                                    I made a complaint (complaint no.- pdel[protected]) to philips on 13th nov.2014 that my 32' LCD TV (covered under AMC) is having some video problem, then thier service men (sunil - [protected]) visited on 18th nov. and took a part (video card) of the television for repairing in the service centre with a promise of returning the part after repairing within a week, but it has been 25 days up to now that I haven't received the part of my TV and my TV has not been repaired and whenever I make a call to the following contact numbers(ASM - [protected], manju - [protected]) they are either not taking my calls or talking badly.                                       Hi... I bought a led TV and home theater during diwali.. While d TV has been installed, I m still waiting for the installation of the DVD.. Several calls were made to the retailer reliance trend but they didn't send any technician till date.. First time called up the phillips customer service.. Neha was helpful in taking a compliant.. But rest of the staffs - disgusting.. Pathetic.. Horrendous.. Zero conviction on customer service... Chi... U guys at the mgmt.. Pls understand tht in today's competitive world u wld b left behind i[censored] have this kind of workforce at the ground level.. Prashanth a big of lier with fake accent.. Shivakumar came on call as supervisor and was fumbling from d beginning.. Jokers.. Managers r always busy.. They are paid to take care escalations and that is wht they avoid .. Wht r u paying them for..??? Mr Ved Sinha, so called manager comes on call and tries to justifies his team member's behavior... Good lord... Wht a bunch of jokers u got in ur workforce... Whr is d focus on customer??? And upon asking his manager to be on call is when he understood the situation and started apologizing.. Whr is Phillips brand??? What's wrong with u guys???

                                        I have purchased a Philips 22PFL3459/V7 22 inches Full HD LED Television via Snapdeal online shopping.So I request for it installation and a complaint no PGZB[protected] has been generated, philps installation engineer visited my site and told that product was defective and need to replace. Again I made a complaint PGZB[protected] for the replacement of TV and get in touch with Mr. Sunil([protected]) and he assured me that you would get new TV and service center's guy have brought the TV from the site.And finally Mr. Sunil generated new complaint PGZB[protected] and philips system closed the previous complaint PGZB[protected]. Now After one month, Mr. Sunil is saying that product was broken and he is not responsible for it. So I talked to Snapdeal and They are saying that if the product was broken then why are the telling this thing after one month.I am became very much tired of following philips. so please give solution urgently, I would be thankful to you.
