Installation of DVD player... Pathetic Customer Service..

Several calls were made to the retailer reliance trend but they didn't send any technician till date.. First time called up the phillips customer service.. Neha was helpful in taking a compliant.. But rest of the staffs - disgusting.. Pathetic.. Horrendous.. Zero conviction on customer service......
