Hi,
I had bought Philips 32" Television DDB Model on 19th July 2014 from Metro Cash & Carry and had several issues with the Television from 5th February onwards ( Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint #PBLR[protected]). With great difficulty and rigorous Follow-ups with your team, I have received a replacement television of 39" from PE Electronics Ltd, Inv # [protected] on 7th March by paying addition amount since the exact model was not available and also I was not interested in pursuing with the same model once again.
Please note again I have problem with the 39" Television. The color keep changing with Yellow and I do not understand what to do rather repenting on purchasing Philips Television.
Please let me know whether I will get replacement television or again the same repair work will carry on for some more months.
Appreciate there is some concrete solution will come since interacting with your service team is really a pain since they will not receive my calls or rather customs calls when their requirement is needed.
