Complaint against Philips Authorised service centre, Trivandrum Kerala-M/S.Vijay Electronics, Prop Mr.Shibu Mob. [protected]. From, G.Jayakumar, Principal(rtd)Industrial training dept, Kerala.Mob:[protected].([protected]@gmail.com) In the Ist week of Aprilm 2015, I informed Philips service centre, Trivandrum to repair myTV.A technician came and after inspection of TV informed that the LOT is burned and he has taken the PCB kit of the TVm to their Philips service centre for replacing theLOT .After two days he bring back the repaired PCBkit and installed in TV.The TV is found working with ahorizontal flickering at extreme top of the screen.I told him that this fault is newly occurred and is to be repaired & may be due to impedance mismatching of LOT.He again taken the PCB KIT to his Philips service centre.After 2 days I went to the Philips servicentre to enquire about it.At that time a new technician informed me to bring the TV cabinet fixed with crt.I given it immediately.After 2 days the same technician told me that the CRT of the TV is defective and the horizontal flickering cannot be rectified. I told to give back myTV after removing the newly placed LOT. He given back the TV with some purposefully introduced faualts which any one can be detected. I given the TV an expert technician having more than 20 years experice and personally known tome.He explained that the first fault is due to the fault of LOT and the flickering is due to the mismatching of repaced LOT which maynot be a original.He also told me that now this PCB can not be repaired because they have created some another faults with intention no body can not repaired. I told him to replace a Korean kit and he done it and the TV is working with some little clarity.(The old pcb is with me now). My question is 1. why they told me that the CRT is defective 2.Why they introduced some faults purposefully.Is it a cheating? 3.Who is responsible for this?is Franchisee or Philips.4. What is the next step? 6.Why they have not given any receipt for this transactions? On 11.5.2015 I have informed all these factors to Mr.Shibu, proprietor of this Philips Frachise and he kept silent.He may not knowing these incident .Only the untrained technicians is responsible. This is the second incident for me in this service centre.One year back I have given a Philips Iron to service .They have given it back with the top cover broken.I left it there itself.Please give proper factory training in servicing for these unqualified technicians of franchisees periodically. With disappointment G.JAYAKUMAR.

    I have bought 32 inch philips led from lotus super market bhopal on dec 2013. After 1.5 years tv screen become dull and no display found. I have taken to authorized philips service center. After discovering problem serviceman told me that there is panel problem in tv. He told me that it cost about 16000 rupees for new panel... It so disguisting... After 1.5 years my tv worth rs 20000 became like waste. I never thought that philips give me this type of irritating experience. I will never suggest anyone to buy philips product... Please dont buy philips... Its a waste of money

      I have bought Philips LED TV 24' from Green Mobiles, Bangalore (authorised dealer) through Amazon. The Warranty card is missing with the product. Contacted Dealer, but no one is picking up the phone. I have just received the original invoice. Also, I have Contacted Amazon, They have suggested to contact Philips directly. I had contacted Philips Customer care for various times. Every time I contact they give me new complaint number. And there is no efforts to resolve it. Philips customer care told me to register the product details on www.poweroftwo.in to get the warranty registration. I did that. There was a message after I submit that form that Warranty registration details will be sent on the email ID provided. I didn't receive such emails. I had contacted Philips customer care for same, every time they said we will send this request to email department. There was no response yet.         i purchased TV on TV 31/08/2014 at Reliance Digital Pvt Ltd model_number : 32pfl4738/v7 serial_number : [protected] First Name: Anjaneyulu Last Name: Dudigam Mobile No: [protected] Alt NO: [protected] Address: H.NO: 1-6-401/1, near geetha swimminpool, chaitanyapuri, dilsukhnagar, hyderabad, Telangana, PIN: 500060 With in 8 Months the TV got break down 4 times and my TV placed almost 3 months in service center. i asked to replace the TV and they said we will replaced it but they pending it. And then i asked them they are telling we need approvals. how many days need to take approval 2 months or 3 months. please help me and give me Suggestions and how to approach court in this case.         Purchased a new Philips led TV on 17 December 2016, which was installed 2 days after. But the launcher is not working.. the installation man promised he will repair it in 2 weeks which us yet to be done.. did customer service calling but poor response.. online customer complaint, worst.. no response.. shelling huge amount of money for this worst response . Never thought.. repair it or replace it.. fed up of giving complaints..

          I have purchased LED Bulb 10Watt B-22 6500k qty: 06 Nos. through Amazon.in on 02/Sep/2014 with a guarantee of 01 year. Out of 6 only 2 bulb are not working now. I have contacted to Philips India vide Service Request No: 50-[protected] to replace my 2 bulb and email invoice copy and order copy of Amazon.in. but till date no action/information has been taken/received. i can not think even in dream that Philips ...! Submitted for kind solution please.

          i got replaced my LED bulb within 7 days. thanks to Consumer complaints and philips too. but unfortunately the bulb have been expired with expiry date!!! i have nothing to say now.

            Hello Sir, we brought Phillips LED TV model number 32PFL3938/V7 A2 on 2014 march in Hubli, Karnataka and now it has occurred with display problem. We have complained about this already but they delaying by telling 48 hours to repair it down and we facing problem on this issue. I kindly request to take strict action on this as soon as possible.

              In MCD park in Subhash Nagar block 14, some people claim to have spent money in maintenance of the park therefore they have put a MCD board saying "no pets or dogs are allowed"inside the park Such a board is illegal as everyone has rights to use parks including pets and dogs. Kindly get the board removed.

                I have taken Philips Mixer Grinder it's good i thought but within a month its stopped working, i was frustrated when after complaining about the product to the service centre they dint even respond me once this means this is not at all a big brand (Philips) its a local brand it seems to me after sale service is even worst than the product. I[censored] can send anyone to rectify the problem i ll consider to philips otherwise i will not prefer philips from hereafter and even i wont suggest anyone to buy it. And ofcourse i will ask for the difference amount

                  I had a problem in my LED TV with display (Display was not coming), There was a service engineer at my door step within 5 hr form the compain. As per the service engineer there was some software error and he inserted pendrive in USB port and rebooted the tv the tv started working with in 2min of process. The service boy demended first 1100/- for this and then negotiated to 800/-. After this once my parents demanded the receipt for that he denied for that and gave some silly excuse. I was never informed about the payment that to be maid once the engineer comes. Kindly let me know what are the rates ( IF ANY) when the service boy visits and provide me with the receipt of the service. I hope i get some update/reply/response on the same.                     Hello Sir, We brought the Philips 40PFL5059/V7 101.6 cm (40) Full HD LED Television on date 15.Dec.2015. After getting deliver with in a month TV started giving problem and display was damaged we already complained regarding and the company has visited to our home. As per his suggestion we sent the TV to your service center after reaching the service provider started saying even MOTHER BOARD is gone damaged and all other problems, I am here to request after buying your within in a month your television display get damaged and mother board to get damaged, on that the television is totally manufacturing fault and suggest to replace it with the new one.                     I am bit confused by the dates you have mentioned..15 Dec 2015 which is yet to come..If you mean the date as 15 Dec 2014 then within a month i.e January it started giving problem..then it should have been solved by now ?

                    However in any case philips will repair your tv but wont/cant replace the whole tv as they are giving warranty not guarantee.(which u have agreed before purchasing)

                      I have brought a TV 4 months backa nd its not working now. I have registered a complaint on saturday i.e 25/04/2015, they promised me that they will be rectifying it in next 24 hrs but till now i.e 28/04/2015 12.16pm its not yet resolved and i have conatcted custome care 4 times till now, recently i have spole to Ajit, he is such a fellow whio dont even know his manager name and he said he cannot transfer my call to his manager. i have asked to escallate the issue, he didnt even do that.i asked escallation department email, he didnt even provide that. idont know how these fellow respect customers.you can check it on my phno:[protected] and email id:[protected]@gmail.com

                        I bought a Phillips Mixer Grinder from Vijay Sales.The Bottom of Jar which made by Bakelite and Handle got cra cked of all Jars.I lodged a complaint but i did not got any support.Your Team is asking charges where as the product is under Warranty. I am Planning to go to lodge my complaint in consumer court as I am not getting any support from your side despite calling again and again. I will put Picture of Product at Face Book and Twitter also and tell huge number of people that why dont they shou ld not Buy Phillips in Future. Rediculous way of a Multinational.I was never expected such casual way of treatment. I will not buy any Phillips anyway in future.

                          The new Philips mixer was not working proper after one week of purchase, That's Strange isn't it? On top of it the service center assign the repair work to an engineer after 2 weeks And the engineer has attitude nothing less than prime minister, if you want him to repair you should be available by his work timings at home on week days and on weekends he is busy that's what he quotes. What should the consumer think now on this mess, should the consumer consider/think of Philips for buying any new product???????? It seems like brand like Philips also compromise on their quality and service. Not hoping any change, this was the last purchase from Philips for me.

                            Light weight iron purchased on 18/12/2013 from kings Electronics Banswara is under warranty period. The same became defective and has been returned to the shop on 05/03/2015 . But till date it is not repaired and returned. The shop is even not ready to give any date on which it will be returned. Very poor and bad response

                              I bought led TV from Philips In November 2014and after two month TV is not showing screen. I complain to Philips and engineer come to home and he ordered for Any part related to led TV. From January to till date my led is not working. Philips service manager makes excuses ever when I call. Please help me to replacement my led tv.now 3 month passed away there is now any resolution from Philips company.please help me asap.led TV under 3 year warranty. I have original invoice.

                                I Shri Vijay Kumar has purchased a Home Theatre of Model No. HT52400D/94 and Sr. No. Fj1B[protected] on 18 March 2015 but it is observed that one of the speaker is not working.Hence you are requested to please send an engineer for solving the problem at the earliest.

                                  we have purchase new mixture & grinder from one of the shop at Ellora Park area, Vadodara, Gujarat. when we came to canada with that mixture the stainless steel jar is not working on the mixture. when we start mixture the blade of the jar not grinding any thing inside.

                                    Hi, I had bought Philips 32" Television DDB Model on 19th July 2014 from Metro Cash & Carry and had several issues with the Television from 5th February onwards ( Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint # PBLR[protected], Complaint #PBLR[protected]). With great difficulty and rigorous Follow-ups with your team, I have received a replacement television of 39" from PE Electronics Ltd, Inv # [protected] on 7th March by paying addition amount since the exact model was not available and also I was not interested in pursuing with the same model once again. Please note again I have problem with the 39" Television. The color keep changing with Yellow and I do not understand what to do rather repenting on purchasing Philips Television. Please let me know whether I will get replacement television or again the same repair work will carry on for some more months. Appreciate there is some concrete solution will come since interacting with your service team is really a pain since they will not receive my calls or rather customs calls when their requirement is needed.                                       I COMPLAINED TO (http://www.support.philips.com/support) FOR THE REPAIR OF MY PHILIPS TOASTER (SERIAL NO-[protected] & MODEL NO- HD 4823/01) WHOSE WARRANTY ENDS IN SEP 2016. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ON 11 th MARCH SAYING "This is with reference to your e-mail dated 10th of March 2015, regarding Philips Toaster. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you by our product. We have forwarded your concern to our authorised service centre. Your Service Request number is: 50-[protected]. Service Centre Details:- JVG ELECTRONICS [protected], [protected], [protected] Our service engineer will contact you at the earliest to schedule an appointment as per your convenience." BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOBODY CONTACTED ME. THEN I CALLED THE GIVEN NUMBER, THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT NO ENGINEER WILL COME AT YOUR HOME AND YOU HAVE TO COME. I WANT TO JVG ELECTRONICS SITUATED AT ELITE CROSSING, JHANSI SEVERAL TIMES IT WAS ALWAYS FOUND CLOSED. I CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY TOLD ME THAT SERVICE CENTRE HAS SHIFTED TO MANIK CHOWK JHANSI. I WANT TO "ANSHIKA DISC CARE CENTRE, SARVMANGLA COMPLEX, NEAR ALLAHABAD BANK, MANIK CHOWK JHANSI". THEY TOOK 15 DAYS TO REPAIR AFTER WHICH I FOUND THE PRODUCT MORE DAMAGED " KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE CALLED ME BUT NO BODY ASSURED ME OF SOLUTION. MOREOVER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CHECKED AT THAT TIME. BUT I TOLD THE PERSON AT THAT TIME THE PART IS NOT WORKING WELL. SAMEFULL !!!
