I purched one philips iron model no-gc2820 in almost 2 year back .This iron stick clothes i gone to services centre they assure that the problem is resolve but it was the same and that tenure they also damage that iron i also talk on phone c.Care toll free no but nothing happen

    I have purchased Philips shaver model AT 756/16 on 22/7/14 serial no-14104 and the warranty is two years. Just after one year it is not working. First of all I have written ten emails then only company replied and now to repair it they are demanding Rs 2400/ where as it is in the warranty. Please take necessary action.
    Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Company like Philips India which is having big name is not listening the customer, I never expected.

      I have ordered one philips ear phone. I got the same by yesterday. When I was checking the same, one ear piece is not working. Then I found some physical damage on the cable.

        I had purchased the Philips DCD 132/98 classic DVD micro system last year on 13th of June, 2014. The product was purchased online against order no-[protected] and invoice no- 29D230/14-15/958 from Snapdeal. The product stop functioning in May, 2015. The complaint was registered to Philips customer-care in May, 2015 (no-WOO12860) and re-registered in July (no-SUPOO15320). After the long telephonic conversation now, the product is with Philips service centre at Jaipur and they are informing me to bear the cost of repair. According to them the product has loose the warranty period therefore responsibility of repairing will be borne by customer not by the producer. From the above discussion it is clear that first complaint was launched within the warranty period so the cost should be borne by the producer not by the customer. It is their fault to delay in attending the complaint and provide the service after sale. From the last two and half month experience with Philips force me to not buy any product of this company in future. I hope that the firm will do the needful regarding to save the image.

          I purchased a CD sound mechine of model no AZ380 on12/03/2015 from YOUR CHOISE gift shop, K.V.M tower court road, PALAKKAD 01, KERALA state, INDIA.But MP3 CD is not working properly.When i insert the disc the display shows no .The device is given for servicing in Two times within this time in autharised service centre in PALAKKAD.But now also this device is not working.I dont expect such a problems from a philips product and I feel you are cheating me.So I request you to make arrangement to refund my amount as early as possible.My phone no.             I have paid total 1800+5618=7418 rs for registration and profile verification to shine.com. I had paid money in the name of Shashank Kapoor head of shine.com. I am not getting any proof about that and I think it is fraud. I want my money back. I get mail from shine.[protected]@mail.com.

              I bought Philips 32 inches LED TV from Girias, Coimbatore 10 days back. It was told that Philips service technician will come for installation in one or two days. But even after 10 days, no one had come. One of the technician called & told that, he will come in half an hour. But later if I call him, he is not picking the call. This is happening from last 4 days. Also, it was told that I will receive the warranty card during the time of installation.

                  Please note that I have purchased a Sound Bar of Philips SPA375U Enhance Blu having Item Code[protected] on 19th July, 2015 from ezone at Viviana Mall, Thane (West). I was assured installation and demo on delivery. Despite sending a mail and telephonically providing all the details as required, no person has been deputed for installing the same, as a result of which I am unable to use it. I trusted ezone and purchased your product thinking it to be a genuine dealer. However I am utterly disappointed by the service provided. Please look into it and take severe action at the earliest.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam, This is with reference to subject; I had recommended my close relative Mrs. Sheela Rathod (Age : 76 years old) a retired professor who stays alone, to buy Philips make LED TV. We had purchased this 22” LED Philips TV PFL 3958 on dated 16/02/2014 from LASSI Electronics, Dombivli (W), Thane. Since from day of purchased we had faced many issues related to its operation. During its one year warranty period, 5 times service complaint was launched. In one of its service, there was replacement of power supply. We informed to LASSI Electronics of faulty pieces received and we want the replacement. But at that time he just ignored and things just went. Now on 25th June 2015, this TV was totally non-operational. When launched complaint for service, technician had came who charged Rs 300/- for it’s servicing and told to replaced the panel board which is costing Rs 7500/-. When informed to LASSI Electronics, they told us its Electronic item, anything can happen and it’s now out of warranty so we can’t do anything. When told we will complaint this issue further, they told us that they will talk to Philips regarding this and inform us. But since last 3 weeks they are just giving us false commitment and ignoring as they are in the assumption that this old lady can’t do anything as she is alone. Now we are also very much confidence, this TV received was sent faulty from purchaser itself. It’s my humble request to you to look into this matter very seriously, and give replacement of new LED TV. Considering the age of this old lady who stays alone, and her money spend for this TV, it worth that she should get justice. Kindly do the needful. Waiting for your prompt reply.                         Dear Sir, This is to inform that we had purchased a new brand Philips 22" LED on dated 16/02/2014 in name of Mrs. Sheela Rathod. During its one year warranty period, we faced many problems with its operation. Within its one year period 5 services were done. during one service they replaced the power supply. Now since last month on 23rd June 2015, it doesn't at all operate. When raised the call to Philips for service they told it will charge Rs 7500 for its servicing and took Rs 300 as service charges. During its warranty period we had told the TV purchaser (LASSI ELECTRONICS) that we had received faulty Philips model and need replacement of new TV, but we didn't got any response. Now this Purchaser is also ignoring and had told us since is warranty is finished we cant do anything. But when we told we go to we will go to consumer complaints, he is just giving some reasons and telling we have launched complaint we will let you know from since last one month. Also this TV which I had recommended to my known relative Mrs. Sheela Rathod, who is a retired lecturer ( 73 year old ) and she is staying alone. From day of purchase she is facing this TV problem. Also this is very well known to TV Purchaser (LASSI ELECTRONICS) who is just ignoring. Its my humble request to you, please take this matter seriously and try your level best to get replacement of new TV from Philips and this will give justice to this old lady.                           I had use your philips customer service for the first time on 10/07/15 because i have a philips filter in which the candle placed is finished and has to be replaced with a new one . From that day i am calling everyday to customer care centre to send a technician so that i can come out of this problem . But there is no proper service from your side and it is a waste customer care center were there is no proper service. Please help me i[censored] can and do the needful . Its been a week calling u to send a technician each & everyday. Customer complaint no. 50-[protected]. Sorry for this reply.

                                Hi, This is to inform you that we purchased a new Air fryer from snap deal as a part of my wedding gifts in December 2014.We didn't open and check the machine as it was to be gifted at the wedding and we didn't want to spoil the packing. Three weeks back we opened the fryer for the first time and we noticed It was not working . We complained to Philips, they took the machine for repair but I recently got a call that the motor and fan is broken and I need to pay some 4500 Rs as the parts are not under warranty. We had paid 10k for the new machine at the first hand and now Philips is asking money for repairing a new machine. This complaint is against both Snap deal and Philips for selling broken equipments. And they have to take the responsibility for replacing the airfryer.

                                  i've bought philips HR1602 550W HAND BLENDER on[protected] from flipkart which is under warranty of 2 yrs..but the chopper is not working when loaded..few months back also i've faced same problem so i've replaced the part from your authorised service center in chandigarh..and now again m facing the problem..the chopper isn't working..so kindly do the needful

                                    As per service Request no. SUP00 - 16622, I had requested for installation and demo of Home theater HTB 5580 / 94 yesterday after noon and I was assured execution in 24 hours. When I called in the after noon today, call center said they would arrange. Later at 4.15PM, they asked me to talk to Mr. Abshek, Area Manager on[protected]. He was very rude and was telling me that since the request was put on sunday, the 24 hours would only start only on Monday, he can't assure any service guarrantee as it is raining in Noida (it rained only early in the morning for a while and after 6PM) etc. Again I called call center to complain. They confirmed that what Abhishek saying on 24 hours is untrue and asked me to call the National Service Head Anil Kumar on [protected]. Inspite of I calling him 5 times in a space of 1.5 hours, he did not care to pick my call or return the call ! I am a pride owner of Philips LED TV, Sound Bar and Audio and have had Philips person servicing me in 4 - 6 hours time every time. This time, they made me wait and are non committal on any time line. Over and above, Abhishek has the audacity to tell me he doesn't care and asked me to message me my details, name, address, model no., ser. req no. etc., for him to even go through records ! Don't my service request with call center sufficient for him to get the details. I am pretty disappointed and disgusted to see this kind o[censored]nprofessional people in Philips team. Planning to return the product bought on line due to the attitude of people and the delay in service delivery.

                                    I have purchased the same product in 2016 in november it stopped working and company said the motherboard is bad .. i asked philips to repair or replace the motherboard and charge me .. they said that motherboard cant be replaced as the spares manufacturing has stopped.. my money got wasted that too 32000 rs and the player is lying in the house dead since then .. they play with customers and dont care for us.. their customer care says it cant be repaired so if they dont have spares y r they selling products in indian market

                                      Philips mixer buy on sep 2014 has minor problem releted to kneeding jar.complain done on 25 may 2014 for replacement of rotatong part but till date no action taken.called about 10 times to philips customer care but problem still not resolved.nobody came to attend the problem.DISGUSTING SERVICE OF PHILIPS COMPANY .NOW I WILL THROW THE MIXER IN DUST BIN.I WILL NEVER BUY THE PHILIPS PRODUCT IN FUTURE.
