i purched dsp33ur 5.1 philips multimedia speakers throgh online (sneapdeal). After received my product I cant able to check for 8 days, after 8 days when I open box and try to setup system, the main unit produce some smoke so I unplug and contact customer care on 20th feb 2015 and file complain. After that I send my product to service center at rajkot by own cost. But till date service center said that parts not available and we cant able to complet your request. Almost 30 days cross but still not repair my product. First day first show and product is damage really very bad service from philips.

    dear sir, i bought a electric iron of philips model No. GC1010 on 9th march from Laxmi electronics, D-4, sector 12, Teacher colony, Medical road pratap vihar, ghaziabad, same day at home i found iron was not working properly, it was not getting restarted after cut till 10 minutes time. next day on 10th march i went to dealer and complained, he logged complained and kept the iron and got serviced at his shop, and handed over to me. next day on 11th march i used this machine and found same problem again i went to shop again dealer logged complained and got plate changed at his shop and handed over to me on 16th march. on 17th march when i tried to use and found the same problem then i myself logged the complaint and engineer came today on 18th march at 13.30 PM and used in from of me and said there is no problem with the iron according to me, but i am feeling it is getting restarted after too long. please try and understand we both husband wife are working and return home about 6.30 PM, and engineers refused to come after 4.00 PM, today also i managed to go back my home in lunch time for engineer visit. i bought this on 9th march and it is not working properly from very first day, i request you please replace my this iron or get it rectified properly upto my satisfaction level.

      I purchased One Philips LED which is out of service w.e.f. 14.03.2015. I lodged my complaint telephonically on 14.03.2015 and I received a Mobile Number through SMS on my mobile No. [protected] and asked me to talk on the given Mobile No. I contacted on the said number and subsequently some body came to my residence to attend the fault. He told me that there is a Part which is required to be changed and it will take 4 to 5 days to receive this part from out of station as this is not available at Pathankot. Please tel why I am to wait for 4 to 5 days and why I am to suffer? It is very clear from the above that After Sale Service of Philips is very poor. Hence please get my LED repaired immediately or pack it back as the same is under warranty period. Please treat the matter as most urgent.

          To philips, My Tv suddenly came out with a problem of display not working only audio hearing. So, I filed a complaint on 1st march describing the problem and said its in warranty (4 yrs warranty), the philips's guy visited once and said "the problem will be solved in 2 days, I'll come back tomorrow with my equipments" and since then there have been no more visits from phillips and the customer care people call up and ask us to pay the amount but they dont know the amount and when asked for the complaint number they reply saying we will message you and mail you in your email id but there has been no messages and mails received by me.             I, Soma Paul had purchased one PHILIPS LED TV (model no. 24PFL3938/V7 A2) from Great Eastern, Barasat on[protected]. On 2nd March 2015 I have lodged one complain (no. PKOL[protected]) due failure of watching the said TV. Mr. Tapan Sarkar from your esteem service centre attended two times. But he was failed to correct or repair my TV set. According to Tapan Sarkar there is a big problem in the panel board or panel. Under these circumstances my family has not been watching television for 12 days. As you know ICC world cup is going on. And I am not able to watch any TV serial which is my only amusement. So I request you to please change this set within 2-3 days and take this problem seriously.               Sir/Madam It is to submit that I bought an induction cooker, Model: HD4908 on 03.12.2012 in Srinagar, J&K. It was working normally for the first year of purchase. But soon after the expiration of the Warranty it started giving problems. Then I started paying visits to your Authorised Service Center which is "Adil Electronics" in Karan Nagar. Then my bad luck started as I had to visit the service center a number of times. Every time their correction lasted for not more than two months and every visit costed me Rs 300/- to Rs600/-. Sir/Madam I have spend more than Rs 2000/- on this cooker and a few days back it again developed some problem. Now I am not going to the Service Centre again as I have already wasted a lot of money after your product. You people are actually wasting our money and time. Thanking for fooling us after your brand name.

                i purchased a philips induction model no. hd4928, on dt. 26/7/2014. within a month its body got melting problem, and that problem was rectified from your service centre, jawahar nagar, varanasi. 15-20 days ago same m/c. got dead, then i carried it to your service centre, nagwa, varanasi. after repair when i plugged in at my kitchen, my home mcb indicated shortt-cicuit problem, again i rushed to same service centre and after second repair, again it shows same problem at my kitchen. then after i registered my complain on your tollfree no. [protected], two times 5days ago, and 4days ago, but not any response i received from your end till dated.i got badly faded with your above product and after sale service quality.i want to return and cash back for above poduct.

                  Philips LED Replacement Request Hi, ​Complaint Date:[protected] Complaint By: Bhavik katarmal I am writing this letter to drop your attention towards the problem i'm facing. I'm facing very bad customer service of Philips from very long time. I have raised a complaint towards my Philips LED TV on 17th January 2015 and its being more than a month but still there is no solution from your side. The LED is not working good. From last 50 days I regularly call to customer care but every time they gave excuse that the "part is not available". I spoke to Mr.savan.They also gave commitment to get the damaged part repaired soon but nothing happen. Every time when i call they have same thing to say that within 3 days part will be delivered replaced with the defected part but after 50 days they don't have the solution or part available with them. The purpose of this letter is to ask you to reconsider correcting this problem. I am using Philips product from very long time but this time Philips does nothing to resolve the issue except wanting me to wait for no. of days from very long time and even after that they don't have solution. I am requesting that Philips replace my defective television with the same or newest model at no cost to me. As now it became very much frustrating for me to track up my complaint everyday and call management. Hope Philips will understand the problem and maintain there customer by resolving such issues as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply. Please revert soon. ​Thanks

                    I purchased Philips LED Tv from Great Eastern Dalhousie branch on 02.03.2015. The Tv was delivered to my place on 04.03.2015. The person responsible for installation & demo were supposed to come on 04.03.15, bt due to mis understanding in telephonic conversation they where unable to come on 04.03.15, as according to them its the customers responsibility to follow up with the service centre. Next day 06.03.2015 was holi so they were unable to provide service. Today 07.03.2015 is a working day, but today also they are unable to provide service as they have to return home early due to festive hangover of holi. I requested them that no one will b available at my home till 6.30pm at eve, so i requested them to come at 7pm which is there normal working hour, but they refused by giving the above reason.. the televison is lying in the box as it was delivered from 04.05.2015. This is my experience regarding philips service centre.

                      Dear I have purchased a Philips full hd tv 32 PFL 5578 32” NOV. 2014 .But port HDMI was faulty after many complaints and visits by technicians and card replacement, was declared that complete TV will be replace with new one . Now another issue is this, new TV not delivered still although TV is available with your delivery /transportation department as I received a call in January month more than 15 days before which was from Mr. Ashok about my new TV .After two days I called him for TV which was not delivered he gave me a mobile no of Mr. Rajkumar [protected] and told TV has sent to OKHALA office. I talked with Mr. Rajkumar he promised to deliver before evening on same day. For two days makes many excuses he gave me another one no.[protected] which was belongs to Mr. Praveen Panda he makes many promises like next two Hr., Early eve, next morning definitely etc. And after three days he gives another one no. Mr. kamaal khan [protected] he also makes promise after second day he transferred call to Ms Priyanka but no gain .Overall is this no action has been taken yet neither any call from PHILIPS I have called many times to your employees. At last time Mr. kamaal khan said “come at OKHALA and bring your TV we don’t have transport facilities.” I called to customer care on 3rd feb complaint no. PDEL [protected] code R98750 .It was closed on 27 feb without solution. Again I complaint to customer care it was also closed on 28 feb . I have mailed & two reminder also but result is big zero. Although a TV set was delivered on 09/02/2015 evening but set was delivered without bill and another model 4400 series 32 PFL 4479 first I talked to Mr kamaal khan from Ur technician's mobile and he told " I sent a HIGHER model and bill will be send later" . I called to customer care and he connect call to Mr. Kamaal khan, he told that he don't have this model which i required (32 PFL 5578) and many more things about 24 min. Cont. With many excuses and contradict sentences. Now I am totally frustrate.If you (PHILIPS) cant solve these type of silly matter in more than four month you should not sell your product to customer to make him fool .                         I purchased a Philips Food processor for Rs. 8000 in November 2012 from Reliance Megamart, Faridabad with 2 years warranty. The product got repaired 3-4 times within 2 year warranty period. Now after the warranty is over the product is again not working for more than one month now. I am highly disappointed of the product. It seems we have done a big mistake by purchasing this brand product.

                              sir, I purchased a television set from Gurbachan radios in Dimapur Nagaland in July 2014. Serial no[protected], model no 32pfl6577/v7. However, the panel developed some defect for which I sent the TV set for repairs in November 2014. It's almost 3 months now, and I have been calling both the service center here in Dimapur and Guwahati in vain. The regional manager in Guwahati has assured me time and again that he would call me back but never did. I am discouraged that a reputed company like yours is run by people who don't care about the customers and their problems. I will be most grateful if someone could help me get my TV fixed. The call number the service center here in Dimapur gave me is pguw[protected]. I've waited 3 months for a service that is legitimately mine, please don't make me wait for more.

                                Sir, I have purchased a 29 inches LED TV vide bill no. 1898 dt 20.08.2014 of J&J Traders, Madurai (Benit & Co., Kamarajar Salai, Madurai). From the date of purchase the TV is handging requently. The remote provided with the TV is also not functioning properly. The service engineer Thiru. Essaki attended on 18.09.2014 and asked me to change the batteries in the Remote. From that date i am reqularly changing the batteries once in a month . Still I am having the same complaint. Today (21.02.2015) again i lodged a complaint. If I am not satisfied with this process, I dont have any other source execpt to move to court of justice K.K.KARTHIKEYAN., CELL NO.                                     Yesterday(17th Fab 2015) I have purchased Philips 3d blu ray home theatre HTB5580/94 form vijay sales block no b-1, nr amar leela hospital, janakpuri. On purchase of my product I have clearly clarify that technical person should be come tomorrow any time @ my residance address. Even I have register a compliant in three time @ philips customer care but did not get even a response they provide me some agancy no(digtec service-[protected]). When I called digitec number they said we don't have time to send out technical person in your address may be it will take another 2-3 days.
                                    Really pathetic after sales service (philip (digitec))
                                    Please help me regarding this.

                                      On 11th Jan i had lodged a complaint for my philips LED TV, the technician had duly visited my residence to check the TV from United Home Care, i was told that the my TV will be repaired within 10 days. Complaint Number-PDEL[protected], Owners name-Manidipa Bhattasali Its over a month and i have been daily following up with the customer care toll free number, but no redressal have been received to my query. Every time whenever i call my call is treated as a joke and passed from one person to another. If this is the professionalism a company has then how can one expect customer loyalty i hope this written mail will assist in solving my concern.

                                        I bought Philips Home Theatre 3 Years ago assuming Best Quality and Best Customer Support. As far as quality i m satisfied. However, I need to replace the Remote Control and i contact to Your Customer Care Centre in Ahmedabad. (Alap Electronics) before 4/5 Months. I didn't get any Positive response, . That i write to your customer Care email i got only fake promise to deliver within 2/3 days. Your Customer Care main mention contact No. of Mr Gurdeep in 3rd Mail to Customer Care. Now again i contact Mr. Gurdeep again i got fake promise to deliver 2/3 days. Its been now almost 3/4 months and its very shameful for PHILLIPS INDIA to provide me Remote Control for DSP 2500 in Such a Megacity of Ahmedabad. Totally Hopeless Customer Support Services and Dealer/Regional attitude to make full customers. Yesterday Regional head Mr Gurdeep (Contact No. [protected]) to deliver Yesterday itself. Today after Call received from Customer Care No. ([protected]) Remote is in transit and deliver only on Monday( 16/02/2015) Requested to do the necessary since last week i m suffering my routine work due to this.
