I bought a Philips mixer grinder three month back (Mar - 2015) and hardly after using it for 3 months the mixer stopped working. After registering a complaint over the phone a service guy came and fixed the issue and the mixer worked fine for next 2 days. After 2 days the same issue occurred and i had to once again call up and lodge a complaint. the guys has visited twice but the concern has not been rectified and since then i have called up the customer care number couple of times just to be told every time that i would get a call within 8 working hours which never seem to come. As the company is not able to rectify the concern i need a replacement of my product. I did not expect such lousy service from a company like Philips. Rakesh [protected]

    I have ordered a charger with Phillips bangalore since last 8 months, 2 services have been playing around and last month Mr Pavan, area in charge asked me to come to MRT electronics on last saturday 20th June, where he tried to sell an old charger to me and when I asked why selling old charger he offered it for free. This matter was brought to Mr. Lokesh caught Mr. Pavan red handed on phone conference and who promised to send it next wednesday ie 24th after 8 PM. the technician called me during the day and when I asked him if he can come in the evening or on saturday. Even Mr lokesh said the charger will be delivered on saturday and he will inform me of the price. Today after whole day gone and repeated efforts to contact Mr Lokesh through the customer care on CHat, but Mr Lokesh is not available, even I was given his no. and when i tried calling him he messaged saying he is in function. This is such a waste and cheating on their part. Even after SR no: 50-[protected]

      Those I have a good experience of Philips products but this time I feel so sad about Philips because they(service centre persons) cheated me. They charge me ₹ 500 for battery and just adjusting connection of charger. Also I have to travel three times there for just trimmer. Even the technician which was a bus conductor before now he is technician at Philips Namely Mr.Jalal ul din Sheikh.(jala) . The service centre is namely Big Shah at palladium gali near vip show room, Lal chowk Srinagar Kashmir. My name is Bilal Beigh. If you want to reach me my number is [protected]. I hope I will get some good response from you. Or I will think in future about Philips products.

        my philips l.e.d telivision's remote control's signal is not receiving by the t.v.. I purchased the t.v from Bismi home appliances at perumbavoor, ernakulam district/kerala. many time i complained to the shop.But for first 3 times they were trying to make me m fool and 4th time the mechanic came and my tv's remote control signal receiver was changed to a new one. now the same complaint is repeated.Am asking for what purpose your company is making such complaint making devices...?

            I had purchased Philips home theater from Philips before one year back in the n/o Pneumo Care Health Pvt Ltd. I had registered compliant on Philips customer care on dt 22/06/15 due to we are facing some problem in philips home theater. i called on philips customer care They had issued me RMA NO - SUP001/ 10838 and asked me that our engineer visit in 24 hours but nobody visited to check this problem. i again call on Philips dt 23/06/15 then they had issued me the concern person no Mr. Abhishek Ranjan. i called up on his cell no they had asked that visit will be done on next 24 hours. still no body has visited. this type of service we are taken by Philips to our customers after sale your product.                     I had purchased a philips mixer grinder from Global trading house 5thnfloor City centre mall mngalore. There was a problem with the knob while turning within ten days o[censored]sage and is been increasing as days go on. hence, had registered a complaint with customer and was given an assurance of sending some technician within 8 hours of registering the complaint but in vain I request you to kindly address the problem at the earliest and avoid in leading to more dameges. hope a positive action immediatly

                      Sir, I had purchased Philips DVD player model no. PET717X/94 on[protected] and had to give it for repair in the authorised service centre in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on[protected]. I have still not recieved my product back after repair inspite of regular following up with the staff. The product is under warranty and the warranty period expires in September 2015. Please look into the matter and oblige. I have got a complaint no. 960 from the service centre.

                          I had made a service request for one of my domestic appliance on 9th June 2015 no.[protected] with the assurance that I will get the response within 8 working hours. But unfortunately I hadn't received the same. I had again call the customer care number and they said that they had send the notification again to the nearest service centre and I will get the response within a day positively, but I hadn't received any call . I had made call to the customer care 2 3 times and they assured me again and again but I am totally disappointed with the service provided by such reputed company.. You are requested to kindly confirm me whether It will be possible for you to attend service request or not

                              I have purchased the Philips DVD 3688/94 from Reliance, No. 705, 707, 1 st Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar, Outer Ring Road, OMBR Layout, Banaswadi, Bangalore-560016 on 07/04/2015, but the box was opened on 25/05/2015, while playing DVD the picture was getting stucked, I thought it might be a DVD problem and played other one but it was also the same, next day I checked the same DVD in other Philips DVD Player it was working fine, the next day I took the DVD to Reliance and informed the Problem, on 27/05/2015 they told it is rectified, on 28th I played one DVD the problem was not rectified, I took it back with anger again and requested to get it rectified or replace or give me option I am ready to pay more and take good one, from the store they told that they will surely rectify and give it back, they kept for four days and gave me on 2/06/2015, immediately i played and checked the problem remains the same. So thought to call directly to customer care they are telling that they only sent the technician to Reliance and the same technician called me and telling that the sound problem was rectified it was just settings problem... ha ha ha ha I really don't know from where this sound problem appeared!!! At last i spoke to the customer executive and he is telling you bring the DVD if you want rectified ...CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT I am not ready to take and run behind service centre.

                              On 3th June 2015 evening I got call from the service center and informed me that, they will be sending the technician to my place to pick the DVD, but till not 2.29 PM 05/06/2015, NO ONE TURNED UP OR CALLED

Till date the service has not been completed and the set has not been return. Several time personal and telephonic conversation we received the message sating that once it will ready we ill inform and you have no need to contact.

                                  I had purchased one Irom Box model No. HI 113 since one and half year, six months back heat plate gone, I consult to nearest authorized service center they accepted replace the part under warranty, but still now they have not replaced, they says the spare part not come from philips company, Philips company is most branded company but there is no proper service please support to this regard, [protected].

QG3080. It's very disheartening to hear from the service centres that the model is discontinued hence they cannot supply me the spares.                                         Dear Sir, i have to advise you that i have purchased the above mentioned LED TV Model No. 32PFL 6977 from your authorized dealer M/S BBD SONS DIGI WORLD, 4, 5 Bansmandi chauraha, near Naka Gurduwara, Lucknow UP on[protected].I am facing the problem in the in the Videocon d2h which is being in built in the LED since the purchase.Although the videocon d2h has been repaired five times from your authorized dealer in Lucknow.The service executive who visited the complain has already changed the PCB two times. But it is still not working So i therefore request you to look in to this matter seriously and resolve my issue and replace my LED instead of further repairing as it is still in warranty period.
