Sir, I had purchased Philips DVD player model no. PET717X/94 on[protected] and had to give it for repair in the authorised service centre in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on[protected]. I have still not recieved my product back after repair inspite of regular following up with the staff. The product is under warranty and the warranty period expires in September 2015.
