Hey guys phonepe refer and earn program was not successfully running now a days i done totally 13 refers for that i got 800 rs but remaining peoples cashback was not awarded to me the support team also unable to help me for the # sake dont refer anyone dont go for unreasonable #in tensions thank u cheers here by seeing this message any support team member can explain my problem caused for me is their any way to get that cashback back to my wallet???

I had made a bill payment on 21 St of August . It was under process and next day I called customer care and asked they said u can make cash payment to the operator . They will refund within 7 to 9 business working days .
After 12 days they are saying transaction is successful .
They can't refund . They had said before it won't be sucess and I will get my refund .
And now they are it's successful .
I want my refund back

I had made a electricity bill payment of 30293 on 21st august 2017 and it's still processing and next day i.e 22nd they said transaction will get cancelled and I will get refund . It's September 4 th still now no refund they are saying transaction is successful .I have made cash payment for the bill .I have all proff that it will get cancelled.

    Three months i paid my electricity bill through phone pe app transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
    There is no option of calling any customer care so i msg them and from last three months they are only consoling me and asking for me to keep patience. Even i mailed them but still same response.

    And after looking at complaints all customer have i have lost the hope of refund they are fraud company

      Phonepe's referral program is fraud i invited my 4 friend to install the app using my link got cashback for the first two and for the next two no cashback was given. Support says"we have checked the invitee's account details and found that the invitee has not downloaded the phonepe app using the link which was provided by you. So, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the requested cash back offer as of now.", but how is it possible my friend were sitting beside me, i personally installed this app on their phone by clicking on my referral link sent to them and other condition of the first ever upi transaction was also done by my friend in front of me.

      They are trying to make me fool, how is it possible i personally installed the app on their phones by clicking on my referral link sent to them. Other condition of first upi transaction is also done by my friend in front of me. I am unsatisfied with their reply, this is totally fraud. Even their help line number is continuously busy from 4days this is disgusting.

        I entered my Jio number, and proceeded to the payment page. The amount got debited from my Debit card and I received a quick text message about the amount debited from phonepe wallet and the cashback of Rs 75/- received. But unfortunately, my Jio recharge of Rs 399/- was showing the following message "Recharge Processing...". I thought of waiting as sometimes it take a while due to traffic. But today it is 18 Aug 2017 and Jio has barred all my services, and yet I have not received my recharge and nor any response from Phone Pe about this delay. I tried ask for help on the app, This is second time my recharge is pending

        So after this experience, I would not recommend anyone to use the Phone Pe app for a recharge of any large amount, as they there is no guarantee of you getting the recharge done, and thus it is just a loss of money without any benefits.
        I have the same problem with Phone Pe recharge. They debit the money first but will never refund. I have lost the transaction amount twice and till I never received any sort of recharge or cashback. Their lines are always busy and they never respond to the emails or any tickets raised. Please do not use this app anymore. People who are already using it, please delete your account and uninstall the app. Thank you!! PHONE PE TRULY IS A PATHETIC AND WORST APP EVER USED...!!!

        Money has deducted from my account but the transaction not reflects in Jio recharge, it's 24 hrs crossed, I raised ticket got reply that this issue will be resolved quickly, pl do the needful as the phone recharge is urgent for the online class of Student

          Hi guys,

          I received a message from phone pe advertising their cashback offer of rs 75/- on your jio recharge of rs 399/-. It was on 16 aug 2017, at around midnight i installed phone pe app from play store and registered myself. I entered my jio number, and proceeded to the payment page. The amount got debited from my debit card and i received a quick text message about the amount debited and the cashback of rs 75/- received. But unfortunately, my jio recharge of rs 399/- was showing the following message "recharge processing...". I thought of waiting as sometimes it take a while due to traffic. But today it is 18 aug 2017 and jio has barred all my services, and yet i have not received my recharge and nor any response from phone pe about this delay. I tried ask for help on the app, i saw the "call me back" option, i clicked and entered the details required. It says "our callback services are currently down". So now i emailed them on their support email, and seriously you won't believe they do not even have a toll free customer support number to contact. I have received a ticket number on the compliant raised, but no one bothered to call me back and ask or inform me the status.

          So after this experience, i would not recommend anyone to use the phone pe app for a recharge of any large amount, as they there is no guarantee of you getting the recharge done, and thus it is just a loss of money without any benefits.

            I have used phonepe app to pay my bescom power bill of july 2017 month, transaction failed on august 5th and attached screenshot to complaint and my amount got debited 1132 usually the amount credited with 48 hours but more than 12 days ago not received my money i have tried customer care not reachable and no response from email please help me on this.

              I paid my mtnl landline bill 2 days ago but it has not been processed till now through phonepe app. The money has been deducted from the wallet but there is no confirmation and when i check in mtnldelhi.in link they show that the bill is still not paid.

              A recharge was done on dated 12-82017 to mobile no.[protected] .The current mobile network was selected BSNL in place of IDEA by mistake.An amount of 50 rs.deducted from my phone pe account from SBI Branch uklana mandi. Please refund the same.

                Phonepay is worst company because 9 days have been passed and i have not received my refund of my failed transaction (Nx[protected]) of rs. 150 to bank. I wanted to contact their customer care but they are not even providing mee option to call customer care service. Dont use phone for online transactions such a fraud company. Phone is worst. Stop using phonepay so that you can make your money safe.
                I had recharged 399 for Jio 2days ago there was cash back offer. They did not credited yet to my wallet. I have been trying to communicate with them they are not responding . This is inappropriate and cheating.

                Phone pe is totally fraud app ...if recharge is failed they try to adjust with rs.50 cashback...

                    I have paid my electricity bill of reliance it was failed but my money transaction from my account is debited. When i ask them to refund the money. They are saying to contact your bank as they didn’t get amount in their account. When i go to my bank they told me to complaint on customer care number.                       Dear sir i have already told you that still now money is not credited to my bank account even after getting the confirmation sms as shown below -
                      "withdrawal of rs.3862 from your phonepe wallet to your central bank of india account has been successful. Bank reference no:[protected]".
                      I get this confirmation sms on 4 july.

                      I want to tell my problem again, on 1st july i have withdrawn rupees 3862 from my phonepe wallet (Mobile no. - [protected]) to my bank account (A/c no - [protected], central bank of india, ifsc - cbin0283285)

                      Till now money is not credited to my bank account. It has become over 13 days.

                      I have complained in phonepe customer support but they are only asking for my transaction details, I am also providing them regularly but I my problem is not solved
                      Fund transfer failed but amount debited. 2days ago i was transferring 2k rupees to one of my friend. In that process transaction failed but amount had been debited. I want my money back. I need it right now. I don't have money to take food. I'm mentally disturbed just because of it.

                          I have complaint for phone pe company. On 30th june 2017 i recharged my video con d2h for rs 166, i get confirmation from phone pe that recharge is successful but video con didn't receive the amount. So, i mailed customer care regarding the issue. They replied that transaction is successful from their end an they gave reference id to check but videocon wont check it from third party. Only phone pe have to contact an clear this issue. So i called customer care, they replied that your case is escalated and issue is fixe soon now 13 days over still they are sending same msg that recharge successful from our end, whose responsibility is this either me or phone pe. I have done recharge thru their app, they have to do it after that whenever i raised a question regarding this issue they keep sending the very first msg itself an i got irritate by their worst reply.
                          I had send 25000 thousand to Andhra bank account 29/4/2017 TRANSACTION UTI number is[protected] please give my money return in my wallet .

                            I was purchasing on myntra through phonepe upi option in 23rd june 2017. Somehow my order failed but money got debited. Its still in pending transactions of my phonepe app. I called customer care many times but they aren't helping. Initially my complaint id was 1108892 and they asked me to wait for 7-9 working days. Now after more than 10 days they changed the complaint id and asking me to wait again for a week. I am sharing the screenshot of my transaction of 4694.66.

                              Had paid the insurance premium for PNB Metlife on 09-May-2017 through Canara bank for Rs.30000, but I now am informed thru PNB Metlife that the policy has been discontinued since they hadn't received the payment.

                              But when I contacted my payee bank it is said to have paid to the account of FX Mart. Request you to kindly refund the amount to my account.
                              What is adjustments n why is deducting my refund

                                I had purchased product from Myntra abd made payment using Phonepe on 24/06 for Rs.1255/-. They credited 251/- as cashback. I cancelled order immediately. On cancellation of order phinepe refunded. 1004/- to my card. Retaining 251/- in wallet. subsequently 2 orders from flipkart got cancelled. Same way they retained 150+150 in wallet. I have been following up for last 10 days no proper reply all kinds of different customer service afents replying and calling up to no avail. I had written to Sachin and Binny Bansal but no reply.

                                It seems there us no proper customer grievance handling mechanism abd there is wrong practices followed here.

                                  I loaded 15000 rupees from my hdfc bank debit card...the moment money added to phonepe wallet account...they blocked my account [protected]...i called CUSTOMER care then they asked to send statement of bank ...i send the details and asked me to wait for 2 days ...after two days they asked that your details are insufficient and provide your adhar as well as pan card...i provided that but still after 4 days account is blocked...and they have all my details also...now it seems that it's a fraud company and just befooling us...nothing else ...so I requested others not to use this app at all...

                                    My regestered mobile no [protected] i book a order on 8th june in flipkart, that product value 499 Rs, in phonepe wallet i hv 338 rupees remaining 161 Rupees from my HDFC account they detected my total 499 Rs but order not approved, i called to phonepe customer care, they told me with in 10 days i get my amount that time my complaint no 967686. but i did not get it, after 10 days again i call them again they told me it taken some more time they raise another complaint, but i could not get it, they told me 1044506 dis is my complaint number, now totally 20 days competed but they are not responded properly, its totally wrong.

                                      I was adding 5500 rs money on my phonpe account through my corporation bank debit card but my transaction had been failed and money deducted from my account and wallet was not also updated.
                                      I had called to customer, they said that your money will return in 7 days but i haven't received my money on my account i had again call to customer, they are saying that go to bank and fill the form.

                                      Please return back my money.

                                        On may 24th 2017 i did transfer some amount from phone phe wallet to idfc bank.
                                        That amount not get reflected in my account. For that i spoke with phone phe wallet customer care people[protected]. Moret han 20 times spoke with them for that transaction issue, finally they given one arn number and transaction number, with these details i raised complaint in idfc bank, they did verification from their end, after 24 hours of verification idfc customer care people were saying that issue came from phonephe wallet. We (Idfc) are not responsible for that, please check with phonephe wallet team, like that they informed. Again i called phonephe wallet customer care people they are not giving information about my money.
